I have been in this industry over 5 years and I am still in awe that I get to do my dream job every day! I would 10000% recommend. Even though the night/day was crazy, everything went off without a hitch. Trusting & finding a wedding planner is hard, so stop looking because your wedding planner is right here!! I loved working with Belinda, she was amazing!

Belinda is an absolute gem! From the initial planning stages, to helping me schedule the day so it ran smoothly, to the actual day of coordination, Belinda and her team crushed it. If anything went wrong on my wedding day I have 0 clue because she handled everything effortlessly! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and that is in large part due to Belinda and her preparedness. On top of that, Belinda is just an amazing human. She is so fun to work with and I greatly appreciated her expertise throughout the whole process!

Belinda is absolutely AMAZING! So here’s the thing, I did not want a wedding coordinator. I thought I could plan the whole thing by myself and a wedding coordinator would just be a waste of money. However, my wedding venue required me to have one so I looked around and met with a couple people and was still unimpressed. Until I met Belinda!! She is an absolutely amazing woman that I connected with almost immediately. She always made herself available anytime I needed to text her over whatever panic moment that week held. She never made me feel bad for needing help or not understanding what was happening and was so supportive! There are truly not enough positive words to say about Belinda and her team! On the actual day of my wedding, it’s seriously could not have gone as well as they did without her. She kept everything in line and made sure everything was perfect! I have already recommended her to a few of my friends getting married next year and I would recommend her to anyone, whether you think you need the help or not! Planning a wedding is hard and making sure everything goes well on your wedding day is hard! As a bride, you don’t want to have to worry about those things and Belinda is just the person to make sure that you never have to worry about anything and she will just remind you to go have fun and be in love because that’s what’s important!

Belinda was amazing! I wasn’t sure what I was looking for or what to expect in a coordinator but she set the standard. I was referring her out before we even got to say our “I Do’s”. She was there for any questions/concerns that arose before our big day & the day of she was heaven sent. She was super helpful in any vendor referrals I may have needed at any time as well. Belinda & her team took so much stress of mine, my husband and our families plate and allowed us to enjoy our wedding day. From start to finish, setting up the ceremony to our sparkler exit I would’ve had no idea what to do but she made sure all went smoothly.

Belinda was by far the best coordinator! I am away from family so planning a wedding was lonely at times, but Belinda made planning a wedding myself so easy and fun! I swear, I didn’t lift a single finger the entire day and didn’t have to worry about anything. She made things so so smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and someone to call a friend!

Belinda was an amazing coordinator and we couldn’t have asked for anyone else to coordinate the day. She made the day a dream exactly how we wanted it to be. She was detail oriented, took care of decor set up, easy to communicate with, and had an amazing attitude through it all. I can’t recommend her enough for all that she did. There is no one out there like her! Book Belinda for your special day and she will be sure that it goes on without a hitch and that you are able to enjoy the day!

Belinda is amazing! She is so organized, easy to work with and reliable. She offers great advice and suggestions for decor and other vendors. If I had to do it all over again (I hope I never do hah) I would pick her again!! I will be highly recommending her to all friends and family and hope you pick her as well! Ps she is also just fun and enjoyable to work with :)

Belinda was absolutely amazing!! She went so above and beyond leading up to the wedding – she truly kept me sane throughout the whole process! She understood my vision right away and she came to every vendor meeting so we knew we could relax on our wedding day because she had everything handled. Our timeline for the day of was so detailed and organized – it was a dream for a type A bride like myself. Belinda made sure everyone was where they should be the day of the wedding, made sure everything was getting set up correctly, and made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. It’s very rare when you get a meet someone who is truly gifted at what they are intended to do life but also have the most kind heart and truly and genuinely care.
We could not be more grateful for Belinda – she truly helped to make our wedding day perfect! We cannot recommend Wedding Bel enough!

Belinda was everything I could have asked for and more! From the moment we met it truly felt like we were friends just getting together to plan the wedding. On the day of she was my absolute go to gal and she rocked every bit of it! She managed every bit of crazy and chaos and to this day if something went wrong I have no clue about it because Belinda made sure that I didn’t worry about anything! I cannot recommend her more! You get the best more organized coordinator and truly a friend <3

Belinda was recommended to us by our friends who used her services at their wedding a few months prior. Belinda was amazing since the moment we first spoke with her over the phone. She is very attentive, genuine, and knowledgeable. She recommend various vendors for us which were amazing. Communication was easy with her, she met or spoke with us whenever we had doubts. Our wedding day was so easy and we were able to have so much fun! All thanks to Belinda! She also saved our wedding day by tracking down our cake vendor who was almost a no-show! She is also bilingual (spanish) which was a tremendous help with our Mexican family. Our guests really appreciated how kind and helpful Belinda was. Thank you Belinda !!

I still get compliments on how beautiful my wedding day was and it's been over a year. None of it would have been possible without Belinda! She is so good at just knowing how to get everything exactly where and how it needs to be and is an excellent leader. She absolutely shines on the day of the wedding and knows how to take charge to get everything to be precisely how you want it. The only job I had on my wedding day was to simply show up and I wouldn't have had it any other way! :)

Belinda was my right hand gal the day of my wedding. She was extremely helpful, taking care of anything I needed in the moment. She is so sweet and easy to get along with. She feels like a lifelong friend almost instantly when you meet her. She has a special gift for connecting with people, especially brides. She is so dependable that it really helps with the stress brides may feel on their wedding day. I absolutely recommend her as a wedding coordinator. She is the best!!
