on Yelp if you're interested in the details, which wouldn't fit here. While preparing to sign a contract with them for our wedding flowers, we asked for some clarification of their delivery policies that concerned us slightly. (Like the fact that they do not guarantee their work & if the flowers are not delivered on time for the wedding, or if things are missing from the order, there will be no refund.) The owner proceeded to tell us that since it's such a small order, it is not even worth their time. (I'm not exaggerating, this is actually what she said!) She said that she did not want to do our flowers because if they are not delivered on time we will probably give them a bad yelp review or something & that will hurt their reputation...um...wtf??!!
After hearing this, we were no longer comfortable giving this place our business or trusting them with our wedding. We were literally shocked & dismayed by this situation...Obviously they did not want to do our flowers because (as the girl also mentioned during the consultation,) our wedding is during a peak wedding time and they did not want to waste time delivering such a small order, which could get in the way of the "bigger, more expensive weddings." So disgusting...
I literally left this place in tears...I have never in my life been spoken to or treated like this...These people obviously have no clue what decent customer service is & should not be running a customer service based business. Apparently they think that because they have cheap prices & value quantity over quality, they can treat people like crap. It's extremely unfortunate & I am so disappointed in this business & in the owners as human beings. The way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable. My fiance owns his own business & I work in customer service as well & we would NEVER treat a customer like this, no matter what!

ceived from a wedding expo we attended. So on a whim she either went to the location or set up an appointment (can't remember) and the rest is wedding history.
She called me and and said "you have to come down here and see these arrangements", so off I went. I really had no clue what I wanted but I knew the colors, that I wanted baby's breath, and sticks LOL.
After deciding on the shape, flowers, colors, and accessories; we went in to see our sample centerpieces and I was at a loss for words. It was sooo beautiful it almost brought me to tears.
Robert and his team are plain and simply amazing. Communication was swift and informative. Our centerpieces were a show stopper. The Bridal bouquet was so lovely, even the toss bouquet was breathtaking.
They covered our ceremony arch with a set of three of flowers arrangements. Everything was just amazing!

mail and saw their pricing. No gimmicks there...they provide quality flowers, bouquets, arrangements, at bargain prices. I worked with Stella and the shop owner Shawna and they were nothing but nice. They delivered everything to our ceremony site and set up the arbor and pedestals with the help of my site coordinator. My bouquet was incredibly beautiful and the bridesmaids bouquets were just what I asked for. I emailed Shawna pictures of what I wanted, went to the shop once to finalize and that was it. Easy and exactly what I wanted.

ing Flowers 4 less provided all my bouquets, boutineers and altar pieces. I was pleasantly amazed with the quality for the price I paid. I didn't have a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted, but I gave them an Idea and they executed that very well. I also trusted them with how my altar pieces looked and it was fabulous. I really was VERY happy with how the bouquets and boutineers turned out.
Robert and Shawna were great to work with. My only problem was that I didn't have a clear idea of how to transport my flowers from La Mirada to the San Diego Zoo. When I picked up my flowers, the young lady was quite rude. But I can't blame them. I received very quality flowers for the amount I paid.

I am soo happy we went with Wedding Flowers 4 Less. The staff was great! The owner was hilarious and very pleasant to work with. All of my flowers came out exactly the way I wanted them to. The rose bouquets looked so rich, fresh and full. I was in love with all the flowers, and got many compliments for them. Disregard ANY bad reviews on this place, and go check it out. u sign your contract with them you are not allowed to reduce your order later, so when I found a friend willing to pick up the flowers for me, it was too late and I wasn't allowed to take off the $50 delivery charge in the contract. They offered to give me another floral thing with a $50 value but I didn't need anything else, so they delivered for me. They were on time! Overall, great experience!
