The team that made our dream wedding a reality
We’d give Wedding by Rosanny 100 stars if we could. From the moment we hired Rosanny, we knew we had found someone truly special. We...
worked with her for a full year leading up to our wedding, and she became so much more than our wedding planner. Rosanny reached out to our dream venue, arranged our tour, and helped make our dream of getting married at the museum a reality. She connected us with incredible vendors, handled contracts, created our timeline, and organized everything from beginning to end. She took our ideas and turned them into a wedding that was even better than we imagined. Throughout our wedding journey, Rosanny was the person making sure every detail was taken care of, planning and coordinating the bridal shower, church rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and the brunch the morning after. Because of Rosanny, we were able to be fully present and enjoy all of the celebrations without having to worry about the details. Every event was planned with care, and everything went exactly the way we hoped it would. Because the museum did not have an in-house wedding team, we knew it would take someone with experience and strong leadership to bring everything together, and Rosanny exceeded every expectation. She and her team coordinated the rental staff, waiters, bartenders, valet attendants, hostess team, managers, and catering staff with such professionalism and organization that our guests thought they were the museum’s own wedding team. Everything ran so smoothly, and the level of care and attention throughout the day was beyond anything we could have imagined.
We first met Nutsa during the bridal shower, and from that moment she became such an important part of our wedding journey. She was there for our church rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and brunch the following morning. On the wedding day, Nutsa was there every step of the way. She took such amazing care of my wife, making sure she looked and felt her best, helping with her dress, fixing the little details before photos, and making sure she felt confident and beautiful throughout the day. She also made sure I was taken care of, from fixing my bowtie and brushing off my jacket to making sure we always had food, drinks, and everything we needed. She noticed things before we even had to ask, and she truly felt like our wedding angel that day. Cynthia, Astrid, Tatiana, and Tony were also incredible, and the entire team worked together beautifully. Because of Rosanny, we were able to enjoy one of the most important days of our lives knowing everything was taken care of. Our family and guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how smoothly everything went. Choosing Wedding by Rosanny was the best decision we made, and we will always be grateful to Rosanny and her team for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.

Rosanny. Throughout the planning process, Rosanny guided me with patience, clarity, excitement, and professionalism. She helped me find the perfect venue, connected me with the best vendors, and made every decision feel easy. She took my vision and brought it to life even more beautifully than I imagined. When it came to my wedding week and the big day itself, I had not just one person but a full support system. Rosanny, Nutsa, and Tatiana worked together as my Day-Of Coordinators, and they were truly exceptional. They coordinated my rehearsal, managed the entire timeline, communicated with vendors, handled every detail, and even ensured that my wedding ending was wrapped up smoothly—every item accounted for, every detail closed out, and every moment taken care of. Their teamwork allowed me to relax and simply be a bride—present, calm, and able to enjoy my day fully. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because they were already steps ahead. If you are looking for a planner who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comes with a powerhouse team that truly cares, Wedding by Rosanny is the best of the best.

Rosanny exceeded all of my expectations. She went above and beyond through the entire wedding planning process. We hired her for day or coordinating but she did so much beforehand ...
also. I felt very at ease and calm during everything just knowing that she had my back and would take care of anything I didn’t think of or forgot. My biggest requirement was having a bow on every single ceremony chair. I asked Rosanny if that was something she could do the morning of and she said she would rather take care of it the day before. Rosanny spent countless hours at the venue the day before and hand tied a bow on 150 chairs. She not only did that but also went and got garbage bags and put them on every chair to ensure they would not get ruined through out the night. She then showed up bright and early the morning of the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. Myself and my girls did not have to worry about anything. She was in touch with the vendors and I got to stay calm cool and collected all day. I highly recommend hiring Rosanny. She will make sure your day goes off without a hitch. You will be able to actually enjoy your wedding day without stressing or worrying about all the little things. Thank you for EVERYTHING Rosanny 🤍

LL planning and she was absolutely exceptional! We lived in Chicago for the beginning stages of planning and from the very first meeting, I knew she was absolute magic. Her energy and aura was everything my husband and I needed and we NEEDED ALL THE HELP WE COULD GET since we were planning from out of state! She took care of EVERY SINGLE DETAIL from vendor meetings, familial dynamics, hiring our band, our florist, photographer, videographer, photo booth, and most importantly the venue. She was readily available even extremely late at night and put all of my apprehensions and fears at ease. Her excel sheets are something to be admired, the amount of detail, organization, color coding, etc was astounding. She took care of every minute detail from start to finish. Her connections with vendors in the area is AMAZING and we got absolutely the best of the best in every arena and aspect of weddings because of the relationships she has forged! Everyone loves her, and she will MAKE SURE your vision are executed with perfection. She was hands on with everything down to my alterations at Kleinfeld, and even traveled during CITY RUSH HOUR TWICE to make sure she was present! She even picked up the dress for us. She and her team are naturals and you can tell she absolutely LOVES doing what she does. She has such a gift. Do yourself a favor and hire her as your wedding planner. Your future self will thank you! We love her so much, and we're actually really sad our wedding is over because we loved talking with her on a daily basis! She's become not only a wedding planner, but our friend, and our confidante. We love her so much!

t advice on how to go with our wedding vendors and venue. I found her through an acquaintance who also got married and I saw how beautiful her wedding came out. All the amazing reviews she has are not exaggeration, she really IS THE BEST at what she does. DO TRUST HER opinion and suggestions, my husband and I did, and our wedding came out PERFECT! It’s been a week since our wedding day and EVERYONE keeps talking about it, they call it “the wedding of the year” or “the bougiest wedding” and mostly everyone says “the best wedding they have ever attended” and this could not have happened without all her help and attention to detail. As well, her team is amazing, most of the vendors and venue people knew her and they worked so perfectly together, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. My husband and I couldn’t be any more grateful for this. Rosanny’s positiveness and amazing personality, will make all your worries fade away.
Thank you SO MUCH Rosanny, God bless your beautiful soul, never change, you are a blessing.

s extremely affordable). She was my day of coordinator but I would definitely consider her a month + coordinator. My wedding was located in NY. She came to every vendor appointment, was available all day everyday for anything I needed. She stayed in a hotel near my venue the entire weekend of my wedding. Rosanny also attended & directed the rehearsal as well. Her duties extended beyond the day of, she was supportive and we met multiple multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding. I had two locations and she made the day go seamlessly. She was with me from 6:30am until 1am. We were even texting at 2am! She also had an assistant come as well who stayed with my husband the morning of and then with us the rest of the day. She went out of her way to go above & beyond. My family and friends were saying how professional and wonderful she was. She is the sweetest and a positive ray of sunshine to have on your day! She made my day perfect. I couldn't have manage coordinating my wedding between two locations without Rosanny and her amazing team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

schedule AND she helped me SO much steaming my dress/veil, my mom & sister's dresses, feeding me lol, and keeping the photo team on task and SO much more. She contacted all my vendors the week of to make sure everyone was on the same page about details and she even came to my venue when I dropped off all of my décor to do a walk through with the Maitre'd and myself. On top of all her help, she is the sweetest! SO kind and helpful and not pushy at all, still while reminding everyone to move along! I cannot say enough positive things about Rosanny. Hands down, it was the best decision I made for my wedding day!!

When I needed help tackling rentals, her experience solved all my problems. I will forever be grateful for her expertise and for a wonderful collaboration!

My bridesmaids, mom, and I were all able to simply sit back and relax and get pampered for the day because they took care of literally EVERYTHING. She's thorough, smart, creative--I honestly can't say enough about how fabulous she is. If you need a planner or day of event coordinator or anything in that nature, Rosanny is your girl. I promise you won't regret it. She is worth every penny and then some. For the sake of your sanity on your wedding day, HIRE THIS WOMAN!! I am eternally grateful to her and Nina for making my day so incredibly magical and perfect. Maybe I can convince her to plan other parties for me in the future... LOL

She carried out everything exactly I wanted them to be!!!! I couldn’t believe it! Everything was so perfect or even better!!!!!

reply and is constantly “on it”. She took it upon herself to set up a tour of the venue to get familiar with everything. She is organized and brings a “can do” attitude. Weeks leading up to the big day she handled all communication with our vendors and made our vison come to life with our décor. She constantly answered all my OCD/ Type A questions and suggested picking up our décor items a few days before our wedding to help release any last-minute stress (how thoughtful).
When walking into our venue she was there to greet us smiling from ear to ear. As she guided us through the decorated space, I instantly had tears, she just “gets it”. All our guests took notice of how helpful she was with making sure we were well fed, hydrated, enjoying our signature cocktails and that my hair/makeup was on point. “Now that is service!!” my friend said. She even helped put on my lipstick between photos and bustled my dress beautifully only using the pins she brought. We feel so blessed to have had Rosanny (and her assistant Nina) they were just a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Trust us, you are in EXCELLENT hands!

. When I first got engaged, I knew she had to be the first call I made to feel less stressed during the wedding planning process. And WOW, I was 100% correct. I had the wedding of my dreams, and I would never have been able to do it without Rosanny. Planning an NJ wedding from LA is not an easy task, but everything came together so beautifully. She is a master at vendor selection. And she has excellent relationships with the vendors. Best of all, she knows which vendors will mesh with your vision and your personality. Every single vendor that Rosanny suggested was phenomenal! At one point, I became overwhelmed with the planning, and I told Rosanny that I trusted her and that she had free reign to bring the vision that we discussed to life. We saw many of the details for the first time on my wedding day, and we were utterly blown away. She went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. We were so lucky to have chosen her to work with; she truly cares for the couple she’s working with, and I highly recommend her services to anyone getting married! Her team was also a pleasure to work with on the wedding day.

Our caterer commented, “I work with many wedding planners - she was excellent.” During this unsettling time, it was truly amazing to have someone so invested in making sure I had the wedding of my dream. I honestly would have been lost without Rosanny and her incredible team.

She was with us every step of the way and was our voice with all our vendors. On the day of the wedding, we got to enjoy it! She and her team made sure we were taken care of and had a good time! She executed the entire itinerary down to the second, no surprises, only rave reviews from our guests! We were sad at the end of the night because we knew this was the last time we would work with Rosanny at our wedding, and by this point, we considered her part of the family. Anyone able to book her for their wedding would be lucky to have her. We certainly were! We are forever grateful for everything Rosanny, and her team did for us!
I cannot say enough good things about Rosanny, but I will try. In a nutshell, she is terrific. From the moment I met her, I knew we were in good hands! Our wedding would not have b...
een as incredible as it was without her there! She never missed a beat from our first conversation in the planning process to the end of our wedding night. Our wedding was perfect, and we didn't have to worry about a thing - all we had to do was enjoy our day! Incredible!! She thought of literally every “little thing” that I for sure would have overlooked or not known how to pull off. Every detail was so beautifully thought out. Rosanny was an expert at getting people to listen to directions and did it in the kindest way I’ve ever seen. She even made sure that my husband and I ate! I could not have done everything alone; she saved us much stress. Indeed a genuine pleasure to have her as part of (and the backbone)!
I don't even know where to begin to express how grateful my now-husband and I are that Rosanny was able to help us plan THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES! From beginning to end, we had a w...
onderful occasion that surpassed all of our wedding needs. My husband and I lived in Virginia and hired Rosanny and her team. Because we were planning a wedding in a different state and I had anxiety with all the planning and COVID restrictions, it was a lot for me to be impulsive and let go of control! Rosanny took what was a very stressful situation for me (planning a wedding in a city that I had never been to before and didn't know the first thing about) and turned it into an easy peasy, smooth as silk event where all I had to do was answer a few questions, and she took care of the rest! She will listen to you and your dream and work effortlessly to make sure you get just that.
I hired Rosanny because I only had 5 months to plan a wedding. From the day 1, she was fantastic and so flexible. She made sure all of my questions were answered on time and took n...

She went above and beyond of my expectations and ensured that I feel like a bride/princess on my wedding date. She took care of everything, including venders, venue, wedding decorations, even my family members on the day of the wedding, and before the wedding date as well. I greatly appreciate how responsive and cheerful she was. I would recommend her 100% if you are looking for a wedding planner. My husband also loved her :)

and we immediately booked with her. Due to COVID my husband and I decided to have an intimate ceremony last year, during this time we lost so many vital family members needless to say 2020 was a very tough year. When Rosanny heard our story she made it her mission to make our wedding celebration perfect, and she went above and beyond our expectations. She did not skip a single detail. On the day of, she made sure everything moved along smoothly and my family and friends all loved her. I cannot recommend her enough and cannot thank her enough. She will always advocate for her couples at every turn, not just during the wedding planning process but even long after. I say this because we had our celebration a little less than a month ago and she’s still in constant contact with me about a certain vendor. My husband and I are indebted to Rosanny, I could cry when I think of how much she did for us and how she made us feel. My only regret is that I didn’t hire her sooner in the wedding planning process. I would’ve saved myself so much stress and headaches! Every bride deserves their very own Rosanny; my family and I will always recommend her and hire her for any and all events!
