We were in great hands with Jaimie because she has years of experience in the KC wedding industry. Vendors know each other in this industry, and it says a lot when all your vendors are excited to work with Jaimie because of her positive reputation. She’s the absolute best!

g you can possibly imagine, but she provides access to a planning website that I could not have made it to our wedding day without. She gave me so much peace of mind that everything would be taken care of, nothing would be forgotten, and the day would run smoothly. You get so swept up in the day and time moves so fast that without her keeping us on track and reminding us of everything we wanted to do, we would’ve forgotten half of the things we had planned for the evening. But even before the wedding day, she was a joy to work with. She made the planning process fun, she was so easy to connect with, she listened to my every concern and answered every question I had (which was a lot!) Our day was perfect thanks to her!!

We had a fairly large wedding with 170 guests, so it was so helpful to just be able to enjoy and mingle with our guests while Jaimie took care of all the other things!

ral months before the wedding and we had numerous phone and text conversations about expectations, decorations, etc. She was available in the evenings to discuss things, was very flexible with time when I ran late at work and we had a scheduled phone call, met in the evening at our venue for our final run-through and for our rehearsal. She was always available, very, VERY organized, and followed through on her promises. She was just as excited as I was about my decorations for the reception and took note of every single detail I had in my vision. It also helped that she was a preferred vendor at my venue so was very familiar with the location and had worked with the facility many times. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other vendors. I would recommend her/Wedding Elegance over and over and she really made our special day 100 times better. I can't thank her enough for making my vision come true that day!

There was an issue with one of the vendors not responding to emails so she took matters into her own hands to continuously follow-up with that vendor repeatedly through different forms of social media, text, email, etc until she was able to get a hold of him. That took a lot of stress off my plate! Don't hesitate to book her!

d up being chaotic because of some issues we had with the venue. Jaimie was so important in helping sort out those issues, coordinate with our other vendors, and make sure our decor was up. After the wedding, when it was clear that the venue had made some mistakes, Jaimie continue to work with us and negotiated a partial refund from them on our behalf. It was so helpful to have her in our corner on the day of the wedding and even after, and we really felt that she went above and beyond to make our day special and memorable and not stressful. I can't recommend her enough. She's a ball of energy and frankly that's EXACTLY who I wanted to be the boss and coordinating our day. Thank you, Jaimie!

I had some discrepencies with the venue and Jaimie took charge and made sure that my fiance and I had what we needed and that the venue followed through with what was promised. This year was especially crazy and she is the one who kept me sane through all the planning with expert advice, multiple meetings, and wedding options. On the day of the wedding, she set up everything within four hours and she did it all perfectly without even needing to bother the families. Not only did she have everything organized down to the minute, but she was genuinely happy for my husband and I, smiling and had the most positive attitude through it all. You know your vendors are amazing when they are over the moon happy for you on the day of the wedding. We are so so thankful!!!

year prior, so we knew that she was top notch. At that wedding, they ran out of alcohol, and Jaimie handled the situation masterfully (ended up leaving the venue to buy more). Prior to our wedding, Jaimie was in constant contact with us and was so supportive with everything (pandemic and "should we postpone?" concerns). We ended up sticking with our June 20th date, and Jaimie fully committed to making it amazing. We had numerous Zoom/planning calls to discuss our big day and how to make it perfect. The week of the wedding, Jaimie came and picked up all of our centerpieces/décor. It was such a relief to know that she would handle the decorating, set up, tear down, receiving deliveries from vendors, and making sure that everything was in place before guests arrived and the reception began. She created a wedding day timeline and worked with our caterer and DJ to keep everything moving along perfectly. Thanks to having Jaimie leading the way, it was such an easy and stress-free day for my husband and me :) Jaimie is extremely organized and will make your event everything you want it be. We can't recommend her enough.

r going to a family members wedding and seeing the chaos- we decided to look for one. I am so HAPPY that we found Jaimie because she made our day feel less stressful. We got to enjoy our day and the venue looked beautiful the way she decorated. It was nice to see our families enjoy the wedding as well because they didn't have to worry about running around talking to different vendors or helping us fix things if something went wrong (I don't even know if something did because Jaimie took care of it like a pro).
