Although my husband and I had lived in Chicago for nearly four years before our wedding, we were not familiar with the wedding scene in Chicago by the time we became engaged. We k...
new we wanted to have our wedding in the city we lived in and loved, so we did not think twice about hiring a wedding planner. From our first meeting with Nicole through our entire ten month engagement, we knew we made the right choice!
Nicole and her team helped us navigate everything from finding a venue downtown to booking a florist that would work within our budget and finding transportation for guests and the wedding party. Nicole's involvement allowed us to enjoy our engagement and not spend the planning process stressed out and exhausted. Nicole narrowed down our options, set up appointments and dealt with all of the details that we did not have the time (or knowledge) to handle on our own.
Not only did Nicole help us with the entire planning process, but the execution of our wedding was flawless as well. After meeting with Nicole briefly on the morning of our wedding, I had no involvement in set-up, the day-of timeline, or working with the vendors. Our only task was to enjoy the day, which was incredibly easy with Nicole on-site. The wedding was such a beautiful and perfect event and knowing that Nicole had everything under control allowed my husband and I to focus on enjoying and remembering the most important day of our lives!
I used Nicole and Laina from Wedding DayOfs as our day-of planners. We met with them a few times before and I felt confident from the beginning that they knew what they were doing...
and could handle the obstacles that could (and did) pop up. Laina worked with us to create a timeline which was very helpful for my bridal party and was also there to make things go seamlessly on the actual day. We didnt have to worry about anything, which was one of the best parts of the experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Just Amazing! I used Nicole last year to help coordinate my Chicago Wedding. Her calming presence, attention to detail, exceptional knowledge are just some of the qualities that sh...
e brings to the table. She is always one step ahead thinking of even the tiniest of details. Everything went off without a hitch and the best part was the day of the wedding I had absolutely nothing to think about or worry about...nor did my mother. Nicole made sure that everything was taken care of professionally and with ease. The entire day flowed without a glitch (if there was any tension behind the scenes I was never made aware- which is the true test of a successful planner). She is also a joy to work with and to be around. Thank you a millions times over Nicole! You are truly a talent. Thank you for making my day ever so much more magical.

at is so uniquely you and it shows in her support throughout the planning process and her attention to every last detail. Bonus, she works extremely well with all of the vendors to make sure things go smoothly from beginning to end.

I cannot say enough about the extremely positive experience my husband and I had while working with Wedding Day Ofs. Nicole was professional, easy to work with, organized and gave...
us several creative suggestions for our wedding which both saved us time and money and also made our day uniquely us : )
I met with several day-of planners who quoted thousands of dollars for their services. Thank goodness I met with Nicole who is priced very reasonably. She provided more tailored services than we could find with any other planner.
I highly suggest having a day-of coordinator to any bride-to-be (it's worth it!) - if you do use a day-of coordinator, call Wedding Day Ofs.
WeddingDaysOfs did a phenomenal job! I used them for both rehearsal dinner & wedding day-of coordination. They also helped in devising time lines and contacted all vendors the week...
-of for final confirmations. Having to coordinate 12 vendors on the day-of would have had me in a panic! Instead of worrying if the cake had been delivered to the reception site or if the photo booth guy had showed up, I got to enjoy my day, stress free. Nicole & her team are very professional & detail oriented.
I recently got married and Wedding Dayofs did a great job of helping with the big day. This is the perfect service if you don't need (or cannot afford) a full time wedding planner...
