He even provided recommendations for photographers, Photo Booth, and his assistant video taped our special day. I felt lucky to have his support. Very responsive. He was receptive to our vision and executed the plan perfectly.

Sean was very professional and communicative during the planning process and made it so easy for us! If you want a fun, stress-free reception where everyone is dancing, book them immediately!

very step of planning so simple. Everything was right there in a list, available for us to work on over the course of several months. Sean and Scott were professional but still felt like friends we could reach out to at any time. Wed Start was in charge of the ceremony music as well as the reception and everything went off without a hitch. A lot of the songs we wanted weren't on the usual list and they allowed us to send over various Youtube videos and string quartet versions and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. At the reception, they really captured our taste in music while still playing something for everyone. Towards the end of the night they even slowed everything down, had us get into a circle and played some of the speeches that were given at dinner. It was a beautiful moment that I will remember for the rest of my life. I cannot say enough kind words about Wed Start! I would recommend them to anyone.

His online planning guide allowed us to provide him with all of the information he needed to be our Emcee/Master of Ceremonies for both the ceremony & the reception. Additionally, he met us at our venue about a month before the wedding to go over our musical/sound needs & get a "lay of the land" to help him prepare for his set-up. We also had a few telephone conferences with him during the planning so that he had a good understanding of our wedding itinerary & our vision. On the day of our wedding, Sean provided us with everything we needed for sound for our ceremony & reception - including microphones outside for our officiant & readers & speakers for our ceremony musician. He provided music before the ceremony started while our guests were mingling & getting seated. He also handled the music during the cocktail hour & dinner. And of course, he did an awesome job with music during the reception - to get people dancing & to throw in slow dances when appropriate. Sean was great at "running the show." He kept us on schedule with our prepared itinerary but also knew when to slow things down based on the events of the day. He worked with our wedding coordinator throughout the day & was an integral part of our team. It was wonderful to be able to count on his knowledge, expertise, professionalism & warm spirit on our wedding day so we didn't have to worry about anything. Another nice feature is that Sean & his partner videotaped parts of our wedding & are putting together a wedding video for us. This was a nice surprise - we can't wait to see the video. Overall, we highly recommend Sean as a wedding DJ. He also DJ'd for a good friend of ours wedding in 2017 & did a fabulous job for them. And he was the DJ for our 35th high school reunion in 2016. So we've had a lot of great experiences with him.

They took so much stress out of the planning process, especially during the a world wide pandemic when so many things were uncertain. Sean and Scott didn't bat an eye and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible.

t we were looking for! They even were able to put up colored lighting and a TV with photo's rotating throughout the night during the reception which added a great personal touch. We also had several songs that we were looking for as instrumentals and they took the time to find the perfect variations for what we wanted. The best of the night was when we had our "last dance" of the evening, instead of it just being the two of us, they had the remaining guests come out and dance around us while playing audio recordings from the speeches from throughout the night. It was so personal and made us feel like we were in a movie. Even better - Scott had recorded it on video for us! Definitely a night we won'y forget. Wed Start did a fantastic job and helped us to have our perfect wedding!

He made it specific to us. The ending was amazing since he played back the toasts from earlier in the day. It was the best wedding ever and my entire family won't stop talking about it. We must reward his patience ten fold as we had a mixed ceremony that he really had to follow all of the notes on and last minute changes in the night that he delivered with a distinguished flourish of perfection! The online tools were extremely easy to use and Sean was able to meet us by our work for the planning meeting. (he was flexible and got back to all of our emails and texts almost immediately)..

Literally the only thing that I got more compliments on from the wedding was my dress. Scott did some basic videoing at the wedding and reception and when I saw the video, I cried, it was so amazing to be able to re-live walking down the aisle, saying my vows and marrying my wonderful husband. His sound system was high quality and we had no problems with it at all. The use of the accent lighting was a great touch and made for a fun atmosphere. We would highly recommend Wed Start to anyone getting married!
