Wed & Gather is a boutique wedding planning service based in Cambridge, MA. Founded by talented planner Laura Young, this business provides its versatile services to couples throughout Boston and across New England.
Before founding Wed & Gather in 2025, Laura worked in sales and public relations for nearly a decade, learning the art of thoughtful event design. On weekends, she spent time working as a wedding assistant and quickly fell in love with the wedding industry. Laura is now delighted to have wedding planning as her full-time job, and can't wait to meet you and start working on your special day.
At the beginning of your planning journey, Laura will consult with you to learn about your vision and match you with the package that best fits your needs. If you prefer to take a step back and simply enjoy your engagement, the full-service option is ideal. This starts 12-18 months before the celebration, and covers everything from event design to budget creation and vendor coordination. If you have plenty of ideas and need assistance with execution, Laura also offers partial planning services and day-of coordination, handling all the logistics as the day approaches. With Wed & Gather, you'll be in excellent hands as you say, "I do."
