And she handled every single detail with total calm, professionalism, and care. And if you're thinking, "That won't be us, our wedding will be simple,"—trust me, you'll be surprised. Weddings = chaos, and when you encounter it, you'll want Nicole in your corner. Every single thing was executed perfectly. It was the best day of our lives. Nicole went above and beyond, too. Our wedding ended late, and at the end, Nicole opted to help consolidate all of our miscellaneous keepsakes so that we didn't have to go hunting for our precious memorabilia. She did all of this with a smile on her face. My only regret of the wedding day is not getting a picture with her!! 10/10 would recommend. If you're lucky enough to book her, do it.

Nicole and Morgan not only ensured we were organized and on time, they helped corral the vendors and coordinate timing etc. When it came to the wedding site they both went ahead of time to check it out together and explore the ceremony site which is a bit difficult to get to and subject the the elements. When it came to the day of the wedding they both stayed at the hotel and helped get the vendors taken care of. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner this is possibly the biggest value any planner can offer. On the day of the wedding it's this special day you've spent so much time and money to make happen and you want it to go well but you also want to enjoy it. Morgan & Nicole made that possible. They organized furniture, florals, and received the cake. They handled absolutley everything allowing us to enjoy the day! Rain was expected on the day of the wedding and with the ceremony being in the outdoors they worked hard to ensure alternate options such as sheltering under the eaves and setting up the DJ under cover. We even last minute ordered 30 clear umbrellas and when they arrived 2 days late they figured out a way to get them to Anza Borrego in time for the ceremony! During the ceremony Nicole played defence keeping people away from the ceremony site (it was at a public viewing point in the state park and we had to get a permit). During the vows it started sprinking and Morgan held umbrellas over us. It was an absolute pleasure working with San Diego Wedding Agency. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable planning services. not only did they help us throughout the entire process they completely overdelivered on the day of the wedding. e hired Wedding Agency San Diego to handle the reception for us. They are incredibly good listeners. As soon as I mentioned wanting to do a walkthrough at the reception venue or ensure that our vendors knew their day-of duties, they were on it! They took care of meetings, scheduling, and interfacing with all our vendors regarding how the reception would proceed. Within a few short days of reaching out to them to be our coordinators, we were walking through the venue with them and the venue coordinator of the Safari Park. For the reception I had three dress changes that happened all on cue with their coordination efforts. My S.O and I were able to enjoy both the food and drinks at our own reception, which I hear is difficult for most couples to experience. They ensured we had breathing room and time to cherish the moment. All personal effects were packaged up and taken care of. This was a huge worry of mine as the Safari Park will charge if you have not properly disposed or removed anything you brought in from the venue. Their presence was so wonderful after the hectic church ceremony. It felt comforting to walk into our reception venue and be received by our coordinators who had everything put together. I remember feeling perfectly at peace as I walked into the reception venue early, after taking pictures throughout the Safari Park in stiletto heels. They pulled a chair out, hidden away from prying eyes, gave me a glass of water, assured me that everything was coming together, and allowed me to rest as I watched our venue be transformed by them, our florists, and the Safari Park staff.

t through the planning process 2 months prior to the wedding was extremely helpful and absolutely necessary- since they knew all the ins and outs of what a wedding should entail. They were thorough with helping me sort out details that I hadn’t even thought of until I hired them to help. Most important of all, they were spot on with coordinating everything on the day of the wedding. Down to getting us drinks right after the ceremony, and getting meals for me and my husband when dinner started-sooo sweet! They took care of everything behind the scenes and coordinated and set up everything seamlessly- the gift table and dessert were gorgeous! They also are very detail oriented which I appreciated. They offered pain meds and bandaids when our heels were killing us and offered lotion when I freaked out because I forgot some! They are attentive, and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have not just one, but 2 people helping on such a special day. Thank you so much Nicole and Morgan! We had so much fun :)

They were back and forth and all over the venue making sure everything was going according to plan, gave us heads-up check-in as each part of the event was coming up and took away so much anxiety from the wedding party, allowing us to focus on the bride and our tasks. Additionally, I built a large wall hanging as a wedding gift, and Nicole found the absolute most perfect place to hang it - I was SO happy and SO amazed! thank you, Nicole and team!!! <3
