Hiring Jonna was one of the best things we did to help our wedding day go smoothly! She helped me that day and before hand to go over details that I would not have thought of on my own. Jonna also took care of any last minute changes on the actual day of the wedding. Jonna really made my wedding day stress free for me and for my family. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

Jonna, was the perfect coordinator for my daughters wedding!! She was organized, professional, helped us with the details we had not thought of, and coordinated all the little details we had planned to make the day our own. She coordinated the rehearsal & ceremony as a day of coordinator. If I had to do it all over again, Jonna would be the first call I would make, to make sure she put us on her schedule. I contacted Jonna to help coordinate my wedding ceremony, and I am so happy I did! I had very little time to plan my wedding because I am based overseas, and was only in Charlotte for 5 weeks to plan everything. I had a vision of how I wanted the ceremony to go, but no idea how to make it happen. Jonna knew exactly what to do from start to finish, and thought of things that I would have missed. I met with her at the venue for a consultation and we we planned out the order of ceremony. She conducted the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew where to be and what to do. On the day of the wedding, she met with all of my vendors, helped with setting up and decorating, and put my mind at ease. All I needed to worry about on the wedding day was putting on my dress and walking down the isle! I highly recommend Jonna's service and she is such a lovely person to work with!

I met Jonna to do my day of ceremony coordination and was impressed from the beginning. I had a couple of options but there was no competition after I met and spoke to her. She is very sweet, professional, organized and just a delight to work with. She helped someone like me, that had no idea how to make a wedding happen find my vision and create a gorgeous ceremony. The rehearsal day we had a lot of hurdles due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances. She stayed cool and calm the whole time and helped calm us all down so we could get order and structure for our day. She kept in communication with me the whole time to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the big day. The day of the ceremony she made everything go so smoothly. I wish I had used her for my reception as well, I highly suggest you go with her services for everything because my reception didn't go nearly as smoothly as my ceremony. I highly recommend Jonna, she is a treasure and worth every penny and more!

My now-husband and I are both planners, so we knew how we wanted our wedding day to flow very quickly after setting our wedding date. The only problem? I didn't want my friends or family members to be burdened with the details of orchestrating the day-of requirements for a wedding with 250+ attendees! Once Jonna was involved, all my trepidation about scheduling, catering, vendors, decorating, etc fell by the wayside. We met with her a few weeks before the wedding and worked through all the details. Jonna made me feel completely confident that she would execute the plan and we – along with our family and friends – wouldn't have to worry about a thing. On the wedding day, she met did more than one could imagine possible: met with the furniture rental company and orchestrated the setup of the furniture; decorated the reception venue (a 150+ year-old home with an indoor/outdoor reception setup); met with the caterer; oversaw placement of the cake on the front porch; helped the DJ get ready; set up all the centerpieces and little details we discussed - and this was before any event started! Once we arrived at the reception venue after the ceremony, she worked beautifully with the photographer and DJ to coordinate the bridal party's big entrance and smoothly transition to toasts and first dances. She even snuck my husband and me away for a quick, quiet bite to eat together! The rest of the evening was a fantastic celebration of us as a couple, including a huge sendoff when we departed for our honeymoon! My family was so grateful to have Jonna orchestrate breaking down/cleaning up after the reception, too. Every piece of our wedding day flowed just how I had hoped, and I owe Jonna a huge ‘thank you’!
