Jason with WeddingDJVT is truly an incredible DJ! He is so good and leading a party and knowing what songs need to come and when! He took all of our suggestion and made our wedding day so so special! Our family is half Greek and he was able to mix in traditional Greek music with classic wedding music with ease! The crowd loved him! Highly recommend!

Evan flawlessly managed our whole event from the ceremony to late night dancing. He's truly an artist and did a great job mixing songs in a fun way. We had a blast working with him and appreciated how he fit our planful but relaxed vibe perfectly.

Evan (owner) did an incredible job at our wedding. He was professional, attentive to our requests and flexible. I could tell from the first call that we were in good hands and he delivered far beyond our expectations. What stands out the most was his ability to listen to our requests for vibes while also managing the people on the room. We seriously lucked out with our wedding DJ! They absolutely crushed it and made our reception the party of a lifetime. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last—our guests just couldn’t get enough! The playlist was spot-on. They totally understood the vibe we wanted and mixed everything perfectly. It was the perfect blend of old-school classics and newer hits, and they knew just how to read the room and keep the energy up. Whether it was our parents generation or college friends, everyone had a blast. But it wasn’t just about the music. They were super easy to work with, really listened to what we wanted, and were just all-around great people. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—everything flowed seamlessly. It felt like they were having as much fun as we were, and that energy was contagious. We’re still getting messages from friends and family saying how much fun they had, and honestly, it’s all thanks to our DJ. Matthew Parillo DJ'd our wedding and it was such a great time. He listened to us, let us make our own choices and helped us with any questions we had. We had a great time working with Wedding DJ Vermont and had Patrick Cassidy as our wedding DJ. They cater to couples who are looking for a DJ who mainly focuses on the music rather than bringing a big personality as an MC for the wedding. While they are capable of performing the traditional MC tasks, such as introductions and announcements, their services shine the most in their attention to detail in making sure the sound systems are properly set up and ensuring there are no hiccups in the audio quality from the ceremony to the reception and making sure everyone is having a good time enjoying the music on the dancefloor. The planning process was really helpful in figuring out the details of our music profile as well as getting to know our DJ. We of course had full agency over our music preferences but over the course of our phone calls planning with the Pat were so confident in him that we wanted him to freestyle for the last hour of dancing. On the day of our wedding Pat did a phenomenal job and everyone was blown away with how good the music was throughout the entire night! We still get compliments on the music at our wedding and we can't strongly recommend enough Wedding DJ VT for their professionalism and amazing DJ skills!

We went with Wedding DJ VT to DJ our wedding and got Jason Barron as our DJ. We didn't know what to expect but we were blown away! He definitely listened to us and considered what we liked and didn't like. He was communicative and professional. And most of all: all of his transitions were so smooth and he knew how to keep the party going. We are still getting compliments about DJ Barron 3 months after the wedding and are so grateful we had him to set the tone. I would highly recommend Wedding DJ VT to any couples looking for music for their day.

Evan did such an amazing job as the DJ for our wedding! If you are thinking of hiring him, its an absolute must. I can't even say everything we liked here. After the wedding, so many of our friends and family commented on how good a job the DJ did and how they didn't get off the dance floor all night! Evan is able to read the room so well and keep everyone dancing and having fun without being the center of attention or on the mic a ton. He played all of our must-play songs and didn't play any we didnt want to hear. He even did the bruins goal horn song because it was mentioned we like the bruins during speeches! We went to a wedding a few weeks after ours (hi michaela lol!) that Evan also DJed and he was amazing there too. I don't think we could have chosen a better DJ and we are so lucky to have the memories of walking up and down the aisle to our songs, cocktail hour with our favorite music, and dancing the night away with our friends and family because of Evan.

We had recommended Evan to our friends who were getting married a few weeks before we were and he absolutely crushed it. Evan is an amazing DJ! If you’re looking for an actual DJ and not someone who will just hit play on his phone…look no further. Evan and the guys at Wedding DJ Vermont were a great team to work with. We went with Jason as our DJ and could not have been happier. He was punctual, all his audio equipment ran flawlessly, volume was perfect, he kept tabs on our needs and wants throughout the night and then when it was time for the dancing…he delivered. He is a legit DJ and you can tell he is truly passionate about what he does. His transitions & mashups were unreal - he did a great job reading the crowd and adjusting as he saw fit to produce the most energy. People throughout the night and the next day kept coming up to us astonished at how good he was and asking where we found him. Jason – Thank you very much for providing us such a good experience, if we are ever in need of a DJ for something else again, we will definitely be reaching out.

Evan was excellent as the DJ at our wedding, and we’d highly recommend him. He was respectful of our requests in terms of how we wanted the wedding to operate and the music we wanted to play. We hired Jason Baron from Wedding DJ VT for our wedding. From start to finish, Jason was professional and detail-oriented. He understood our music tastes and set the scene for each element of our wedding day perfectly. The sound for the ceremony at the top of the hill at 1824 House Inn was executed perfectly, even using batter power. The music for dinner was lovely and the sound for toasts was great. Our first dance and father-daughter dance music cues were flawless and he kept the party going all night with crowd-pleasers galore. We had spoke with with a few times about what we wanted our wedding to be like and he took it all to heart. We had a phone call with him a couple weeks prior to our wedding and what we envisioned the music to be like needless to say he nailed it. He took requests from guests and he was able to transition music flawlessly. Everyone was constantly dancing and singing all night. He also brought extra mics for the ceremony, and asked if there was anything else we needed for our reception. Let me start by saying Evan did such a great job with the music at our wedding, that not one...but two of our friends ripped their pants on the dance floor. If that's not the sign of a DJ who can bring it, I don't know what is. My new wife's and my experience with Evan from wedding dj VT as our wedding DJ as phenomenal from beginning to end. From our initial phone call well before the wedding to the end of the reception Evan was kind, helpful, professional, accommodating, and an all around great guy. He truly knows the industry and the event and makes planning a completely seamless process. Every worry that my wife and I had that we thought we would forget Evan was way way ahead of us on and always had the answer. He provided audio and mics for the ceremony and performed all those duties discretely as to not distract from it and then absolutely killed it with the reception as both MC and DJ. He even provided the necessary equipment for my uncle and cousin to play the music for the first dance with my mom. Not only did Evan do an awesome job mixing the music for the reception, but he also read the crowd fantastically, took all requests, and was super accommodating. We got an endless stream of complements about how the dancing at our reception was the most fun people have ever had at a wedding...it went on for hours. If it wasn't clear already, if you're looking for a DJ in the Vermont area, we absolutely cannot recommend Evan enough. We are so glad we chose him for our day!

My husband and I could not have made a better choice for a DJ for our wedding reception. The music and dancing portion of our reception was super important to us as we are both into music and Evan/ Wedding DJ VT absolutely nailed it! From our first conversation, he was super friendly and easy to work with and was communicative and professional during the planning process and totally open to our various requests. For the day-of he was able to accommodate setting up in separate locations for the cocktail hour and dinner. We wanted the dancefloor to be the focus of the reception after the meal and Evan did an awesome job keeping all ages on the dancefloor for 3 full hours! We’ve had so many guests comment after the wedding on how awesome the DJ was and how they’ve never been to a wedding where everyone stayed on the dancefloor all night! Evan is simply AMAZING. As music buffs, the selection of our DJ was one of the most important decisions we had to make during the wedding planning process. From the moment I met Evan, I knew he was going to be perfect. He got to know us and the type of vibe we were looking for for the wedding and delivered it in spades. The dance floor was never empty and I fully believe that it’s because of Evan our bar bill was lower than expected because everyone was dancing! Not only did all my guests compliment him, but the other wedding vendors also remarked at what a great job he did. Evan at Wedding DJ VT was everything we hoped for! Music is extremely important to both of us, and we decided that having a packed dance floor the whole night was one of the biggest goals for our wedding. Evan made sure that goal was accomplished and then some! All of our guests danced the night away, and were raving about the song choices in the following days. Evan did a fantastic job at keeping our dance floor lively all night long! With just a few recommendations from us he was able to take that and read the room with such ease. All of our wedding guests can't stop taking about the music and are already planning on booking him for future events. Evan was fantastic! We had a relatively small wedding and did not expect much dancing, but he had most of us dancing until the end of the night!! We gave just a few guidelines and Evan did the rest, including the ceremony music. He definitely got our taste in music from just a brief phone conversation, and our playlist was perfect. I never once worried about the music during my wedding- just enjoyed. Everyone loved the music and commented on how well he transitioned between songs. Highly recommend!!!!!

Evan and team have something special and we're beyond psyched we went with them! Randall aka Mashtodon was our DJ and he has a reputation for a reason, it's because he truly is that good! From the get-go, he gave us the opportunity to steer where the day/night were to go all while giving us the reassurance that he has a handle on things. It was nice to finally talk to a wedding dj that "got it". We wanted things to be simple and not your traditional wedding with the Chicken Dance playing, Randall nailed it. He took in our recommendations and got an idea of our taste in music, which can be quite eclectic. He mixed that in with his techniques and what he knew would keep people on the dance floor. Needless to say, the dance floor was packed and our guests haven't stopped talking about how awesome our DJ was.

Evan was great to work with from the beginning. He took the time to hear what we wanted and delivered perfectly. He was always quick to answer my questions and put in details we would have never thought of. He provided great ceremony music, mics for speeches and the best dance music. One of my friends told me the next day she couldn't believe how packed the dance floor was. We had a small wedding, but you would NEVER know by the dance floor. My guests loved that there were real turn tables and the mixed songs. I would recommend Evan for any event.

Dan Arlein DJ-ed our wedding in September in Connecticut -- and it was so much fun! Dan was super helpful in planning our music from pre-ceremony to the end of the night. We even let him surprise us for the last song -- great decision, a wonderful surprise for us! He gave us suggestions through the planning process which kept night in a good flow. Reception music is one of the most important parts of any wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our DJ Dan Cahill as well as the entire experience with Wedding DJ VT. There are so many cheesy DJs in shiny vests out there, and if you’d like to avoid that at all costs, then these are your guys. Dan is a true professional who obviously loves music, knows how to read a room, and kept our dance floor packed all night. He listens to your requests, but also knows exactly how to keep the mood of the party going. Dan’s presence was perfect for our Vermont wedding – he was just the right amount of easygoing while obviously putting a lot of energy into his work. Evan was AMAZING!!!! If you want to have the absolute best time of your lives, book him ASAP!!! My husband and I love all different types of music and having a DJ that could keep our friends and family on the dance floor all night was super important to us. From the first meeting with Evan, we could immediately tell he wasn't a typical wedding DJ (ie-the kind that didn't really have any creative talent and just played a list of songs from an iPod the entire night). He was clearly passionate about music and what he does, and we knew after that first conversation that we could 100% trust him. He was laid back and easy going, but also professional and responsive. We told him we were completely comfortable giving him creative freedom and only asked him to play 1 or 2 specific songs. He had a flat rate, with zero hidden fees (unlike some of the other DJs we found) and our money could not have been better spent. To say he helped make our wedding beyond perfect was an understatement. From Evan's flexibility to his willingness to help facilitate all of the details such as, microphones for our officiant and violinist, to ensuring our guests could hear every word of our ceremony during a very windy fall afternoon on Lake Champlain, to the seamless transitions from each portion of our day, to his insane talent and expertise, we had an absolute blast!! The music during our cocktail hour was exactly what we were looking for. We were told by many of our friends and family how much they loved the music the entire night and that our's was the most fun wedding they have ever been to!! Some of which NEVER get on the dance floor - enough said. I could go on and on as he really was a massive contributor to making our wedding unforgettable. Best dance party of our lives. My fiance and I first saw Evan in action at a relative's wedding in 2013. Since then, we kept Evan and Wedding DJ VT in the back of our minds. Once it came time to plan our own wedding, we reached out to Evan, and it was one of THE BEST decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Evan was professional with reasonable rates, and top notch service. He is incredibly talented with the ability to read the crowd on the dance floor, and pick songs to keep them there all night long. On our wedding day, a microburst blew through the Quechee, VT area, knocking out power to many hotels, restaurants and businesses. As my husband and I arrived to our reception, we were informed the venue had lost partial power. My first concern was, "Can we still dance?" Thankfully, the power outage did not affect Evan's ability to DJ the reception, and we began our first evening as husband and wife dancing the night away. Thank you so much, Evan for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!!

Dan Cahill was our DJ and was great! He and Evan were very easy to deal with in terms of scheduling, contracting, and advance planning. Dan was very flexible in terms of working with our outdoor setup, integrating family members into the MC role, and accommodating our song requests and music cues. The music itself was great throughout the night, during downtimes and dancing — multiple compliments from our friends and family. Highly recommended!

Evan was not available for the weekend of our wedding but DJ Baron was great. He was super flexible and tolerant of my neediness and the music he played was all on point and made for a party atmosphere that far surpassed our expectations. He met with us several months before the wedding to put my mind at ease and then was in constant communication the weeks leading up to the wedding. He also traveled to Jay, VT for our wedding which was awesome since it is a hike from BTV.

Dan Arlein was super professional and went out of his way to make us happy on our wedding day. He asked all the right questions and gave some advice about things he knows from doing his job for so long! The advice was very helpful and not pushy. He was always willing to do everything exactly how we wanted. Dan went out of his way to bring a battery powered PA for our friend who was singing in the ceremony. He came early to help her set it up with her mic and was ready to go for his time at the reception!! On time, friendly, and organized!! Dan was great about watching the time. He communicated with both bride and groom about the evening and made sure things rolled smoothly without making it seem scripted. He stayed off the mic, except when it was necessary. He kept the dance floor moving by playing to the crowd and ignoring requests. --- in a polite manner, of course.

Jason was enthusiastic and knew the exact songs to play to keep everyone dancing all night. Multiple people came up to me to say they were so impressed by the DJ. I highly recommend DJ Jason Barron to anyone!

They did a good job and kept the party going, however they were not vocal at all and barely announced anything. We had a great time towards the end, however at the beginning of the night it took a few songs for him to read our style.

Jason Baron cares deeply about providing exactly the type of party the bride and groom want to have. From the beginning, Jason took every suggestion we had and worked it into our fabulous night. His style is cool, he lets the music speak for itself, and doesn't try to insert himself into the party. He even worked with my Dad and I to mash up a few songs for our father-daughter dance. Evan owns the company and was very easy to work with, and prices are quite reasonable. Dan Dj-ed both our ceremony and our wedding and people continue to tell me how amazing the music was!
