those girls who cares about the number of the size you wear, but I had been in 5 weddings in the past year, meaning I had purchased 5 different bridesmaid dresses all from different places and different designers so I already knew what size works for my body. At that time, the consultant insisted that I order a size up (being a size 8) and I countered back with her about my experience and that it was not about the number I just know my body and what size works best. She then proceeded to tell me that the designer who's dress I choose runs small and then to prove to me measured me and compared my measurements to the ones in the book. After measuring my bust, waist, and hips we determined all three areas were under the noted measurements for a size 6 unfortunately, the consultant still felt the need to insist that I order a size up to be cautious. The consultant and I went back and fourth for an uncomfortable amount of time and me not wanting to make the bride any more uncomfortable at this point I told her "fine, but I hope it fits right". I myself am a people pleaser and absolutely avoid confrontation at all costs so I paid for my almost $200 bridesmaid dress and left feeling bullied and instantly regretful. I would like to note that I did stand my ground with her by not signing the paper agreeing to ordered a size 8... I work in the wedding industry at a wedding venue and work long hours many days of the week that are not consistent on a week to week basis so when the dresses arrived the last week of November the bride was sweet enough to take my dress home with her. It was a few days before I received my dress from her and was so excited to see it in person as all the dresses I tried we're much bigger and none the color we were ordering. Not one part of the dress fit me and it has a very unique back that really doesn't allow me to wear a bra with it. Needless to say, at this point with a little over a month until the wedding I had no choice but stick with the size 8 and get alterations. I would like to stress again I have NOT had to do this with any other bridesmaid dress EVER! I am just so upset about this whole experience and after talking with the other bridesmaids they were all in the same boat! What happened to the customer is always right? Also, if I am spending that kind of money on a dress that honestly I may never wear again I'd like to have the power to decide what size I get. My experience continued to go down hill as once reaching out to the boutique about everything mentioned above they told me in a very unapologetic way that they would cover the alterations on the bodice of my dress. When I went in for my alterations the consultant told me and I quote, "It's a good thing we didn't order you a size 6 because you wouldn't fit in it!" I was blown away with how rude and condescending she was and then proceeded to make me feel worse about myself. When the seamstress started pinning the bodice and straps the consultant went on to reassure me that a size 8 was the right choice. I wish I would have spoke up in that moment but she then gave me the price of $63 for the alterations and I just wanted to get out of there!

This was one of my favorite things because I could shop without stress knowing that no dress’ price tag would break my heart. They were incredible throughout my entire experience, from browsing alone, to saying yes with my crew, and throughout all the alterations. I am forever grateful I found Natalie and Wedding Belles, and I highly recommend them!

the shop multiple times. I loved the options of dresses because there were so many gorgeous gowns that were not outdated. The gowns were very on-trend and/or classic and the sheer number of floor samples for try-on was excellent. I tried on 19 or 20 dresses in this shop! I also love that they offer discounts for purchasing the dress on the day of your appointment and sometimes they offer other deals. I highly recommend following them on Instagram before shopping there as they often advertise their deals and trunk shows on Instagram. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars were that on the day of my scheduled appointment, I felt I was not completely taken care of because the girl working stopped assisting me to assist a walk-in customer for a fairly lengthy period of time. I was a little frustrated with that because the walk-in should not have taken priority over me. I have not seen that girl in the store since I bought my dress so she may not work there anymore. I fully support paying attention to the walk-in customers, but they should be asked to either wait, come back, or to just browse and help themselves if there is a fitting room available because the appointment customers should be first priority. The shop is little, but I liked that it was not overwhelming in size and it was cozy with plenty of lovely places to sit and there are two stands with mirrors for brides to view their dresses with their party. I also did not give 4 stars due to the seamstress they recommended and bring into their shop. I was not 100% happy with my alterations and she was extremely difficult to reach outside of my fitting appointments and that was very stressful. I would recommend finding your own seamstress and doing research before committing to one. I wish I had done that. Otherwise, I highly recommend this shop for wedding dresses, veils, and bridesmaid dresses. Had I opted to go with a bridesmaid dress for my bridesmaids, I would have absolutely looked here as I saw their selection was really amazing. My bridesmaids wore evening gowns from a department store so I didn't have a need for bridesmaid dresses. I also love how friendly and excited Natalie was for every bride she worked with-she really loves her job and it shows.

I felt like I had known Natalie for years and I was buying a gown from a family friend. She never kicked us out even when she was supposed to be closed. She let us stay trying on the rest of the gowns I wanted to try and she let my mom and I stay for a while just chatting with her like old friends. She is the sweetest woman I have ever met. You definitely won't be disappointed in their customer service, quality of gowns, and professionalism! And did I tell you the best part? ALL the gowns are affordable! All priced under $2000! Who doesn't love that? You have to go and try on some dresses there at least!

like my perfect gown. It wasn't until I found Wedding Belles that I finally found an amazing gown that was everything I wanted - and actually within my budget! To top it all off, all the gals working there are amazingly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone - beautiful, affordable gowns, gorgeous accessories, and a truly wonderful staff!

Not really knowing what I wanted at first, Natalie took one look at me and said I know exactly what will look good on you “because I’m a short girl too!” The feeling of finding the right dress is indescribable. I didn’t expect it to be emotional, but it was and Natalie really has a passion for finding the right dress. She understands body types and can fit anyone. Their beautiful small boutique has so many dresses and styles and, again, the personal attention is unmatched anywhere else! The seamstress is also a sweetheart and did wonders to my dress – she payed close attention to detail and even made bustling the dress quick and easy. I never thought I would become so emotional about a dress, but I cannot thank them enough! I received so many compliments all night long and I cannot wait to receive my professional pictures! Natalie and everyone at Wedding Belles – you helped me feel beautiful from the inside out and were such a personal part of the wedding of my dreams!

the dress for the wedding day! Natalie and her staff are warm and caring. The seamstress is amazing and got the bustle perfect for the reception. The prices are much better than in Tucson and there are many gowns to chose from for all styles and figures. Wedding Belles Bridal Boutique is the only place I recommend for brides to visit.

sive!! (She also owns the frozen yogurt shop next door that is delicious and dedicated to her son! so touching!) The shop is small and intimate (only 1 appointment at a time) which is so great! I was able to really enjoy the experience with my mom & bridal party. Most other shops you are surrounded by 15 other brides and it makes it hard to make an emotional decision about a dress! Not at wedding belles! Natalie went above and beyond to make sure I got the dress of my dreams! Her kindness literally had me in tears. You can tell she does this because she loves helping brides make their dreams come true.....not to make money. Her mom helps her run the shop and is just so helpful! I had some issues with my alteration charges (from an outside vendor) and natalie and her mom took care of everything immediately on a day the shop was closed! I am from California and decided to buy my dress in Arizona so my mother and sister could shop with me. Natalie even coordinated shipping my dress to me after my alterations were complete. I went to quite a few bridal shops and this is THE BEST! I wouldn't suggest anyone go anywhere else!

el like just a number at this boutique, Natalie always greats you with a warm welcome and knows who you are. Her seamstress did an amazing job with hemming my dress and the bustle was beautiful! The prices are very reasonable with not having a dress over $2000 (before alterations of course) and the dress I feel in love with was well below my budget, which is always a plus!

with me and my bridesmaids as I tried on so many dresses; she has such a variety and I actually loved them all! But there was one that when I went home I just could't get out of my mind! and so I bought my dream dress from one of her Italian designers. Natalie was so great with promptly responding to emails and answering all my questions. She truly knows the in's and out's of the bussiness! She made dress shopping everything I dreamed it would be!

I noticed when I got in the door was there weren’t a ton of women bombarding you – there was Natalie, the shop owner, and that was it. I explained to her what I was generally looking for and she helped me find some to try on as well as let me browse through her store. She offered suggestions and listened to my dislikes carefully. I hate belts and sashes, and those of you shopping for dresses know there are belts and sashes on everything. Natalie actually cut a sash off a dress I was trying on so I could see it without it – though I didn’t end up buying that one, I did find the dress of my dreams. Natalie was super flexible with all of my follow up appointments as my work schedule can be complicated. She even let me borrow a sample veil from the store for my hair trial because my veil hadn’t yet come in. There is no other bridal store like hers, and no salespeople as accommodating as her. I felt very much like a friend rather then a customer in her store. I also know she takes special care in selecting the gowns for her store and always has a large selection of beautiful, one-of-a-kind gowns. Wedding Belles is a must shop on your hunt for your dream dress.

y I was left to find the gown locally. I called many, many shops before I met Natalie at the Phoenix Bridal Show. She assured me that she could order my dress for me and take care of any other needs I had. When I arrived at her boutique I quickly realized that I had been wasting my time at all of the other shops! It is obvious that the 150ish gowns in her boutique are personally picked out by her. There’s no need to waste your time sifting through hundreds of gowns at other shops, Natalie has something for every bride! And every gown is under $2,000. My fitting experience was also wonderful. I can’t wait for one of my friends to get engaged so I can take her straight to Wedding Belles!
