Wedding DJ VT

he energy high and the dance floor packed. We were out there all night long, and so were our guests. We never imagined we’d get so many compliments about a wedding DJ, but everyone raved about how fun and seamless the music was. Evan knew exactly how to read the crowd and kept the party going strong until the very end. Whatever we thought the ceiling was for how much a DJ can bring to a wedding, Evan raised it!

he vibes the whole way through. He perfectly executed our ceremony vision, listened carefully to our cocktail hour ideas and curated the perfect playlist to set the tone, and people genuinely did not stop dancing for one second during the reception. Family members who I have not seen dance in years were dancing the entire night. Evan was a 10000/10, he read the crowd perfectly and kept the party going up until the very last second. He was also so friendly and easy to work with and was readily available via email, text, or phone call whenever we needed. Working with Evan was very low stress and we truly felt at ease. I would work with this team again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend if you want your guests dancing all night long!!!!

dance floor packed all night. He was also incredibly easy to work with leading up to the wedding as well as the day of which alleviated so much stress for us. He understood our style and made the entire night flow seamlessly, from the ceremony through cocktail hour to dancing. Our venue even told us that Evan is their favorite DJ to work with! Multiple guests commented on how great the music was, and people are still bringing it up over a month later. We can’t recommend Wedding DJ VT enough!!!!

ception. Evan had the dance floor packed all night and the two former DJ's in attendance were both extremely impressed by his song selection, mixing and transitions. Evan is not an MC and not once did he interrupt the party - instead he used his awesome skills to keep the dancing going until the party ended. I've gotten soooo many compliments about the music at our wedding and it's all thanks to Evan. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

, we chatted with Evan and filled out a sheet with everything we wanted; who was entering the reception, special song requests, and speeches. We had specific songs we wanted for cocktail hour and dinner service but struggled with songs for the reception. We were able to make Spotify playlists and share with Evan making it very easy on our end. When the big day came, Evan was absolutely perfect. He said everyone's name correctly, played every song we wanted, and didn't try to make any jokes or just talk like we've experienced with other DJs. The song selection for the reception was awesome and kept everyone dancing the entire night. The transitions between songs were perfect every time. My family and friends were so pleased with Evan and couldn't say enough good things. We were so nervous about picking a DJ but we are beyond happy with who we chose.

the DJ who talks too much. For us, we wanted as little MCing as possible and just music that would keep people dancing all night. Before our wedding, we shared our vision with Evan along with a list of songs we liked and disliked. Rather than adding them to a playlist and simply playing in order, Evan read the room, knew when to play what, blended them together in the most epic ways, and added suggestions of his own. He ended the night on such a high note with the most awesome EDM song we provided vs. Closing Time or whatever else you normally hear at weddings. He is a true, old school, DJ and VERY talented at what he does. He is very calm and easy to work with. The dance floor was filled the entire night and we received so many compliments on our music.

’t even take credit for that because I left this task pretty much up to Evan aside from several song requests. He read the room incredibly well and kept the energy going the whole night. Evan kept in touch before the big day and I knew I could count on him to set the tone for an amazing night full of fun and celebration! Thank you so much for your professionalism and talent! Wish I could give an 11/10!

e instant we had the initial phone call with Dan that he was the right match. He really understood what we wanted and brought it to life. He is so good at reading the room and his goal is to keep everyone on the dance floor for as long as possible. We got sooo many compliments from our guests saying how awesome he was, and he even had our elder guests (I’m talking 90+) dancing for a while! I had a scary bride moment, as my dress bustle ripped right before our first dance. The plan was to fade the entrance song out (which was soon ending) and begin our first dance song. I was standing outside the tent with multiple people trying to help pin my dress, and there was a moment where I just looked at Dan in a panic thinking I wouldn’t be ready by the time our song came on, but I knew deep down that even if I wasn’t ready (which thank god I was), he’d figure it out without letting on that something was wrong. He’s so chill and is so good at what he does and he really brought the good vibes. Thank you Vermont Wedding DJ and Dan!! Wedding photo creds @goldwingphotography

day so so special! Our family is half Greek and he was able to mix in traditional Greek music with classic wedding music with ease! The crowd loved him! Highly recommend!

and appreciated how he fit our planful but relaxed vibe perfectly.

elivered far beyond our expectations. What stands out the most was his ability to listen to our requests for vibes while also managing the people on the room. When things needed to chill out he picked the perfect songs and when we requested the dance floor to turn up he crushed it. Do yourself a favor and go with wedding DJ VT so you can cross finding a DJ off your list. You will not be disappointed.

ur guests just couldn’t get enough! The playlist was spot-on. They totally understood the vibe we wanted and mixed everything perfectly. It was the perfect blend of old-school classics and newer hits, and they knew just how to read the room and keep the energy up. Whether it was our parents generation or college friends, everyone had a blast. But it wasn’t just about the music. They were super easy to work with, really listened to what we wanted, and were just all-around great people. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—everything flowed seamlessly. It felt like they were having as much fun as we were, and that energy was contagious. We’re still getting messages from friends and family saying how much fun they had, and honestly, it’s all thanks to our DJ. If you want a wedding that feels like an epic celebration, you can’t go wrong with them. We’ll be talking about that party for years to come!

once and multiple people told us our music was awesome at the wedding. I cannot thank Evan and Matty enough for helping us host an amazing party

than bringing a big personality as an MC for the wedding. While they are capable of performing the traditional MC tasks, such as introductions and announcements, their services shine the most in their attention to detail in making sure the sound systems are properly set up and ensuring there are no hiccups in the audio quality from the ceremony to the reception and making sure everyone is having a good time enjoying the music on the dancefloor. The planning process was really helpful in figuring out the details of our music profile as well as getting to know our DJ. We of course had full agency over our music preferences but over the course of our phone calls planning with the Pat were so confident in him that we wanted him to freestyle for the last hour of dancing. On the day of our wedding Pat did a phenomenal job and everyone was blown away with how good the music was throughout the entire night! We still get compliments on the music at our wedding and we can't strongly recommend enough Wedding DJ VT for their professionalism and amazing DJ skills!

we liked and didn't like. He was communicative and professional. And most of all: all of his transitions were so smooth and he knew how to keep the party going. We are still getting compliments about DJ Barron 3 months after the wedding and are so grateful we had him to set the tone. I would highly recommend Wedding DJ VT to any couples looking for music for their day.

ny of our friends and family commented on how good a job the DJ did and how they didn't get off the dance floor all night! Evan is able to read the room so well and keep everyone dancing and having fun without being the center of attention or on the mic a ton. He played all of our must-play songs and didn't play any we didnt want to hear. He even did the bruins goal horn song because it was mentioned we like the bruins during speeches! We went to a wedding a few weeks after ours (hi michaela lol!) that Evan also DJed and he was amazing there too. I don't think we could have chosen a better DJ and we are so lucky to have the memories of walking up and down the aisle to our songs, cocktail hour with our favorite music, and dancing the night away with our friends and family because of Evan.

kept everyone on the dance floor all night and they had so much fun. Many of our friends and family commented on how great he was and how they didn't expect to dance as much as they did. He did a great job of listening to our song requests and was able to read the room to know what songs to play throughout the night to keep people happy. We'll definitely recommend Evan to anyone in need of a DJ!

ent with Jason as our DJ and could not have been happier. He was punctual, all his audio equipment ran flawlessly, volume was perfect, he kept tabs on our needs and wants throughout the night and then when it was time for the dancing…he delivered. He is a legit DJ and you can tell he is truly passionate about what he does. His transitions & mashups were unreal - he did a great job reading the crowd and adjusting as he saw fit to produce the most energy. People throughout the night and the next day kept coming up to us astonished at how good he was and asking where we found him. Jason – Thank you very much for providing us such a good experience, if we are ever in need of a DJ for something else again, we will definitely be reaching out.

ed to play. He kept guests dancing and had a great feel for how to keep the energy up in the room. His low-key and relaxed style was just what we were looking for. It was a pleasure to work with him.

element of our wedding day perfectly. The sound for the ceremony at the top of the hill at 1824 House Inn was executed perfectly, even using batter power. The music for dinner was lovely and the sound for toasts was great. Our first dance and father-daughter dance music cues were flawless and he kept the party going all night with crowd-pleasers galore. He played our must-haves and honored our do-not-plays all night and he had the perfect mix for all ages. We highly recommend Jason and Wedding DJ VT for your wedding!

took it all to heart. We had a phone call with him a couple weeks prior to our wedding and what we envisioned the music to be like needless to say he nailed it. He took requests from guests and he was able to transition music flawlessly. Everyone was constantly dancing and singing all night. He also brought extra mics for the ceremony, and asked if there was anything else we needed for our reception. If you are looking for a DJ who listens and is able to mix up a variety of music, Evan is definitely your guy! I can't thank him enough for making the night so much fun!

more could we have asked for! Evan was so communicative and easy going. He asked about music we liked and types of things we wanted to hear and he hit the nail right on the head. He is SO good at what he does. Not to mention, he is a wonderfully kind, laid back person. Due to COVID, we were very uncertain what our reception would look like, if there would be dancing, and how many people we would have. To say he was patient and supportive would be such an understatement. He worked with us through multiple scenarios and it was clear that he was invested in how the day turned out for us and making sure it would be fun regardless of what it looked like. I really cant recommend Evan and Wedding DJ VT enough!

and communicate with, and clearly musically talented.

of a DJ who can bring it, I don't know what is. My new wife's and my experience with Evan from wedding dj VT as our wedding DJ as phenomenal from beginning to end. From our initial phone call well before the wedding to the end of the reception Evan was kind, helpful, professional, accommodating, and an all around great guy. He truly knows the industry and the event and makes planning a completely seamless process. Every worry that my wife and I had that we thought we would forget Evan was way way ahead of us on and always had the answer. He provided audio and mics for the ceremony and performed all those duties discretely as to not distract from it and then absolutely killed it with the reception as both MC and DJ. He even provided the necessary equipment for my uncle and cousin to play the music for the first dance with my mom. Not only did Evan do an awesome job mixing the music for the reception, but he also read the crowd fantastically, took all requests, and was super accommodating. We got an endless stream of complements about how the dancing at our reception was the most fun people have ever had at a wedding...it went on for hours. If it wasn't clear already, if you're looking for a DJ in the Vermont area, we absolutely cannot recommend Evan enough. We are so glad we chose him for our day!

to music and Evan/ Wedding DJ VT absolutely nailed it! From our first conversation, he was super friendly and easy to work with and was communicative and professional during the planning process and totally open to our various requests. For the day-of he was able to accommodate setting up in separate locations for the cocktail hour and dinner. We wanted the dancefloor to be the focus of the reception after the meal and Evan did an awesome job keeping all ages on the dancefloor for 3 full hours! We’ve had so many guests comment after the wedding on how awesome the DJ was and how they’ve never been to a wedding where everyone stayed on the dancefloor all night! I would absolutely recommend Evan/Wedding DJ VT to anyone looking for an awesome DJ and great dance party!

Evan, I knew he was going to be perfect. He got to know us and the type of vibe we were looking for for the wedding and delivered it in spades. The dance floor was never empty and I fully believe that it’s because of Evan our bar bill was lower than expected because everyone was dancing! Not only did all my guests compliment him, but the other wedding vendors also remarked at what a great job he did. These are people that are at weddings every weekend, exposed to various DJs, and they all said they couldn’t wait to work with him again. If you want to ensure your music is on point, Evan is your guy!

t goals for our wedding. Evan made sure that goal was accomplished and then some! All of our guests danced the night away, and were raving about the song choices in the following days. The highest compliment I can give you is that my feet, knees, and hips were on fire for the next two days!

th him!

sold! From the very beginning Evan was super responsive and created an atmosphere for our wedding that allowed everyone to have fun. During the planning he was so helpful, giving ideas without being pushy and really focused on what was important to us. In an industry where vendors can heavily sway you in one direction, it was refreshing to work with a professional that truly had our best interest at heart. Our wedding guests are still talking about how much fun they had which wouldn’t have been possible without Evan! Thank you!!

our wedding guests can't stop taking about the music and are already planning on booking him for future events. He was able to get the wide range of age groups to get out on the dance floor and enjoy themselves. Music was a very important piece of the wedding for us and we really could not have been happier! Evan was also very easy to work with before the wedding and was super helpful and informative right from our first phone call. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun and enjoyable wedding day!

Evan did the rest, including the ceremony music. He definitely got our taste in music from just a brief phone conversation, and our playlist was perfect. I never once worried about the music during my wedding- just enjoyed. Everyone loved the music and commented on how well he transitioned between songs. Highly recommend!!!!!

t good! From the get-go, he gave us the opportunity to steer where the day/night were to go all while giving us the reassurance that he has a handle on things. It was nice to finally talk to a wedding dj that "got it". We wanted things to be simple and not your traditional wedding with the Chicken Dance playing, Randall nailed it. He took in our recommendations and got an idea of our taste in music, which can be quite eclectic. He mixed that in with his techniques and what he knew would keep people on the dance floor. Needless to say, the dance floor was packed and our guests haven't stopped talking about how awesome our DJ was.

uld have never thought of. He provided great ceremony music, mics for speeches and the best dance music. One of my friends told me the next day she couldn't believe how packed the dance floor was. We had a small wedding, but you would NEVER know by the dance floor. My guests loved that there were real turn tables and the mixed songs. I would recommend Evan for any event.

et him surprise us for the last song -- great decision, a wonderful surprise for us! He gave us suggestions through the planning process which kept night in a good flow. And the dance floor was busy all night. Best wedding dance party ever.

kan baila). Thank you Evan!

DJ. Wedding DJ VT as a company is professional and definitely the best around! We recommend Jason or Evan to anyone in the Vermont area! Sarah and Cole Dougherty

There are so many cheesy DJs in shiny vests out there, and if you’d like to avoid that at all costs, then these are your guys. Dan is a true professional who obviously loves music, knows how to read a room, and kept our dance floor packed all night. He listens to your requests, but also knows exactly how to keep the mood of the party going. Dan’s presence was perfect for our Vermont wedding – he was just the right amount of easygoing while obviously putting a lot of energy into his work. We would not hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone looking for a DJ!

h the perfect mix of music. We had so many people come up to us during the reception and for days afterward telling us how awesome our DJ was! And we couldn't agree more! HIGHLY recommend DJ Baron!

ur friends and family on the dance floor all night was super important to us. From the first meeting with Evan, we could immediately tell he wasn't a typical wedding DJ (ie-the kind that didn't really have any creative talent and just played a list of songs from an iPod the entire night). He was clearly passionate about music and what he does, and we knew after that first conversation that we could 100% trust him. He was laid back and easy going, but also professional and responsive. We told him we were completely comfortable giving him creative freedom and only asked him to play 1 or 2 specific songs. He had a flat rate, with zero hidden fees (unlike some of the other DJs we found) and our money could not have been better spent. To say he helped make our wedding beyond perfect was an understatement. From Evan's flexibility to his willingness to help facilitate all of the details such as, microphones for our officiant and violinist, to ensuring our guests could hear every word of our ceremony during a very windy fall afternoon on Lake Champlain, to the seamless transitions from each portion of our day, to his insane talent and expertise, we had an absolute blast!! The music during our cocktail hour was exactly what we were looking for. We were told by many of our friends and family how much they loved the music the entire night and that our's was the most fun wedding they have ever been to!! Some of which NEVER get on the dance floor - enough said. I could go on and on as he really was a massive contributor to making our wedding unforgettable. Best dance party of our lives. Book Evan now, you will not regret it!!!

ding, we reached out to Evan, and it was one of THE BEST decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Evan was professional with reasonable rates, and top notch service. He is incredibly talented with the ability to read the crowd on the dance floor, and pick songs to keep them there all night long. On our wedding day, a microburst blew through the Quechee, VT area, knocking out power to many hotels, restaurants and businesses. As my husband and I arrived to our reception, we were informed the venue had lost partial power. My first concern was, "Can we still dance?" Thankfully, the power outage did not affect Evan's ability to DJ the reception, and we began our first evening as husband and wife dancing the night away. Thank you so much, Evan for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!!

th our outdoor setup, integrating family members into the MC role, and accommodating our song requests and music cues. The music itself was great throughout the night, during downtimes and dancing — multiple compliments from our friends and family. Highly recommended!

He really knows is music selection and I would recommend him to any and everyone. THANK YOU JASON!!! Book him for your wedding... Love, Molly & Zach
