I am so glad we decided to book with Anita because she is a highly skilled instructor who made my fiancé and I feel confident for our big day. Without the help of Anita and her thoughtful, intentional, and very beneficial lessons, we would not feel as ready and confident to look great for our first dance at our wedding reception. She is skilled at breaking the dance into pieces and describing the moves in a language that the very basic beginner can understand and easily apply. We started with a waltz, then progressed to a fun, upbeat tune to finish our dance together and get the party started! I initially thought learning dance moves for two completely different genres of music would be daunting, but all the credit goes to Anita for making both songs seem effortless to learn. She makes it her mission to make sure you understand something before she moves on from it, even if she has to explain it five different ways for you to get it. Her commitment to detail is matched only by her dedication to making the couple look good. If it wasn’t for her, our first dance would’ve been awkward side-to-side swaying with a cumbersome attempt at a spin or two and we would’ve wanted to hurry off the dancefloor just to make it end. Instead, our first dance was something we were excited to perform in front of our loved ones and that we wanted to keep going for. Cannot recommend her enough, it was money VERY well-spent.

Neither my husband nor I have a background in dance, but after taking a few lessons with Anita, people at our wedding said they had no idea. I'm someone who lacks self-confidence, but Anita really helped make me feel confident in our dance routines, so I could be performance ready at the wedding. With her fees, she does have one of the songs professionally edited down to an appropriate length for a dance. She has the option for you to add on more lessons if needed, and she did offer for me to come in and practice the dance in my wedding dress because I was nervous about dancing in my dress (length wise).

I didn’t think it would be possible for us to look so professional yet so uniquely us, in such a short amount of time. We can’t wait to blow away our family and friends with our beautiful dance! tructor Megan since she couldn't teach us due to an injury. Megan was AWESOME!!! She was very patient with us as we learned the dance. We took 5 lessons to learn the dance but Megan even offered to meet with us more if we wanted her to . She even brought in her husband to make it easier to teach the couple's part of the dance. We could not be happier with how our mashup turned out - was definitely a hit!!! Kudos to both Megan and Anita for jobs well done!!!!! We highly recommend them!!!

My husband and I had the best time during our dance lessons even though we weren’t sure what to expect and started to look forward to each one. She helped us turn one of the most daunting parts of our wedding into a cherished memory that we had fun doing. 5 lessons we had learned a complete choreographed dance. She choreographed it from beginning to end and even helped cut our music. We have one more add on lesson right before the wedding on May 7th and I can truly say we are more confident in our first dance than we anticipated. We live about an hour away, Anita has been more than accommodating by allowing us to combine our first 4 lessons to minimize the number of trips we had to make.

had two left foot, well, after he agreed to do it, he told me we should get some dance lessons so he would not just be moving side to side. I got to find us a teacher, after a few emails with Anita, I knew I have found the perfect teacher, and I was right. After some classes, my husband was able to start getting some steps, and right now, he is not just being able to actually dance, but he is actually having fun en enjoying it. I started as many other, with a song I like, so I had another song to start with and Anita suggested the song we are dancing, and I was in love with the song after hearing it. I had some dancing background but nothing really big, but my husband like I mentioned had never dance before. Anita took us from helping in making the right selection for our song, to the right length of it , through the choreography, teaching us the steps, and polishing them so it will be the best dance ever. Besides her being an amazing dancer, she is the best teacher ever, she has a ton of patience, and work with my husband until he got the steps, and with me correcting form, posture and tempo. She work in every detail with us to the point that now my husband can dance and enjoy doing it, and since it still a couple of months for our vow renewal, we will have some refresher before the wedding so it will be amazing. She is also choreographing the princesses Dance, which is all my girlfriends attending the vow renewal and me, and that is fun all around. So, if you want the best teacher, a killer choreography, paying attention to every single detail and movement so your dance is perfect, the only person I would say can do that is Anita!!!! I wish I could give her more stars, because she deserves more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anita is not mean, she is goal driven and wanted you to succeed. But she was absolutely lovely throughout our sessions.

She did not give us anything too hard to learn or anything that would require more time purposefully adding more money to her pocket. She was very honest, genuine, and takes your time seriously.
