My (now) wife and I went to see Carmen to learn some basic dance moves for our bride-groom wedding dance. We were delighted and surprised by Carmen's level of expertise and profess...
ionalism. Learning to do an entire dance was a bit overwhelming at first but Carmen broke it down into simple steps and made the whole experience fun. She even introduced some extra moves for added sizzle. Highly recommend.
Carmen made us feel so comfortable and was amazing to work with. My husband and I have never danced before, but didn't want to awkwardly sway in front of hundreds of people. Carmen...
gave us a simple moves, yet very stylish and elegant. Highly recommend taking a couple classes, she's great! Thank you Carmen!
Fiance and I did one private lesson with Michelle for our first dance for our upcoming wedding. She was fantastic. Neither of us are particularly experienced dancers and yet within...
a one hour class she had taught us several easy sequences plus a couple of classy dips and turns that we were able to run through a number of times to our chosen song (which we brought along - definitely do this). She also did a comprehensive video at the end documenting all of the these so that we are able to dance in our living room up to a decent standard in time for the wedding. Plus - she was fun! It was a really enjoyable thing to do in all the wedding prep.
We met Carmen for a consultation with a few songs in mind, and immediately she suggested a few potential dances and took the time to explain to us what she thought of each song and...
showed us the few possible dances we can do with the songs. We picked our song and Carmen started working on building a danceable and fun choreography for us. My fiancé is not very good at picking steps but Carmen was very patient with him and he is comfortable with the whole choreography.
Carmen was really flexible with scheduling, she's great communicating with us through calls and text, and ALWAYS ON TIME at our lessons. She made us feel super confident with our dance. Although we only did 5 lessons, all of our guests were impressed with what we did which was exactly what we were hoping for!
