Hiring Wedding Company 817 was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. Specifically, our coordinator, Kym Ray. We decided to go with the 4 Month Out package and it was more than worth it. Not only did Kym keep us on track and make sure we had all the details exactly how we wanted, but she really was there during the small moments (specifically of panic). Thank you for everything!
Day of Divas was the best money we spent for our wedding- hands down! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kym and there aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful she is. She works efficiently, tackles problems before you ever know about them, and does it all with a contagious smile. She is such a light to anyone she encounters and my only complaint is that I can’t keep talking to her everyday after the wedding! You will not regret working with them, ask for Kym!

Stephanie was a superb day of coordinator. She handled everything so we didn't have to lift a finger. Professional, personable, and incredibly attentive - she knew exactly how we wanted the night to go and even went the extra mile to make sure all of our decorations and floral items were packed up and dropped at our hotel at the end of the night.
10/10 would recommend Day of Divas, and 20/10 would recommend Stephanie.
Worth every penny is an understatement! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Day of Divas. Their professionalism, organization, flexibility, and overall positive energy turned what could have been a stressful day into the most beautiful and memorable experience of our lives.
My initial contact was with Jessa, and her support throughout the early stages of the planning process was incredible. She offered general guidance, vendor recommendations, shared insights, and helping me navigate all of that craziness with ease (sidenote: I booked with them in Feb. 2022 for our Nov. 2023 wedding).
Once our wedding got a bit closer, Kym was assigned to be our lead coordinator. And boy did we hit the jackpot with her! Not only is she incredibly organized, communicative, and professional, but you can tell that she genuinely cares about the couples she works with. Her knowledge of our venue (BRIX on the Fox) and fantastic relationships with our vendors was a game-changer. It made the entire process sooooo much easier knowing that we were in capable hands and didn't need to worry about anything. I cannot express how grateful I am for her - she was an absolute lifesaver.
Aleks and Jessa were both wonderful! Aleks kept me calm throughout the process and was always so helpful. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to her. She’s very o and great to work with. Highly recommend!
Jessa was the biggest lifesaver to have at my wedding day. We opted for month of services and met for a call to go over the details of the day. She attended our final vendor walk through to get a better feel for our vision. Her attention to detail at this meeting was impeccable. Not only did she make sure she understood our vision, but she also offered her expertise from the industry and voiced questions about details we never considered. Her communication leading up to the wedding was timely, detailed and professional. Jessa stepped in and pulled our run through together when it started to run off course. If anything went wrong at our wedding, I have no idea because she was there to handle and execute it all to perfection. Jessa made me feel like my wedding was just as important to her as it was for my husband and I. She went above and beyond what we hired her to do. I cannot recommend her enough!
Stephanie was our primary wedding coordinator and absolutely AMAZING! The other person with her on our wedding day was great too! Stephanie was so on top of everything and made our wedding day flow so smoothly. I didn’t even have to think of what the next thing was on our wedding day timeline since she was always a step ahead of it. She made our wedding perfect and we could have not done it without her!
Day of Divas (esp. Kym) was awesome to work with for our month-of wedding coordinating! We worked with Kym and Reaghann, and are soooo glad we booked Day of Divas to help relieve some stress during the lead up to the wedding. We filled out a thorough questionnaire from Kym to get on the same page with all our logistics, and used provided templates for our wedding decor and gratuity lists. That bit of work beforehand saved us because we knew we had provided all the necessary info, and Kym had it from there. She helped everything run smoothly during the wedding and reception. We really can’t say enough good things about Kym. She was very helpful, especially with creating the timeline, communicating with vendors, setting up the reception hall, and end of night cleanup. She responded quickly to emails and texts, arranged calls, took her time to understand what we were wanting, and checked in on us. There was a last minute scramble with our photographer having a family emergency and not being able to be present, but Kym helped calm us down. She attended our rehearsal, and even helped with handing out tip envelopes and bustling my dress. Overall, she did a great job and is so kind and professional. Personally, I think it is SO worth it to hire a month-of coordinator, and I can’t imagine how it might have been different had we relied on ourselves or a friend/family member for this. Things were SO SMOOTH and I was less stressed because Kym (and her assistant) had it all handled. For what they offer, the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend Day of Divas!
I am honestly disappointed. I hired Day of Divas for 4 weeks before the wedding day of coordination services. At first things started out okay and I had a great conversation with Shannon. I filled out her questionnaire in detail and we walked through it together. She seemed to understand exactly what I was expecting. Overall Shannon was very nice and was available at most hours to address any concerns (why there are two stars rather than one). However, so many small details were missed and the scheduling and communication skills were lacking. It didn't seem like there had been much preparation of coordinating with the vendors nor did it seem like she looked at the questionnaire in the initial vendor schedule.
I also think it would have been helpful to be copied on all emails to the vendors. I had feedback on the vendor timeline and didn't see an updated one. I didn't even know it was sent to the vendors until I called one and confirmed they had it. However, I was not sure what she sent. I know some brides may want to be kept out of the loop, but I figured I would have at least seen a final vendor schedule before it was sent.
I also wanted schedules for each relevant person for the day of including the photo schedule for relevant family members, friends, and wedding party (discussed in our kick-off off meeting). Shannon got this to me two days before the wedding. It was not well organized and there were typos, but I guess it was fine for me to update and pass along. At first Shannon offerred to send these schedules for me but then took back that offer. I was pretty disappointed.
It didn't seem like there was much experience in the day of timeline as there was little extra time built in for hair and makeup and we ran an hour late. This made us able to take fewer pictures at the venue.
I think asking for contracts as soon as engaged would have been helpful on her part so that she could have properly coordinated and ensured all expectations were met or we could at least come up with a solution together. I missed in the flower contract that they needed final timeline two weeks in advance. We could have worked together to make sure we didn't have to rush to pull together this info.
At one point in the night, I had planned to do a boquet toss and an anniversary dance. We were running behind in time and our photographers were leaving soon. I had hoped to get these captured by the photographers. We asked Shannon to approach the DJ to confirm this would happen in time. The DJ said in a few songs and at that point I knew the photographers would be gone. My maid of honor went up to the DJ and fixed the situation. We at least got the boquet toss captuded. I wish Shannon reminded us of the timing and coordinated as needed with our vendors to ensure this would all have been captured.
We also had one less person in the wedding party due to illness and there was no coordination done with the venue to inform them of the change.
We had a photo booth table where tape was supposed to be set out so our guests could tape their photos into the album. The tape was never put on the table. I had to tape about half of the photos after the wedding as the initial photo stickers ran out (why I brought the tape). The guest book and photo booth sign were also put on the wrong table initially and I had to tell Shannon it was in the wrong spot. Everyone had the Floorplan in advance.
While Shannon was nice, she didn't seem to handle my expectations well.
Jessa and Alex were very on top of things. They absolutely helped ease the stress of all the last minute changes for our ceremony location. Because our outdoor location got rained out, they were able to work with our venue to relocate the ceremony and have everything ready by the time I walked down the aisle. They were a huge help with creating a detailed timeline that all my vendors worked off of. They were great to work with and wonderful people.
Hiring Day of Divas was the BEST decision my daughter & I made for her wedding. My daughter was actually "against" hiring a wedding planner/coordinator but now realizes that there is NO WAY her wedding would have gone so smoothly without Jessa & Day of Divas.
Jessa is unbelievably knowledgeable, professional and detailed oriented. She was an invaluable resource during the year of planning as we asked her questions, recommendations, etc.
She was amazing with communication and asking questions that we hadn't even thought of as the logistics and timeline were being put together.
Jessa communicated with all of the vendors so that everyone was aware of the timeline wedding day.
She has a calming presence and was such a source of comfort wedding day!
Jessa & Stephanie set up our decor in the venue and we walked in it took our breath away. Likewise, she was amazing during the breakdown/clean-up at the end of the night.
I truly didn't worry about ANYTHING during the entire wedding!! Therefore I was able to actually ENJOY the day with my daughter & her husband and all of our friends and family.
Wedding planning and finding vendors who you know will make your special day "perfect" can be stressful. I can guarantee you that using Day of Divas as your month/day of coordinator is the BEST DECISION to guarantee a smooth wedding day.
I would absolutely not hesitate booking Day of Divas. I can't imagine my daughter's wedding without having Jessa by our side.

We had a wonderful experience working with Day of Divas. Kym was our primary coordinator, and we also worked with Jessa. Jessa ran our rehearsal, and she clearly knew what she was doing. She gave helpful and direct instructions to get everyone on the same page. Kym was organized, responsive, and thorough. We were in constant contact for a few weeks prior to our wedding, and we always felt heard and supported in our questions or decisions. We went into the day confident everything would run smoothly, and it did. We highly recommend working with Day of Divas for your wedding coordination needs.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Chrissy and Jessa for two separate wedding events, and they were absolutely wonderful! We used Chrissy as a full day of coordinator for our Wedding day, which included some vendor coordination, while we used Jessa as hourly support for the two events, including our Pakistani-American fusion event.
Both of them were extremely organized and helpful! They helped us identify possible issues with our schedule, asked questions that we had not thought of, and generally kept things on track for both events. The Pakistani-American event was a tough task as there are a lot of unfamiliar ceremonies and traditions, but Jessa jumped right in and was integral in keeping the night moving along and handling misc. questions so that we could stay on schedule.
For our traditional event, Chrissy was fantastic and had to manage a very large event (nearly 400 guests, with a 30+ person wedding party) and never seemed stressed or overwhelmed. She calmly managed every issue that arose, and the end result was a wedding day that allowed us to enjoy ourselves as much as possible!
We would highly recommend using both of them or anyone else from the Day of Divas team!

As a highly organized individual, I initially did not consider seeking professional help planning our wedding. However, several life changes occurred after our engagement so I knew I would need another set of eyes to help me achieve my wedding vision.
Day of Divas came highly recommended by our venue, The BRIX on Fox. Jessa, the owner, was kind, and detailed, and promptly replied to all questions I had. She helped ease the stress of wedding planning by assuring me that they would provide the support I needed.
We were matched with Stephanie Beery and we began the planning process. Together we refined my day-of timeline and knowing I had a professional to look over my ideas helped ease my anxiety. Stephanie immediately helped me feel more confident in my decisions with her friendly, positive attitude and I very much enjoyed planning with her.
As for the actual day of the wedding, I speak on behalf of my entire family when I say that she was an integral part of making the day go smoothly. I was a ball of nerves the entire day but she ironed out each snag in the plan as the day went on without me even noticing. Her positivity helped me relax and actually enjoy the evening instead of me fretting over each detail. At the end of the night, my dad even said to me, "If only one vendor tonight receives a tip, it should be Stephanie. She was worth every single penny."

We decided to hire a wedding coordinator and come across Day of Divas. I was in contact with Jessa, who was amazing with getting all of our details together and then choosing the best coordinators for our wedding. Stephanie and Shannon were absolutely amazing, from being available to take calls and texts to answer questions, to helping make decisions or making suggestions on things that I had not thought of. They worked with all of the vendors to make sure schedules and our timeline was perfect! The night of the rehearsal Stephanie took total control and we were in and out in no time, and able to enjoy all of the family at dinner shortly after. Shannon went above and beyond in keeping me calm and to help pass the time. while I was tucked away before the ceremony. Her sweet and calming personality is exactly what I needed. I could not have asked for a better day and 2 better gals to get us through it!!!!

We owe so much thanks and gratitude to Jessa from Day of Divas for helping make our day go so smooth! If you're on the fence about hiring a Day of Coordinator, I can't recommend one enough (especially Jessa)! My husband and I had a two year engagement where we booked and planned most things within that first year. Having Jessa as our coordinator really helped when all of our Vendors started reaching out about 1-2 months out from the wedding. We were so overwhelmed and she helped ease our minds and take away my stress! Jessa had many conversations with our vendors without us even knowing which was very relieving! On the day of she helped organize everything and set up our décor at our venue and pack it up at the end of the night. Jessa was a rockstar!

Stephanie Beery of Day of Divas was an integral part of our wedding day. Her involvement started about a month prior to the event, and it helped us feel secure in knowing someone would be quarterbacking the day for us. The night of the rehearsal, we unfortunately parted ways with our officiant and didn't know what we would do. She explained how it has happened before and helped us secure plans for the replacement. The day of the wedding she was on top of everything from morning until the end of the night. We never felt like things were being neglected or wondered whether the steps were being handled. She reminded us of several things we may want, and coordinated all of the vendors to work as a unified team. She made us feel comfortable and taken care of before and during the ceremony, and throughout the cocktail hour and reception. She shielded us from the various things that vendors would normally ask the bride and groom, which allowed us to relax and just focus on enjoying the night. We could not have done our wedding without Stephanie's involvement and we couldn't be more grateful to her. Day of Divas, and Stephanie, are a must!

Hiring Jessa as our day of coordinator for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Jessa was available via emails and phone calls leading up to the wedding to give suggestions and helpful advice. It was so nice to be able to run quick things by her before making decisions. The weeks leading up to the wedding, Jessa helped organize all of our vendors timelines into one full detailed timeline to coordinate all of the moving pieces of our day. She took over communication with our vendors to confirm their timings which took so much off of my plate. The day of the wedding I cannot say enough how helpful Jessa was. We did not have to worry about one single thing. Everything ran smoothly through her. She ensured everyone stayed on the timeline so that my husband and I could enjoy our day to the fullest. She also allowed all of my family members to enjoy their day stress free (i.e. she took care of my dress bustle so my MOH didn't have to). She is so organized and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend Jessa and Day of Divas for their wedding day.

Hiring Day of Divas was the best decision I made during wedding planning! JESSA WAS TRULY AMAZING. From the very beginning, Jessa was there to help make recommendations for vendors and talk us through initial wedding details. A little over a month out, she stepped in and handled communications to my vendors, kept me on schedule and was there for me during my emotional moments, ha! On the wedding day, she was ON IT. I did not have to worry about a single thing! She managed all of the vendors, handled all the hiccups, kept us on schedule throughout the whole day. She did the absolute best job and I could not have imagined doing my wedding without her!

Day of Diva's was so helpful the day of my wedding. Stephanie had a detailed list with visual of all the things we dreamed about. She was able to look at pictures and make them come to life. She was able to take our DIY venue and make it come to life. At the end of the night she packed up our car while we enjoyed our guest, party, and dancing. I didn't even know she was doing this!!

Day of Divas was listed on our venue's recommended vendor list and we're so thankful they were. We initially thought that we could handle all the final wedding planning details ourselves, but quickly realized that wasn't realistic. We started working with Jessa about 1.5 months prior to our big day and it was so helpful to have her coordinate day of logistics with our vendors, switch some events around in our timeline and talk through things we hadn't given much thought to. She handled everything flawlessly on our wedding day and we had virtually no one approach us to ask questions, as she was ON IT. We are beyond grateful that we were able to fully enjoy the day with our favorite people. Thank you, Jessa, for all your support leading up to our wedding and being a rockstar the day of!!
The Day of Divas team (specifically Stephanie and Jessa) were an absolute dream to work with. I hired them for Month of Coordination and they took so many logistical pieces off of my plate the month before and day of our wedding. I did not have to worry about anything. Stephanie's positive energy was infectious and she made sure the day went off without a hitch. We got many compliments from our parents and guests about how great she was and how smoothly the day to went. Having a coordinator is a must, and I cannot recommend Stephanie enough!

I hired DoD for wedding day coordinating. They worked with me for the month leading up to the wedding and the day of. Basically they took care of the small details leading up to the big day. I would not have made it through the home stretch of wedding planning without Wendy. She contacted all my vendors, created a timeline and kept us on schedule all day. The only thing i had to do was show up and have fun. Whether you do full wedding planning or day of coordinating I highly recommend Day of Divas to have a stress free wedding.

STEPHANIE IS INCREDIBLE! We hired Day of Divas for our wedding and Stephanie was our coordinator. She was unbelievable - she was hands on throughout the days leading up to the wedding and took care of any and every issue that came up. She made the big day perfect - if there were any problems that day, I was completely unaware because she seamlessly handled everything. Her assistant, Shannon, was also so great and so helpful! I cannot recommend Day of Divas enough - if you're considering getting a coordinator, DO IT! It's worth every penny!!!

Let me start by saying Jessa was god sent. You don’t realize how quick on your wedding day that time can get away from you. Jessa handled all of my vendors day of so I was able to take in every moment. She kept our day moving making sure everyone was where they needed to be and on time.
When approaching the wedding day the week or two before, and you’re on an emotional roller costar it was amazing to hand the reins over to Jessa so if a vendor had a question she was able to independently answer it.
The best part about having Jessa was I don’t know if anything went wrong at my wedding. Not a single vendor came up to me asking what to do. Hiring a day of coordinator made my day go as smooth as I could have ever dreamed of. Hiring a day of diva is the only way to go!

We booked with Day of Divas for our wedding at the Brix, and we are SO glad we did!! Stephanie Beery was our planner and she truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Stephanie was detail oriented, professional, personable and kind! Our wedding party and vendors commented that they loved working with her. She was much more than a typical "day of" planner, and worked with us in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure the schedule for the day was figured out, and took care of all the details of the event so that we could truly enjoy our day. Stephanie took the time to get to know my vision for the day so that she could make it happen, As a bride, it was so nice to know that I didn't have to answer vendor questions and worry about things like set up and tear down because I trusted that even if something went wrong Stephanie would take care of everything. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Jessa and her team!!! I brought on Day of Divas only a few months before our wedding (really thought I could do it all myself) and it was seriously one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jessa provided amazing counsel throughout the planning process and was invaluable day of -- helping to work through a few kinks and making sure the day ran incredibly smoothly. Her team also helped me carry an umbrella when it started to rain during our first look, brought us appetizers when we were rushing to take post-ceremony family photos and brought us drinks when we didn't have time to get them ourselves. I can't recommend Day of Divas enough and know our day wouldn't have gone NEARLY as well without them!
Amazing doesn't even seem like the right word to describe Stephanie and Day of Divas. Hiring them was easily the best decision that I made for my wedding, and Stephanie made my day perfect!!! From my late night emails, to random text messages, Stephanie took care of everything!! She contacted venders, set up timelines, arranged the late night snack, ect.. literally the list goes on and on. We had a little bit of an issue with the photographers, and Stephanie jumped right in and offered way more support/help then she needed to... she literally saved the day!! Not only is she amazing at her job, she has the best personality and made it feel like I was planning a wedding with an old friend. Wow – we cannot say enough good things about Wendy and her team! We were a COVID wedding and Wendy was an absolute Rockstar rolling with the punches of all our changes. From the first time we spoke with her on the phone we just knew she was the coordinator for us. She has a vibrant, fun personality and her years of experience made us feel so secure having her run with so much of our wedding day. She was flexible when we changed not only our date, but our venue just 5 weeks before our date! She was so tuned in with us every step of the way – coordinating with vendors, keeping track of to-do lists, communicating with our wedding party and so much more. She kept the entire weekend and especially the day of running smoothly, on time, on track and if anything didn’t go according to plan, we never knew it! She took care of last minute changes that had to be made, kept us looped in and on schedule, and did so much behind the scenes that would simply not have gotten done had she not been there. Most importantly, she was a blast to work with – she was fun, happy, excited for us and someone we just want to hangout with now that the wedding is over! Day of Divas was a recommendation to me from 2 other couples. They both said it was hands down the best decision they made when it came to planning, and my goodness were they right!! We had Jessa with us and I can not thank her enough! From the late night emails of me stressing, to her contacting all my other vendors for me - she was nothing short of amazing! I had a dress malfunction that could have easily ruined the entire day and left me in tears - Jessa went into action keeping me calm and getting things back on track.
I didn't really plan for reception decor other than the center pieces, but I had plenty extra. I told Jessa to decorate as she wanted and she ran with it and I couldn't have imaged it to look any better. The day was beautiful and thats LARGELY due to her. Thank you Jessa!!!!!!!
I have so many positive things to say I don't even know where to begin! We worked with Jessa for our wedding day and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, including postponing 3 times. I am a very type-A person that loves a good detailed google doc and Jessa was so patient with me the entire time and just as organized as I am. She is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and knew exactly how to handle any situation on the day of. Not only did Jessa handle every detail before and during the wedding, but she was even waiting to take the veil off of me the second the ceremony was over because she knew I was over it!! I was unsure if I needed a day of planner or not and it was very worth it -- I would recommend them to anyone getting married! It is 100% worth it and it was the best money spent across the entire wedding process. Jessa and Wendy are just amazing!!!
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Day of Diva’s. My husband and I were married at the Brix on the Fox and were looking for a day of coordinator to help manage the setup at the venue for the reception and handle any day-of questions for our other wedding vendors that were there. Wendy (the owner) and Krystle (our coordinator) worked with me and my husband to make us feel comfortable with the contract and price. Krystle was a dream to work with! She was very responsive and having worked at other weddings at the Brix she came with great suggestions on how to decorate the space. I provided her with a packet on all the decorations and where to set them up, vendor contact information and instructions for the other vendors in case they had questions for her. Walking into our venue it was everything I could have wanted and more!! She made a few adjustments with the decorations due to rainy weather and space and they looked beautiful. I highly recommend using Day of Diva’s for wedding coordination and cannot thank Krystle enough for making my vision a reality.
If you are looking for the best and most stress-free wedding day, Day of Divas is the way to go! We hired Wendy about a year before our big day in November 2019 to be our day of coordinator. She always made herself available to answer any question that I had at any time. We were so amazed by how on top of every detail both Wendy and Jessa were, they bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect, down to the last detail. We choose to also add on the tear-down package they offer and it made for a seamless way to end our big day, we didn’t lift a finger. From coordinating all the vendors, to managing all our guests and even wrangling the bridal party they never skipped a beat. I have said it once and I will say it a million times again, my only regret was that I didn’t have them the entire planning process! Go with Day of Divas and I GUARANTEE you will not be disappointed.
We loved having Wendy as our day-of-coordinator! She was so thorough and has such an eye for detail! Most brides (or at least me) have a very specific picture in their head when they envision how their wedding day will look. One of my biggest stressors prior to booking Wendy was how I would somehow accomplish decorating everything exactly how I wanted it, while still being present on our wedding day. She completely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. Absolutely recommend to anyone who doesn't want to worry about the stress that comes with having everything look beautiful on their big day, because Wendy will make it look better than you could have imagined :)

Where do I begin...honestly Wendy and her team are seriously THE BEST! My fiance and I met with Wendy about a year before our wedding and right away we loved her. Her vibe and energy are just infectious. She is very thorough with explaining her process and right away gave me some ideas to go off of for the decor and how to do it without spending a crazy amount of money. Because for me, going into this process I was like a deer in headlights and Wendy helped things become more clearer.
As it got closer to the wedding date, Wendy and I were talking almost on a daily basis. She was in communication with all of my vendors and putting the timeline together. There was one instances that if I hadn't hired Wendy, the vendor that was stressing me out would have not seen a nice side of me. But Wendy handled it all and smoothed things out. When you're getting close to your wedding day, an extra stress is the last thing you want/need and Wendy was always right there to come up with a plan, figure things out and give her suggestions.
On the rehearsal day and day of the wedding, Wendy was there at every moment, making sure everything was in their right place, making sure I was eating and doing okay, you name it she was looking out for it. Also, my wedding dress had ripped a little and Wendy was right there gluing my dress back together, not once but twice! She was there always to make the day only about you and your husband and to make sure that everything ran smoothly and turned out perfectly. We truly appreciate Wendy and her team.
We had people from our wedding party and other guests ask who she was and for her information saying that she was amazing and that they would like to use her for their upcoming events. Thank you, Wendy for everything! You are truly amazing at what you do! We feel like we left our day with someone new in our lives that we consider a friend.

Day of Divas were TOP NOTCH! My career is in event planning so I was worried about hiring a coordinator. Wendy and her team blew me out if the water. Wendy even went above and beyond and did my bustle for me. She was so responsive, organized, professional and also SO MUCH FUN! She truly is great at her job and I couldnt have asked for a better day of coordinator.
We hired Day of Divas day of coordination package for our wedding on August 17th. Truly the best decision I have ever made and the best money I spent on the wedding. Wendy and her team were organized and incredibly professional from the start. About a month leading up to the wedding Wendy started connecting with all of our vendors and created detailed timelines so everyone was on the same page. I always felt in great hands with Wendy. On my wedding day, it was set to rain the entire day. We made the call that the ceremony would be inside at the very last moment we could, and then 20 minutes later the skies opened up and the forecast cleared, but the venue did not want to switch back to an outdoor ceremony. Wendy single-handedly saved our wedding ceremony. She went into beast mode and made a miracle happen. I am forever grateful for her and will continue to scream her praises from the mountain tops-- she needs to be your #1 CHOICE for a wedding coordinator. I love planning and have corporate event planning experience, but I am so glad I invested in a day of coordinator because I got to enjoy my wedding day and Wendy was there to make my vision a reality. You will not regret hiring Wendy or any of the team members of Day of Divas.
If you are on the fence about getting a Day of Coordinator - DO IT!!! Honestly, this was the best money I spent during the whole wedding planning process. Wendy and her team are amazing! I had a lot of independent vendors involved in my wedding and it was great to have a single point of contact to help coordinate them all (many of the vendors also commented on how great she was to work with on their end). In the month or so leading up to the wedding, Wendy was very proactive in communication - she was often the one following up with me to see if I needed anything or had any questions vs the other way around. And the day of the wedding I was able to completely relax without worrying about setting up anything or checking in with the other vendors or staying on track with our timeline or cleaning up at the end of the night - I was able to be fully present in the moment and just enjoy the day. Everything went so smoothly and we couldn't be happier with Day of Divas :)

Wendy killed it! She made getting married such a breeze. For such a Type A person, it was refreshing to work with someone organized and completely on top of everything. She listened to my concerns and made sure to deliver my requests. As a bride, one thing I was afraid of was to be categorized as a "bridezilla;" but Wendy made me feel at ease. She reminded me that the wedding is my day. She gave suggestions when necessary and went above and beyond when it comes to meeting my special requests. I honestly don't think I would have been able to attend my wedding the way I did without Wendy. The day of my wedding, I was relaxed and all I literally had to do was show up and be present with the people I love as I celebrate one of the most important days of my life. I don't know where to begin with Wendy and Krystle. When I contacted Wendy we had a lot done and weren't sure if a Day-Of was the best route for us. After speaking with Wendy I knew I could REALLY use her help with our 275 person wedding. She was a blessing and Krystle was, too! From day one they were so much help. Sending texts throughout the planning process to see if we needed anything, answering any calls or messages promptly, Timeline planning, attending our chaotic rehearsal, making sure shuttles were on time, handing me appetizers, cutting part of my dress that I wanted off, handling guests, lining us up, keeping bridesmaids in the loop, setting up, cleaning up, keeping me calm... I can go on and on. And trust me, I had bridesmaids willing to help---but with Day of Divas they were actually able to enjoy themselves! Hire them. Hire them twice, three times. LOVE these ladies.
We LOVED Wendy and Nicolette!! From the moment we spoke with Wendy we knew we wanted to hire them. Any wedding stress, she helps calm you down right away. From the moment we hired them, they were there for us for any questions we had. The day of the wedding I was super sick, and EVERYTHING was taken care of. I was able to walk out for our first look and realize that everything was done for us. We can't recommend Day of Divas enough!
I got married on November 10th and Krystle was my coordinator. She was wonderful! The month leading up the the wedding she gathered all vendor schedules, coordinated with them, and made a huge timeline for all to follow. On the day of my wedding she made sure we stayed organized, followed the timeline and she helped with anything we needed. She even helped hand out programs when the people who were supposed to be handing them out were no where to be found! Jessa and Krystle set up the room better than I could have imagined. They added little touches I would never have even thought of. I will be recommending Day of Divas to all of my future bride friends! My day was perfect and I can thank Day of Divas for that! 😁💍
Be wary that although rehearsal is part of the package, your coordinator may cancel on you, and not be familiar with the ceremony process.
My head coordinator Krystal cancelled on us, after I was advised that her assistant will be in attendence. During a face to face conversation Krystal stated she wont be able to attend the rehearsal due to another event, and then stated her assistant will be there after I voiced my concerns.
As a result Krystal wasn't aware of the starting signals for the processional, causing confusion, and me having to explain the process to the coordinator prior to walking into the church.
There was also a communication issue between the hairstylist, in which Krystal advised that my hair cannot be set prior to my appointed time as the MUA will be displeased; this was resolved by myself and the two vendors. Furthermore, there was a change to the assistant coordinator about 30days prior to the wedding, so expect that to change as your wedding nears. Additionally, Krystal took it upon herself to advise my florist that I required specific floral pieces during her attempt to confirm service, this ended up causing me to spend addition time and calls in an attempt to correct my order, and finally for some reason my escort frames were placed on guest tables instead of the welcome table again causing grave confusion. Apart from that I appreciate having the vendors confirmed, timeline created and not having to deal with the few items we had asked for Krystal and the reception venue coordinator to set up.

1- I’m sorry if there was any confusion when I mentioned to you that we were not able t...
o attend your rehearsal. I conveyed that message to you early on and also in person in our meeting at the venue but sorry to hear this was still miss-communicated.
2- As per your church directive... the father officiating your wedding communicated to me that he is the ONLY ONE that runs the processional, ceremony & recessional. Including cueing people when to walk ect. Giving us the job to line up bridal party ONLY. He was very adimit about these instructions. Unfortunately with the transportation running late and you guys arriving about a half hour late this may have caused a feeling of being rushed once you arrived.
3- To clear up the MUA confusion we ask the following questions... Arrival time, end time and how long for each girl. This was my only correspondence with the MUA.
4- We did have to change the woman who was assisting me with your wedding as she had a family emergency.
5- As far as the florist confusion... these are the specific questions that we had for your florist... Arrival time for drop off of all flowers, arrival time for set up of all centerpieces, arrival time for tear down of centerpieces and confirming the order that you placed. We do not get involved in changing orders as this would cause confusion as you had mentioned and we do enerything we can to avoid it.
6- I am sorry to hear about your escort cards... we had no involvement in setting up any decor at the venue. When we arrived they were already on your tables. If known there was an issue we would have happily made that change for you ASAP
In the end, your wedding was beautiful and we loved being apart of it and we appreciate all of your kind words while we were there. We wish you both many years of love and happiness!
Words can't describe how inedible the Day of Divas were at my wedding on 10/5. I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, but it turned out to be on of the best things I did for myself. I promise you, hiring Day of Divas will be worth every penny!! Wendy and Krystle made the last month of wedding planning easier than I could have ever imagined. From putting together our timeline to running the rehearsal to making sure the day of ran smooth, I never once had to worry about anything. Not to mention how absolutely amazing and down to earth they both were! Knowing I had them both in my corner on my special day made everything so much easier. Thank you so much Wendy and Krystle, you guys are absolutely amazing!!!
endy and Jen are AMAZING!!! I can't imagine our wedding day going as smoothly as it did without them! With their help everything stayed on time and went on without a hitch. Their professionalism and caring nature is unmatched and unparalleled. Wendy took care of so much before the wedding, which allowed me to enjoy the wedding planning process with half the stress. They were even able to handle my bridezilla moments the day of the wedding! Jen was able to bring back down to earth and focus on what was important. Their attention to detail made our ceremony and reception something that I thought was only possible in my dreams. For anyone planning a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend Day of Divas!!! Wendy was PHENOMENAL!! Everyone kept complimenting how they "had never seen such a relaxed bride" and I have to say, it was 1000% due to Wendy. She took care of EVERYTHING! Her personality makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was never afraid to ask questions and even enjoyed asking for her opinion because she was so knowledgeable on the ins and outs of wedding planning. She helped take the stress off of not only me, but my family as well. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. We used Day of Divas for our July 14th wedding, and Krystle is/was a dream come true. I loved planning our wedding, but after being at a few weddings and watching small stressors take away from the overall joy of the day, I didn't want to have to worry about the small (or big)things. I am a type A person, but letting Krystle take the reins to handle whatever issues came up was SO easy. I recently told her she was like my human tennis racquet, she kept any issues away from me and handled it like the pro she is! I could not believe the amazing timeline she generated and communicated to all the vendors, and we actually stuck to it, which I feel like is nearly impossible. My venue was so unorganized, and there were quite a few hiccups on the day, but I didnt see or have to think about it because Krystle and Jadi had it fixed before it ever came to my attention! Thank you, ladies! It was a wonderful experience working with you!
When your wedding coordinator becomes your family! OMG! Wendy is the bomb.com. Day of Divas handled our wedding this past weekend 8/4/18. From the time Wendy came on up until the end of our reception, everything was smooth sailing. All we had to do was tell Wendy what we wanted and she made it happen. She was always in touch and always checking on us through out our planning. Very hands on. And everyone at our wedding loved her. Not only did she do her job but she interacted with family and friends. She made everything stress free and lots of fun. Wendy was my head coordinator through Day of Divas for our wedding. I would absolutely recommend using this group of ladies as your wedding planner. Wendy helped set up meetings, coordinated with ALL of my vendors, and took the time to help with ideas. About 6 weeks from the wedding, I was talking to Wendy almost daily. If it wasn't for something specific, it was just a check in to see if we needed anything. Wendy and Cheryl (her assistant) set up all of our decorations and took very detailed notes when we met several days before. The venue I had could not have looked any better. She checked on us throughout the day and ceremony and even brought us water bottles while we were taking pictures to make sure we stayed hydrated. I survived planning the wedding, final wedding details, having a full time job, coaching sports, and taking two graduate classes all because I had Wendy and Day of Divas on my team.
I cannot express how much I love the Day Of Divas Coordinators! They made my entire wedding go off without a hitch. If there was any type of problem that happened at my wedding I had no idea! They made sure my Decore was perfect as well as my timeline. They made my day absolutely wonderful and I was able to be present to be with my guests! Wendy who was the owner also did the video for my wedding!!!! I cannot even tell you how many compliments I have gotten over the work that they did and on my video! 5 stars for this amazing company!

I originally started planning and doing everything on my own. Then decided to enter a contest and I won which meant I would now have a wedding coordinator. In all honesty, didn’t even know what one of those do. I couldn’t of been more blessed to have won and won the coordinator I did. To say she did her job well is a HUGE understatement! Wendy literally not only became my coordinator but also my ear to vent to, shoulder to cry on and everything in between. I couldn’t imagine trying to create my own timeline, setting everything up the day of and coordinating pictures right after the ceremony. She helped every step of the way in any aspect I needed. Even problems that didn’t pertain to her or her “job” she handled for me and did so professionally. She also brought an assistant Krystal (she was also very helpful) who helped with line ups, shuttle riders and making sure we (the bride and groom) didn’t meet paths until we met at the alter. Anyone looking for a wedding coordinator or thinking they don’t need/want one like I did definitely should look into one and look no further then Wendy Brown with Day of Divas! I would definitely recommend her any day!

Talk about getting bang for your buck! Our wedding at the end of July went so smoothly thanks to Jennifer and Cara! We actually hired them in under 30 days prior to the wedding, so it was a bit of a scramble for them, but Cara and Jennifer handled everything with ease. We are so thankful for them! Beyond the organization and day of coordinating - the fact that we didn't have to actually confirm with all of our vendors in the final weeks leading up to the big day was such a life saver (and let's be real - I didn't have to deal with the frustration of the vendors not returning e-mails/calls within a timely manner! ha!) Any day of needs were taken care of and they were phenomenal at trouble shooting! They went above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! Thanks ladies! Hope you had as much fun as we did!
I wish I could hire Wendy and Cheryl to organize my life. I hired them on a whim off a Facebook wedding site because they were reasonably priced and I simply wanted peace of mind the day of. We met at Starbucks and immediately I knew they knew what they were doing (and could probably be my best friends). They checked in several times before the wedding via text, email and phone call. And they were an absolute lifesaver the day of!! They walked around with little ear pieces in which made me secretly feel like I was the POTUS. My fiance thought it was a waste of money at first, but he quickly changed his mind after the fact. And I had huge issues with my bustle after the ceremony and Wendy and Cheryl literally crawling on the ground throwing safety pins in my dress so I could walk (and they fixed it in a way that no one knew the bustle was messed up). They also dealt with some family drama and moved some placecards around when one of my cousins showed up with an entourage of uninvited guests. I would recommend Day of Divas to anyone and would definitely consider hiring them again simply for their wedding planning and organizational skills. They could easily charge hundreds more for their basic package and I would've paid the higher amount!

I can't even begin to tell you what a wonderful idea it was for us to book with Day of Divas. I didn't think a Day of Coordinator was in our budget, but Wendy and her team made it happen. I worked with Wendy and Cheryl and I couldn't have been more pleased. Even when 3 weeks from our 5/28/17 wedding, we needed a new photographer, Wendy helped us find an even better one! Without her, our photos would've been a disaster! Day of, I worried about NOTHING, I repeat nothing. I kept waiting for someone to tell me, we have a problem, but nope. They had everything handled quickly and professionally down to the last detail for us. Even Cheryl running to our hotel room to bring me my socks and gym shoes for the recption lol. These two ladies and this company were truly amazing and so fun to work with. Wendy gets things done and I mean done! No joke. If you are even considering a Day of Coordinator or Wedding Planner, I say to you, BOOK THEM NOW! Thanks again ladies, everything was fabulous and flawless.
I don't even know where to begin. This review could be a Novel. Not only did I get one amazing wedding planner who has done EVERYTHING AND MORE, Wendy, I got to meet Jen, and have her expertise as well! Wendy, no wonder you are a rockstar! Putting things together, your creativeness and demeanour is outstanding. Within the planning and countdown of my wedding, I of course had no idea what to do. Wendy stepped up, stepped in, and got things done. She handled vendors, decorated with me, met with me and talked I needed, created the perfect and detailed timeline, finalized everything, gave advice for everything haha, I didn't have a wedding planner I had a friend.
I will be forever grateful for Wendy and this business. Wendy was a blessing in more ways than one. I went from clueless bride, to handing it all over and not feeling to much stress. I'm sure brides typically go through hell the week before the wedding, but because of Wendy, I felt at ease and excited! thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you can do. No words, actions or amounts of money could make up for how you have helped me. Thank you and we love you down here in Florida!

Wendy and Jen did an amazing job on our wedding. leading up to our wedding they kept in contact with us to make sure we didn't need anything. They also touched base with all our vendors to make sure everything was on track for our big day. The day of the wedding they went above and beyond and brought us lunch. To top it all off their price is very reasonable!

Having worked with hundreds of wedding planners over the years, it is nice to experience the refreshing level of customer service delivered by Day of Divas. Communication is very important during a wedding. From start to finish, Day of Divas always keeps us in the loop with regard to the timing and details of every event. Many planners we work with carry a sense of entitlement and arrogance that can make things difficult. This is not the case with Day of Divas. It is easy to notice their attention to detail and how much they care about each couple. We wish more members of the wedding community were as thoughtful, caring, and competent as the staff at Day of Divas.

Wendy and Jen are fabulous! They will put you and your groom at ease with their industry insight and coordination. I was working full-time, going to school for my Masters and planning a wedding - stressful? Yes! But by the first phone call with Wendy, I knew I wasn't going to have a meltdown before the wedding (haha). They are friendly and flexible. The communication was constant and timely. I always knew what was going on. I would highly recommend Day of Divas to any bride. They made our day that much better. We had the best time :)

I just had my wedding last month and let me tell you this was the best money spent. Worth every dime. Wendy and her team helped me create the dream wedding Invisioned and made me feel like a diva myself. I want to thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart for all of your hard work.
