also was affordable in comparison to other officiants out there. Also, I recommend people speak to officiants on the phone so you can hear their voices.

e was delayed, she told us that she had forgotten and that she did not want to drive all the way to her office but offered to reschedule. We declined. At minimum, an officiant needs to be legally accepted by the State of Oregon, and SHOW UP to the ceremony.
