rom the moment my (now husband) ,proposed, I felt an immediate pressure to start planning a wedding. All of the best intended questions put all of the internal stress on me, and I didn’t know what to do. As I was searching wedding vendors in the state of Texas, I was overwhelmed beyond belief at the cost, and the requirement of having a weaken event. My aunt, who lives in Jupiter, Florida, sent me a video saying that she would love to have me in her backyard for the reception. So I got curious and researched wedding vendors in Florida and ran across this amazing website. All of the pressure and overwhelmed immediately disappeared upon my first phone call with Lori. She was nothing but professional, courteous, and beyond kind to this nervous bride. Lori provided suggestions for the hot day in Florida and Did not make me feel pressured to include extra decorations, that I did not want. Although our ceremony was two pedestals and the chairs for guests, it felt nothing short of glamorous and beyond all of my wildest dreams. She handled all of the details and communicated so effectively throughout our time together. I hope to renew our vowels in the future and will not hesitate to contact Lori. If you have the chance to work with this amazing company… Take it! Our ceremony had 44 people and it was absolutely beautiful. Bonus that she handled our marriage license for us as an out-of-state couple… It meant that we were able to focus on enjoying the actual ceremony and reception and didn’t have to rush down there to get everything accomplished. When we Renew vows In the future, I will not hesitate to reach out to Lori. We also were able to hire the photographer through Lori which we were able to get at a discount for eight hours and didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg. The affordability of this package did not equate to bad or cheap service… It was more like five star service at a price we could not argue with. The attention to detail and comfortability felt throughout the entire entire process is certainly priceless but the price we paid was incredible!

Getting married in the United States as a European is a complex process. It takes a lot of documentation and many logistical steps that we're not necessarily familiar with. Lori and Wedding Bells and SeaShels made this experience an absolute breeze! More than that, she and her team ensured that our ceremony was everything we dreamt off! Lori was very helpful at recommending vendors for our wedding and was very organized when it came to the schedule. She was very responsive to emails and answered all of our questions. We got married at B Ocean 2 weeks ago and it was the perfect day. When we originally booked this venue, the hotel's wedding coordinator recommended Brittany from Wedding Bells and Seashells, and it was the best referral we received!! We decided to hire them for flowers, arch and day-/month-of coordination. The flowers and arch were exactly what I had imagined. Brittany has a calming demeanor and can keep even the most high strung bride at ease in those final weeks! She checked in regularly to make sure all open questions/concerns I had were being addressed, and she eased every little concern that crossed my mind about our big day - and she absolutely nailed every detail. Brittany is dedicated, experienced, creative, detail-orientated, caring, and just overall a great person. I have to say this company is top notch. We had some changes to the wedding location due to my father's health and not being able to go to the original wedding destination. So we ended up planning it just over a month out. Everyone was super easy to get along with. Even though there was a short time to plan, I never felt rushed in any of the process. The simple suggestions Lori made never changed my idea of the wedding at all, but enhanced it. It was all reasonably priced. Communication was had when it was needed, but never overburdened. The day of... WOW! It could not have been more perfect. The entire staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, always smiling. I had stargazers as one of my flowers, and their floral company had some of the most beautiful and big ones I had ever seen! It was so simple but so elegant at the same time. The ceremony, we chose to use their officiant. My husband had some neveres going in, and he said he calmed him down a little. We didn't have anyone besides ourselves in the ceremony as it was small. So it was really nice to hear that he wanted to make sure our day was perfect as well. It wasn't just a job for him. Once the ceremony was over, we did the small tent reception on the beach. They were constantly making sure not only I had everything I needed, but my husband as well. That was very important to me that they took care of him as well as me. After all.... he is my other half. The cake tasted amazing. We added the sangria bar. Totally worth it! Plus they always made sure you had a drink when you needed it, and held it when you didn't for pictures or other things gong on. The photographer was amazing as well. Super charismatic and made sure we had all the poses and places we wanted. He was amazing. I have not got the pictures quite yet, but I'm sure they will be as amazing as everything else. I truly could not have asked for more for my day. They made everything they did perfect in every way. I can't thank them enough! I truly could not have had a better experience than I had with them.

November Jupiter Beach Wedding WBSS exceeded our expectations to say the least. Every detail of our wedding was taken care of by the coordinator from bouquet to photographer. Highly recommend hiring this service if you’re planning a beach wedding no matter the size. Ours was small (3 persons) and we couldn’t have been happier. The WBSS business model is spot-on; the paperwork was clearly explained and handled with filing at the clerk of court (which we recommend). Communication from the coordinator was persistent and punctual all the way down to the day of the wedding. If you’re considering a beach wedding on Jupiter Beach, we highly recommend having it at beach access #58. We looked at Blowing Rocks on Jupiter Island but decided on #58 due to feedback from the photographer. WBSS made our memorable day very, very special. WELL DONE!!

We had a great experience working with Wedding Bells and Seashells for our same sex wedding on the beach. Lori and her team were excellent throughout. We really appreciated the wedding day itinerary she put together and especially how well the team coordinated the day and evening -- keeping us all on time! Lori also coordinated our reception which went off without a hitch with attention to every detail. Throughout the evening, any time we thought we needed anything Lori would appear ready to jump into action. Lori really knows how to create a beautiful and elegant ceremony. She personally made our circular floral arbor by hand on the morning of our wedding day! LORI WAS AMAZING! Because of COVID we had to not only move our actual wedding date but as we got closer to the wedding day our permits kept getting rejected due to state restrictions and, unfortunately the date we had to move it to happened to be spring break so she was dealing with Miami shutting beaches down for that too. While the beach we ended up having to get was much more crowded than I had hoped it would be, Lori made sure the day went off without a hitch. In the moment I hardly noticed all of the many additional guests and onlookers and the day was magical non-the-less. I didn't have to worry about anything.

Couldn't have been more perfect is an understatement! Beautiful Ft Lauderdale beach wedding. Such an easy process with these guys. We live clear across the country and ended up not having to worry about anything. So fun and easy to work with, and tons of options. All we did was tell them our preferences and show up. That was it. They handled everything. Stress free is the way to go! Major weather changes foreseen on our wedding day and 3 days they were already on it. Wedding Bells and Seashells went above and beyond for our wedding day. We were going to have an elopement ceremony in Miami then sail away on a cruise. Covid-19 changed those plans. Miami Beach closures changed our location to Fort Lauderdale. Then an airshow rescheduled for the same location on the day of our wedding. Those plans made us change to Pompano Beach. We had so many changes, but Lori was on top of it and took care of everything. Lori is awesome and great to work with. I had no worries even with all the changes. We were more than happy with the wedding by Wedding Bells and SeaShells. Lori was very quick to answer any questions and answer phone calls. Lori was very attentive to the bride and groom to make sure everything was perfect. She even wiped sweat from the bride's face and served us Mimosas and cake. The flowers were PHENOMENAL! Covid, beach closures and an airshow can't stop love. I would highly recommend Wedding Bells and SeaShells for your special day! I will definitely look them up for vow renewals/anniversary.

Loved working with them! It was just perfect for our beach wedding!! It was a nice small gathering with our family and they made it so special!! They did everything, we just showed up! We put all our trust in them and they came through with shining colors!! Flowers were perfect, seating and setting, background music. They are outstanding.

Beyond Amazing. My husband is disabled so we had to make a lot of adjustments to accommodate him, even some last minute ones, and Lori had no problem making it work. During the photo session she knew exactly how to make it work (without us telling her) so he was not uncomfortable and we still made the most efficient use of our time. After our original wedding at home in Kentucky was postponed in March due to Covid we decided to just elope in Florida. My travel agent found is Wedding Bells and Seashells, and I cannot day enough good things about them. Lori contacted me immediately after my initial contact. Walked me through the process and asked if I had any questions, which of course I did! She was professional and answers everything quickly and accurately. She helped us plan the ceremony and get our Florida marriage license. I contacted her multiple times throughout our process and before the wedding. She was always welcoming to any question I had, I never felt as if I was a bother! The day before the wedding rain, rain and more rain came down. Forecast was terrible. Lori reaches out to me to figure out a contingency plan, as we were supposed to get married on the beach. She figured out our alternative and was in constant contact until wedding time. We moved it inside to a beautiful penthouse lobby at our hotel. Everything was perfect. Flowers were incredible! Lori managed to keep this high strung bride calm through the entire process. And people who know me, know that’s a task!! As soon as the ceremony was over the clouds parted and our photographer was able to take some amazing shots on the beach. Lori recorded the ceremony on my phone and took pictures on the beach on my phone so I could have some immediately. We could not have had a more perfect experience. Anyone looking to run away and get married should definitely use this company. And can I talk about our photography?!? Out of this world! 100% plus satisfied!!

My husband and I were in complete awe of how wonderful everything turned out. I was guided every step of the way with kindness and professionalism. Wedding Bells and Seashells created an amazing ceremony for us on March 22, 2020, despite. beach/park/restaurant closures (COVID). We much looked forward to the date, so instead of cancelling our wedding day, we went with the flow and moved our beach wedding to a rooftop of a private house. Wedding Bells and Seashells set it up beautifully, and Micah’s ceremony was exactly what we had wanted. A violin player and a sand ceremony added special, memorable touches to our day. I highly recommend Wedding Bells and Seashells as an event vendor, and Micah as an officiant. All of the staff were detailed, great communicators, professional, flexible, and reliable. A big thank you to Lori and the team for helping us with our wedding planning and pulling it all together for a lovely day. We put our plans together in a short amount of time, from a different city (also while we were in a different country for part of it) and the communication was always easy and straight forward. Lori was patient with us when we were indecisive about some details and was able to offer guidance and ease our minds. We were also grateful for the affordable price and quality of the outcome. On the day of the wedding there was torrential down pour...up until right before the ceremony and the team moved our set up from the beach to the gazebo we reserved for cocktails and they were able to keep our stress at bay (pun intended) and help us make a decision that worked out for the best. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of the day, was that the flower arrangements (other than my bouquet) were fake. I was a bit sad when I realized and would have happily paid extra money for real flowers...but in the end you can't tell in the photos so not a big deal. We are thrilled with the quality of the photos as well! They are fun, beautiful, and really captured how laid back the day was. I celebrated my 20th Anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony on Miami Beach at Fontainebleau with 50 family members and friends. The team, Micah, Megan, Lori and Mark were simply amazing. From the initial contact in January 2019 to the actual event in October 2019 was smooth and stress free. I think they worried more about my event than I did. By "worry"... I mean helping to make our ceremony unforgettable. It was an easy process dealing with Wedding Bells ... phone calls and emails never went unanswered. Micah was a wonderful officiant. He has no idea, but his kind words to me prior to my walking out to meet my husband brought tears to my eyes. Mark was an excellent photographer who took charge to make sure the shots were perfect. I'm very excited seeing the preview photos, I can't wait to see the final product.

Wedding Bells & Seashells did the most amazing job planning our wedding. We decided very last minute to have a wedding and I reached out to WB&S 37 days before the actual wedding day. Lori, Megan & Micah organized everything to a tee. I was living in a different state and working 75 hrs a week at the time of the planning process and they took control of absolutely everything. After hurricane Dorian i changed the venue from the beach to a farm and it was no trouble at all for them. They were so flexible. On the day, Megan was an absolute dream!! She made me feel so at ease. We had to delay the wedding for an extra couple of minutes and she was so accommodating as was Harriet the officiant. Mark the photographer was amazing. He made sure to get every little detail captured before the ceremony and after. The few sneak peek pics we have already are amazing. I used Wedding bells and sea shells to renew our vows after 20 years of marriage. From the start Lori helped with every question I had, she is very patient and kind, left me worry free . Just like they claim, they really do take care of everything!! When I 1st started working with this planner, I was worried because I would be able to go back and forth to Florida to plan my wedding. Words cannot express how happy I am with my experience with Wedding Bells and Seashells. When I decided on a destination wedding and saw they serviced the Cape Canaveral area it just felt like fate. We planned the entire thing in about 5 months- they make it easy by sending you questionnaires to get down to every exact detail you want (we did the build your own package). They were quick with responses, helpful with any questions, etc. When it came to wedding time, we had to make a last minute location change (due to some mother nature issues out of our control) and I called Micah panicking but they were extremely accommodating and reassured me that changing the location was no issue and worked with me! We ended up getting married right behind the resort we were staying at which in hindsight, seems more sentimental now anyway. The day of was a whirlwind but they kept in contact with me, made sure we knew exactly where to be at what time and made sure everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helped beyond what I could have imagined. They did everything for us- we didn’t have to do a thing and it made the day so much more relaxed for everyone involved. They set it up, took it down, helped keep me cool in the air conditioning, were great at making sure my nephews would cooperate as ring bearers, held anything I needed them to, and provided water throughout the whole process. Our ceremony was nothing short of perfection. Everything went smooth, looked beautiful and felt very natural. Our photographer was great, he made sure to get any specific shots I requested and threw in his own work and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. When we were all done, we had our guests and even random strangers come up and tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding that they had ever seen. They even file the marriage license for you- so when they say: “Relax... We’ll take care of everything” they really uphold to their words. Wedding in the rain was...Amazing! Our daughter's beach wedding was scheduled for 6:30 on June 18th, but rain and lightning delayed our start. Micah and his team did everything possible to get the wedding under way. We were finally able to get started around 7, under the concrete pavillion at Laura Ward park. After the ceremony, the rain and lightning subsided to where we able to get back on the beach. Micah and Sean, the photographer, went above and beyond to get the photos done. We were so impressed at their willingness to put in the extra time to pull this off. We have seen some of the photos and they are extraordinary! Rain or not, I dont believe we could have had a better experience! Thanks so much to Micah and his team!
