This dj was amazing! So easy to work with! Played any song we wanted! The booth was nice and small which was so convenient. They practically ran our wedding and made sure everything was flowing nice. 10/10 recommend!!!!

ABSOLUTELY BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! Sean and Scott truly made our wedding the most special night of our lives. From meetings with Sean, to my many emails and questions, he made every step of planning so simple. Everything was right there in a list, available for us to work on over the course of several months. Sean and Scott were professional but still felt like friends we could reach out to at any time. Wed Start was in charge of the ceremony music as well as the reception and everything went off without a hitch. A lot of the songs we wanted weren't on the usual list and they allowed us to send over various Youtube videos and string quartet versions and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. At the reception, they really captured our taste in music while still playing something for everyone. Towards the end of the night they even slowed everything down, had us get into a circle and played some of the speeches that were given at dinner. It was a beautiful moment that I will remember for the rest of my life. I cannot say enough kind words about Wed Start! I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely incredible experience with Sean at Wed Start Productions for our wedding at the Wild Onion Brewery. He was so helpful not only in the wedding planning process providing great experience and suggestions but also the experience day of the wedding was amazing. Music choices and volume were both fantastic! Would highly recommend anyone looking for a great wedding DJ!

Sean Trudeau of Wed Start DJs is the best! We hired Sean to DJ our wedding at Emerson Creek Pottery on 6/27/21. Throughout the wedding planning process, Sean was easy to communicate with & took a lot of stress out of the planning process. His online planning guide allowed us to provide him with all of the information he needed to be our Emcee/Master of Ceremonies for both the ceremony & the reception. Additionally, he met us at our venue about a month before the wedding to go over our musical/sound needs & get a "lay of the land" to help him prepare for his set-up. We also had a few telephone conferences with him during the planning so that he had a good understanding of our wedding itinerary & our vision. On the day of our wedding, Sean provided us with everything we needed for sound for our ceremony & reception - including microphones outside for our officiant & readers & speakers for our ceremony musician. He provided music before the ceremony started while our guests were mingling & getting seated. He also handled the music during the cocktail hour & dinner. And of course, he did an awesome job with music during the reception - to get people dancing & to throw in slow dances when appropriate. Sean was great at "running the show." He kept us on schedule with our prepared itinerary but also knew when to slow things down based on the events of the day. He worked with our wedding coordinator throughout the day & was an integral part of our team. It was wonderful to be able to count on his knowledge, expertise, professionalism & warm spirit on our wedding day so we didn't have to worry about anything. Another nice feature is that Sean & his partner videotaped parts of our wedding & are putting together a wedding video for us. This was a nice surprise - we can't wait to see the video. Overall, we highly recommend Sean as a wedding DJ. He also DJ'd for a good friend of ours wedding in 2017 & did a fabulous job for them. And he was the DJ for our 35th high school reunion in 2016. So we've had a lot of great experiences with him.

Sean and Scott at Wed Start did a perfect job for our big day! They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible. They even have your own website to input special requests and general information regarding the details of ceremonies and receptions. They took so much stress out of the planning process, especially during the a world wide pandemic when so many things were uncertain. Sean and Scott didn't bat an eye and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible.

Sean and Scott did an amazing job! They helped out with all of our requests and were very flexible. They were quick to respond and easy to communicate with, always listening to what we were looking for! They even were able to put up colored lighting and a TV with photo's rotating throughout the night during the reception which added a great personal touch. We also had several songs that we were looking for as instrumentals and they took the time to find the perfect variations for what we wanted. The best of the night was when we had our "last dance" of the evening, instead of it just being the two of us, they had the remaining guests come out and dance around us while playing audio recordings from the speeches from throughout the night. It was so personal and made us feel like we were in a movie. Even better - Scott had recorded it on video for us! Definitely a night we won'y forget. Wed Start did a fantastic job and helped us to have our perfect wedding!

Working with Sean of WedStart was so easy! I was recommended by a friend and WedStart did not disappoint! Sean is thorough and takes the time to understand your love story and vision for your special day. He met with us beforehand to go over the details and answer any questions we had. As others have said, choosing Sean from WedStart DJ was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding! Through the planning process he was easy to reach and always responded quickly to any questions. The wedding was amazing, our dance floor was packed all night, there was never a lull. I had so much fun, I danced most of the night myself, and I'm not much of a dancer! He was very professional and definitely tailored the whole night to our fit style. DJ Sean was amazing! He kept the party going all night long at my wedding and my family never left the dance floor! It was awesome! He was great to work with and so organized. He guided us along the process since we were clueless on what a wedding entailed. He brought a fun game for us "putt for a kiss" which we loved - we have some pretty good golfers in the family. He made it specific to us. The ending was amazing since he played back the toasts from earlier in the day. It was the best wedding ever and my entire family won't stop talking about it. He kept things running smoothly without error. I am SO appreciative of Sean! Thank you a million times over!

After a horrible experience with another local DJ company, we were extremely relieved to find Sean at Wed Start Dj’s Sean was incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the whole experience and did a great job incorporating my requests and those of our parents. Sean is the kindest, most creative, and professional with incomparable dedication to his clients. We must reward his patience ten fold as we had a mixed ceremony that he really had to follow all of the notes on and last minute changes in the night that he delivered with a distinguished flourish of perfection! His music suggestions were what made the playlist and he just swept up the guests in a wave of fun and excitement. The online tools were extremely easy to use and Sean was able to meet us by our work for the planning meeting. (he was flexible and got back to all of our emails and texts almost immediately)..

For the couple who's been searching countless dj's, you've come across the one team that truely delivers. Sean and his team are "lo maximo"! We needed a bilingual dj and Sean made it happen. My husband and I met Sean and had our agenda sent to us right away.The whole process can be daunting but Sean really took care of us. My mom even commented how happy she was that there were genres for all age groups!

Sean at Wed Start was AWESOME!!! He worked with us and our other vendors to create a day-of agenda (which was such a relief for us since we had a backyard wedding, and did a lot of the planning ourselves ). He perfectly coordinated the timing of our wedding, and we got so many compliments on not only the great music, but also how well everything flowed throughout the evening from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the dinner, and then on to the dancing. I was planning from abroad so he was very flexible when it came to meeting and communicating. On the actual wedding day, he was great! He helped coordinate the evening and kept everything on time! My wife and I hired WedStart DJ for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions that we made! They were awesome! Our guests stayed on the dance floor and loved the variety of music that they played. Sean and Scott from WedStart DJ were absolutely amazing! He kept everyone at my wedding on the dance floor all night long. I had a long list of songs/special dances that I wanted played and he suggested that we break them up throughout the evening so our guests didn't start to lose interest....he was so right!!! Literally the only thing that I got more compliments on from the wedding was my dress. Scott did some basic videoing at the wedding and reception and when I saw the video, I cried, it was so amazing to be able to re-live walking down the aisle, saying my vows and marrying my wonderful husband. Thank you Sean and Scott, when we renew our vows in 5-10 years we definitely want you guys again!!!

Sean with Wed Start was awesome! He kept in touch with us and met with us in person multiple times to be sure we were on the same page. He was personable, easy to work with, and went out of his way to adjust to our requests (including having someone sing the first dance song). Sean managed the wedding well, worked the crowd to make sure to get everyone dancing ALL night, and had creative games (putt for a kiss instead of clinking glasses was so fun). His sound system was high quality and we had no problems with it at all. The use of the accent lighting was a great touch and made for a fun atmosphere. We would highly recommend Wed Start to anyone getting married!

Sean was very responsive to our needs, very polite; went above and beyond for our wedding. Whenever we needed to contact him, he was always available; flexible with our unique requests. He also was nice enough to take a few pictures on his personal camera for us. The set played was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough about Sean and his team. They were wonderful at our St. Patrick's day wedding, everyone is still talking about the wheel game he set up for us instead of the traditional glass clinking. Our guests were dancing and having a great time. Sean kept the energy going all night long. He also provided a Spanish speaking DJ which made it possible to include some of my Hispanic traditions which were very important to me. Thank you Sean & team!!

An amazing DJ! I don't even know where to begin as Sean and Scott were the DJ's at our wedding and it was a truly amazing experience. From the get go we had a wonderful meeting getting to know Sean. At the reception he planned out the ceremony and lined everyone up for us. The pastor even told us he's never seen a DJ do what Sean did with the layout of the timeline.
