id off both our wedding bands and my engagement ring using their payment plan. As long as you pay off everything within a year, there's no interest! The monthly payments are much more manageable this way. They have also been very helpful and fixed issues with my ring at no extra charge. My engagement ring was supposed to have a matching band, but when it came in, it did not match the ring. They sent both the ring and band back, saying that it may take a month to receive them back. However, it took only two weeks, and the new band fit perfectly. I went in 4 days before my wedding to have my ring cleaned (a little late, I know), and they were able to clean my ring, as well as solder it onto the band with plenty of time for the wedding, again at no charge. I would highly recommend working with Wedding Day.

We worked with Charity Palmer at the Maplewood location and would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She is AMAZING, so nice, fun, energetic, and an absolute expert when it comes to diamonds! She was able to help me decide what styles/shapes/sizes I liked and gage a really good idea and understanding of what my perfect ring would be. After the proposal, I learned that my fiancé had gone back in to Charity and the process of choosing a ring (which he had originally dreaded) was so easy and stress free. Charity was such a huge help to him and respected his budget and concerns. She was able to take my wants and his needs into consideration and find me the absolute perfect ring! We couldn’t thank Charity and Wedding Day enough and would HIGHLY recommend her/them to anyone out there looking!

so appreciated Alexandra's patience and assistance in choosing a ring. I really appreciate their customer service and lifelong protection with purchasing my ring there--my center stone has fallen out twice, and they replace and clean it every time at no cost. They provide free inspections and repair. The only drawback we experienced were we found the pricing to be rather high in comparison to smaller jewelers. We ended up purchasing my husband's wedding band online--it looked exactly the same, but was a fraction of the cost. Furthermore, I looked into getting a custom fit, plain white gold wedding band, and it cost more than my husband's wood inlay band. I actually had a poor experience with requesting a custom fit band, as they kept my ring for about a month for molding, meant to charge me but did not, and really pushed me to get the band after quoting me much higher than I expected. I ended up not getting a wedding band at all, as I was so close to my wedding date for anything to be made. All in all, Wedding Day is a great option for a high quality engagement ring, as their quality and protection is great. However, I would recommend shopping around for wedding bands.

We were very concerned that we were too late to getting the ring in time for our wedding day, but the staff took measures in order to get it in on time. The follow-on visits since buying the ring have also gone very well - my fiance has come in about a half-dozen times or so to get ring cleanings quickly and with no hassle. Wedding Day in Maple Grove is a great jewelry shop with personable and knowledgeable salespeople. Their prices are higher than other competing stores, but it's definitely worth a visit. Just know that when your fiance finds the ring she wants in here, it'll be hard if not impossible to turn back!

I then found a band I loved online, we emailed Rachel and very promptly she emailed back saying the ring was in the store and I could stop in and check I out. th of July. We were helped by Natalie, who was amazingly helpful. She was really patient while I scoured every case in the store. She helped us narrow it down to two rings. There was one I loved, except for this weird engraving on the band. She assured me that they could special-order the band without the engraving since my ring would be custom made. Natalie was also very tactful about bringing up the issue of budget and whether we'd like to look at center stones together. We had already discussed a budget, but I appreciated her tact and sensitivity because I know this could be something really sensitive for couples who haven't had that discussion or where the one buying the ring doesn't necessarily want their significant other to know how much they spent. I also loved that we got to look at loose diamonds the same day. Wedding Day was the only store where we were able to do that. Everywhere else told us to make another appointment in 2 or 3 weeks and they'd have some stones ordered for us to look at. A couple of months later my fiancé proposed, and my ring is perfect! They made it without the engraving, and it fits like it was made for my hand. We recently went back to shop for our wedding bands with Natalie and had a great experience then too. She pulled some wedding bands we had looked at the day we found my engagement ring and saved to our "wish list," but also pulled some others that she thought we would like. She even suggested a band that was cheaper than the one I originally liked, but fit better with my engagement ring. I would definitely recommend Natalie and Wedding Day. It's not your typical chain jewelry store.

amazing vintage setting for a .99 carat family diamond. Store after store, website after website, nothing seemed to be the right fit. Until I decided to try Wedding Day Diamonds in Burnsville, MN. There I met with Melissa Gamst, the most amazing, excited, helpful person anyone could ever ask for when looking to buy a setting for an engagement ring. She is crazy knowledgable. She also made the entire experience fantastic. Melissa showed me sooo many settings. Finally she brought over, "the one". Just the right amount of vintage. The diamond didn't sit too high, the whole ring wouldn't catch on sweaters. It was the perfect ring for my sweetheart. I recommend anyone to go visit Melissa at Wedding Day Diamonds. Top notch service. In the future I will be consulting with her about Anniversary gifts :)

e went looking I received a voicemail on my cell phone from a Wedding Day Diamonds representative letting me know my own engagement ring was in. I was devastated. To put gasoline on the fire, when I made them aware of the mistake they tried to cover it up and did not even notify my boyfriend of the mistake. I had to tell my boyfriend at time that my own engagement ring was in because they did not have the decency to notify him. Wedding Day Diamonds ruined one of the most significant events in my life with a phone call. I would not recommend Wedding Day to anyone if someone is trying to keep their engagement a surprise.

He did not tell us anything about them, just told us to pick the one we liked. It was nice to not be swayed in one direction or another. No pressure sales. Excellent upgrade program I have ever heard of! Excellent service all around from beginning to end. We will be life long customers.

. I was able to get a fantastic, unique ring with an aquamarine center stone surrounded by diamonds. Usually they do diamond center stones, but were more than willing to cater to what we wanted, unlike other jewelry stores in the Twin Cities area. They have many rings to fit into any budget. Since then, we went to get our wedding bands; my engagement ring has a matching wedding band that I went with. My fiance took more time choosing his, going with a beautifully designed 14k white gold band. We are more than thrilled with our purchases. Not only that, they have helped with appraisal forms for insuring our rings. Wedding Day also has a great rewards program, with purchases earning money toward fashion jewelry. I was able to use those rewards for earrings for our big day. Our experiences were made all the better by Kim Swanson. We honestly cannot say enough great things about her. She has helped guide us through the selections Wedding Day has without pressuring us toward making purchases right then and there, or pressuring us toward certain options. I would highly, highly recommend Wedding Day, especially in St. Louis Park - and Kim! Note: I just changed the service from a 5 star to a 4 star rating. While the rings are amazing and the service in-store is great, I have had nothing but problems when it comes to receiving the correct documentation for insuring our rings. I had to receive the documents via snail-mail three (yes - three!) times before it was written correctly. The first time it wasn't signed. The second time it left off the price of my aquamarine stone. The third time was the charm. I am running into the same problems with getting the proper documentation for my wedding bands. It should not be this challenging.

have it changed, so I waited until our 1 year anniversary to request the change. They were worried that the new 4 prong setting wouldn't be as safe and recommended not changing it and I was crushed. I thought about changing the ring every time I looked at it. The store manager, Kim Swanson, was extremely helpful and found a safer 4 prong setting that would work with my ring, while keeping the warranty. I just got my ring back and I love it! It reminds me of the day we picked it out together and its perfect! Thanks Wedding Day!

Not only did it physically fit the band now, they designed it with details and diamonds that matched my ring. It turned out WAY better than I could have imagined and am very happy with the results. Our jeweler (Charlie L.) made sure we were happy and even with the custom job it came in right at budget. The service, quality and value were exceptional and I am sure we will be back for an anniversary band down the road!

I even asked her about moissanite stones (instead of getting a traditional diamond) and she even suggested using a white sapphire since it was a harder stone than the moissanite one, and said we could always upgrade to a diamond later on. We went to four other stores (and I tried on LOTS of rings), but I always kept coming back to the two I had found at Wedding Day Diamonds. When my fiance went in to get the ring, Mackenzie was extremely helpful, and actually ended up getting the ring rush ordered so that he would get the ring earlier so it would be even more of a surprise!! They even make sure they got my ring size beforehand so that when I got the ring, it would fit right away. Later, when I went in to get some paperwork for insurance coverage, Mackenzie was working and asked me how my fiance proposed. She was genuinely excited to hear about the story, and has continued to check in with us to see how things are going and get wedding updates. I can honestly say that I could not be happier with Wedding Day Diamonds, and the wonderful customer service that Mackenzie provided us!!

After hearing all of the comercials on the radio i figured i would check out the Wedding Day Diamonds store in Maple Grove MN. when i first walked into the store I was welcomed with open arms and with a picture on my phone from pintrest of what i wanted we set out to find one like it in the store. After a bit of looking there was nothing to be found that would do so they told me that they can have any thing made. so by simply emailing my picture to their custom ring maker the process was set into motion. then i had one more bomb to drop on them since Jared had already failed me and an engagement plan already in motion i had to tell them i needed it in two weeks. well believe it or not they came threw with the most beautiful oring and i can say with confidence that my bride to be has the only one in the world. i have nothing but great things to say about the staff at the maple grove store when ever we show up they know exactly who we are and are always more than happy to see us. We definetly are customers for life!!

I lost one of the diamonds out of my engagement ring and they replaced it for free and I had it back within a few days. They also completely re-vamped/shined up my ring right before the wedding. I dropped it off on Sunday and had it back by Monday, looking brand new. It was so convenient. When you buy from them, they really will take care of your ring for life.

have been NOTHING but helpful! I love the fact that I don't have some weird warrenty where I have to bring my ring in every 6 months, because let's fact it.. who can really remember to do that!? Our lifetime warrenty is just that.. for a LIFETIME. Whether we come in once every 6 months or once every 6 years! I love the fact that I can get my ring professionally cleaned whenever I want to, free of charge because of the lifetime warrenty. Same goes for having it dipped or resized as well. They are amazing at WDD - specifically the Maple Grove store, where we purchased our rings. They are the best!

During those six weeks, we did not receive a single call from Wedding Day explaining what was going on. I called a couple of times and I understand from those calls there were problems with the designer, but it would have been nice to hear from Wedding Day that there were problems, rather than me having to call and be told I would be called back, and then never getting calls back. When we did talk to someone they were always great, but Wedding Day never initiated the call and did not update me throughout the process.
