Jaimie is wonderful! S was so organized and had wonderful insight and suggestions. Our wedding wouldn’t have gone as smooth if she wasn’t there. She is also just a wonderful and kind person, and helped support me through the wedding stress!

Jaimie is AMAZING! I booked her for day-of coordination. We had meetings leading up to the wedding, she attended the final venue walk-through, followed up with vendors, and set up decor the day-of just to name a few. She always reassured me that I could text her if I had any questions. There was an issue with one of the vendors not responding to emails so she took matters into her own hands to continuously follow-up with that vendor repeatedly through different forms of social media, text, email, etc until she was able to get a hold of him. That took a lot of stress off my plate! Don't hesitate to book her!

Jaimie was a FANTASTIC addition to our vendor team. We hired her for month of/day of coordination and it was truly the best decision we made in regards to our wedding. The day ended up being chaotic because of some issues we had with the venue. Jaimie was so important in helping sort out those issues, coordinate with our other vendors, and make sure our decor was up. After the wedding, when it was clear that the venue had made some mistakes, Jaimie continue to work with us and negotiated a partial refund from them on our behalf. It was so helpful to have her in our corner on the day of the wedding and even after, and we really felt that she went above and beyond to make our day special and memorable and not stressful. I can't recommend her enough. She's a ball of energy and frankly that's EXACTLY who I wanted to be the boss and coordinating our day. Thank you, Jaimie!

Jaime was tremendous and we could not have made it through the wedding without her! She was super organized and easy to work with. There were a couple of hiccups throughout the wedding, but she never panicked and let me know what all was happening. All of my guests applauded her for being so punctual and flexible during the wedding. She also did extremely well working before the wedding. We had a couple of planned meetings, but she allowed for me to call or text her whenever I had questions or concerns. Lastly, she was absolutely delightful to work with. A very down to earth human that wants what’s best for you and strives to make it happen. She made me and my husband’s wedding better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you so much Jaimie!

We could not have made our wedding possible without Jaimie. She had every detail lined up and her communication with my vendors was excellent. She thought of everything, and as someone who had no idea what she was doing, Jaimie made me feel confident everything was handled and made our dream wedding come to life. I feel very lucky as I decided I needed a day of wedding coordinator 3 months before my summer wedding. I not only felt she was very professional and organized on our initial phone meetings, she was very reasonably priced compared to other companies I was out of town and she even went to the venue and met with my parents. I felt she set up my tables and reception space just as requested with my wedding day vision. A person you should hire and I was quite pleased that I had decided to have a day of coordinator.

Jaimie was the absolute BEST!! Throughout the whole planning experience, I kept waiting for it to be stressful and, as a person who stresses easily, I can truly and honestly say that I had minimal stress planning my wedding. Jaimie is easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of. She will fight for you!! I had some discrepencies with the venue and Jaimie took charge and made sure that my fiance and I had what we needed and that the venue followed through with what was promised. Truly, truly, truly cannot praise her enough. She is sweet, friendly, and has her clients' interest at heart. Wedding day, everything went smooth and she helped make my wedding dream come true! Best day ever and could not have pulled it off without her.

Honestly don't know where to begin, Jaimie is definitely who you want helping you on your day. She has so much experience, is so organized, and so calm. We used her day-of services and it was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding process. It made the day so much less stressful for me and my parents so we could just enjoy the day. She was a great communicator and kept everyone organized and the day running smooth! She is THE BEST!

We hired Jaimie to handle the day of our daughter's wedding. She was awesome! Jaimie is hands down the best!!! At first, we weren't sure we wanted a wedding coordinator, but after we met Jaimie and she explained ALL that she does, we basically hired her on the spot. She will do absolutely anything and everything for you and your wedding day. This year was especially crazy and she is the one who kept me sane through all the planning with expert advice, multiple meetings, and wedding options. On the day of the wedding, she set up everything within four hours and she did it all perfectly without even needing to bother the families. Not only did she have everything organized down to the minute, but she was genuinely happy for my husband and I, smiling and had the most positive attitude through it all. You know your vendors are amazing when they are over the moon happy for you on the day of the wedding. We are so so thankful!!!

Wedding Elegance (Jaimie Willis) played such a huge role in making our June 20, 2020 "pandemic wedding" a smashing success. Jaimie had coordinated my husband's brother's wedding a year prior, so we knew that she was top notch. At that wedding, they ran out of alcohol, and Jaimie handled the situation masterfully (ended up leaving the venue to buy more). Prior to our wedding, Jaimie was in constant contact with us and was so supportive with everything (pandemic and "should we postpone?" concerns). We ended up sticking with our June 20th date, and Jaimie fully committed to making it amazing. We had numerous Zoom/planning calls to discuss our big day and how to make it perfect. The week of the wedding, Jaimie came and picked up all of our centerpieces/décor. It was such a relief to know that she would handle the decorating, set up, tear down, receiving deliveries from vendors, and making sure that everything was in place before guests arrived and the reception began. She created a wedding day timeline and worked with our caterer and DJ to keep everything moving along perfectly. Thanks to having Jaimie leading the way, it was such an easy and stress-free day for my husband and me :) Jaimie is extremely organized and will make your event everything you want it be. We can't recommend her enough.

Jaimie was just what we needed for our wedding. She helped us organize, plan, and execute. She was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with!

If you're considering a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend Jaimie!!! At first we hadn't even considered getting a wedding coordinator but a month before the wedding- after going to a family members wedding and seeing the chaos- we decided to look for one. I am so HAPPY that we found Jaimie because she made our day feel less stressful. We got to enjoy our day and the venue looked beautiful the way she decorated. It was nice to see our families enjoy the wedding as well because they didn't have to worry about running around talking to different vendors or helping us fix things if something went wrong (I don't even know if something did because Jaimie took care of it like a pro).

Jaimie was amazing from start to finish! She was always available to meet in person or email to go over all the details, small and large. She listened to our rough ideas and turned them into an amazing day. She went above and beyond to check on us throughout the reception and her efforts continued throughout the next day. We were blessed to work with her and share our day with her.

My son was married Saturday, September 21, 2019. Jaimie Willis was our wedding coordinator, owner of Wedding Elegance. You will never find someone who will make you feel more at ease about the most important day of your life. We hired Jaimie as a day of coordinator. The time she devoted to us was so much more. She met other vendors with us, gave us valuable advice, always had time for us. The phrase “Above and Beyond” doesn’t even begin to describe the time, effort, caring and knowledge Jaimie offers. So put your mind at ease because this will be the easiest decision of the whole wedding process to make.

At first we thought we didn’t need a wedding planner and then we met Jamie and realized we needed Jamie! She was amazing throughout the whole process of planning our wedding. She had so many great ideas, advice, and experience. She went above and beyond our expectations and then some. Not only is Jamie an excellent and amazing wedding planner, she is also a great person who we now consider a close friend. We will be forever grateful for her help in making one of the best days of our lives so special. We could not have done it without her!

Amazing! I hadn't originally planned to hire a wedding coordinator. I thought I could do it on my own, until about 6-8 months out. I was super stressed, and worried I was missing something. I met with Jaimie and hired her on the spot for my day of coordination. We used a website to upload information and stay organized. We had in person meetings and several emails. She helped me find my last vendors, and she kept in contact with all the vendors. She's a kind and caring person and I really felt that she understood what my husband and I wanted. Day of my wedding was so nice and relaxing because I knew Jaimie and her team were there working behind the scene to make everything run smoothly. My only regret was not hiring her sooner! She's amazing and her services are WELL worth the cost. She provides so much piece of mind. She's organized and detail oriented. She's flexible, easy to work with. All of my vendors commented how nice it was working with her!

Jaimie was beyond helpful throughout the entire wedding process. She made planning and organizing all of my wedding vendors a breeze prior to my wedding day. On the day of, she was there working tirelessly prior to the reception. We left before the ceremony to take photos, and while I was gone I knew I would not have to worry about the set up of the reception because Jaimie was there ensuring everything ran smoothly. During the reception, Jaimie made sure all crises were adverted and took care of way more than was in her job description. I am so thankful we were able to have her as our coordinator! I have already recommended her to many friends and family getting married in the near future.

When our wedding day finally came, everyone around me kept commenting on how calm I was. That's because I had full trust in Jaimie to execute all of the details. Jamie was amazing. I have been working with Jamie for two years. Every stress, every break down, EVERYTHING Jamie was there. She was so detailed ( that's the way my mind thinks). I am so glad we hired her because she is professional but makes things comfortable. As a bride finding somebody to make you feel comfortable and calm when everything is so stressful is literallu the best. On the wedding day nobody bothered us with a problem. At one point I was stressed about our sparkler send off and Jamie and her assistant still made it happen. Thank you so much. I am forever greatful!

Jaimie Willis with Wedding Elegance made our wedding day absolutely perfect! I'm sure things weren't perfect with the decor, food, and reception but I wouldn't know because she took care of it all! Jaimie met with me several times before the wedding and was very organized and detail oriented. Her communication was phenomenal. I texted, called, and emailed frequently and she always replies promptly and throughly. She made my mental picture of our wedding reception come to life. She managed the decor, vendors, and timeline so that I could enjoy the evening with my guests (185 guests) instead of being constantly harassed with questions from the DJ and other vendors. I would recommend Jaimie and Wedding Elegance to anyone.
