Horrible Service do not trust Robert!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me if you don't want your wedding to be ruined do not sign contract with Flowers for less.
I am absolutely appalled by this business...Never in my life have I ever experienced such shockingly terrible customer service...long story short, I posted a fully detailed review ...
on Yelp if you're interested in the details, which wouldn't fit here. While preparing to sign a contract with them for our wedding flowers, we asked for some clarification of their delivery policies that concerned us slightly. (Like the fact that they do not guarantee their work & if the flowers are not delivered on time for the wedding, or if things are missing from the order, there will be no refund.) The owner proceeded to tell us that since it's such a small order, it is not even worth their time. (I'm not exaggerating, this is actually what she said!) She said that she did not want to do our flowers because if they are not delivered on time we will probably give them a bad yelp review or something & that will hurt their reputation...um...wtf??!!
After hearing this, we were no longer comfortable giving this place our business or trusting them with our wedding. We were literally shocked & dismayed by this situation...Obviously they did not want to do our flowers because (as the girl also mentioned during the consultation,) our wedding is during a peak wedding time and they did not want to waste time delivering such a small order, which could get in the way of the "bigger, more expensive weddings." So disgusting...
I literally left this place in tears...I have never in my life been spoken to or treated like this...These people obviously have no clue what decent customer service is & should not be running a customer service based business. Apparently they think that because they have cheap prices & value quantity over quality, they can treat people like crap. It's extremely unfortunate & I am so disappointed in this business & in the owners as human beings. The way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable. My fiance owns his own business & I work in customer service as well & we would NEVER treat a customer like this, no matter what!
We went in a totally different direction with our flowers then we originally planned and I am so glad we did. My mom found Wedding Flowers 4 Less on one of the business cards we re...
ceived from a wedding expo we attended. So on a whim she either went to the location or set up an appointment (can't remember) and the rest is wedding history.
She called me and and said "you have to come down here and see these arrangements", so off I went. I really had no clue what I wanted but I knew the colors, that I wanted baby's breath, and sticks LOL.
After deciding on the shape, flowers, colors, and accessories; we went in to see our sample centerpieces and I was at a loss for words. It was sooo beautiful it almost brought me to tears.
Robert and his team are plain and simply amazing. Communication was swift and informative. Our centerpieces were a show stopper. The Bridal bouquet was so lovely, even the toss bouquet was breathtaking.
They covered our ceremony arch with a set of three of flowers arrangements. Everything was just amazing!
Thank you Robert and the wedding flowers 4 less team!

My wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful. I had blue hydrangeas and white roses as my primary choice and they made exactly what I had in mind. My centerpieces and bouquets were...
perfect.
I was very unhappy with the customer service. My flowers were pretty as they should be, but I didn't get anything extreme. Just basic rose arrangements. The reason I give them 3 st...
ars is because I liked my flowers but the customer service was awful. They were quite rude and I would not recommend them for this reason.
Wedding flowers 4 less did an amazing job! Our flowers came out perfect! They were on time and their prices were really affordable! Would definitely use them again!
I purchased my wedding flowers from them and it was beautiful! We got a package and I have to say it was so cheap! I expected to pay at least double! Flowers were beautiful and exc...
ellent quality. They showed up on time without a hitch!
Robert and his staff made my wedding day beautiful. Though we had a small issue with the delivery guys showing up 15 minutes before the wedding, they more than made up for it with...
the beauty. And Robert definitely made sure to reimburse for the situation. But the flowers were gorgeous and we got so many compliments. And they did a great job of matching the natural beauty of the ceremony site.
I randomly ended up on a mailing list for WF4L and thank goodness I did. I was contemplating doing my own bouquets to save money and threw that thought out the second I got their e...
mail and saw their pricing. No gimmicks there...they provide quality flowers, bouquets, arrangements, at bargain prices. I worked with Stella and the shop owner Shawna and they were nothing but nice. They delivered everything to our ceremony site and set up the arbor and pedestals with the help of my site coordinator. My bouquet was incredibly beautiful and the bridesmaids bouquets were just what I asked for. I emailed Shawna pictures of what I wanted, went to the shop once to finalize and that was it. Easy and exactly what I wanted.
I loved my Flowers!!!! Stella was great to work and she knew excatly what i wanted. i loved them and couldnt have asked for anything better!
The prices are ok but I would suggest going somewhere else. The owner is rude which I overlooked at first but after a fiasco i really regretted it. Flower arrangement's were nice b...
ut they did not do the set up as requested and did not take the blame for it.
First off, I did my own centerpieces. They were manzanita branches with star gazer lillies at the bottom with hydrangeas on the corners. Then we tied orchids on the branches.

ing Flowers 4 less provided all my bouquets, boutineers and altar pieces. I was pleasantly amazed with the quality for the price I paid. I didn't have a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted, but I gave them an Idea and they executed that very well. I also trusted them with how my altar pieces looked and it was fabulous. I really was VERY happy with how the bouquets and boutineers turned out.
Robert and Shawna were great to work with. My only problem was that I didn't have a clear idea of how to transport my flowers from La Mirada to the San Diego Zoo. When I picked up my flowers, the young lady was quite rude. But I can't blame them. I received very quality flowers for the amount I paid.
They were easy to work with and my flowers were set up well and looked good in the pictures. One thing was because of the type of flowers I chose the bridesmaids bouquets looked b...
igger than mine, I wish they would have let me know about that. Also the flowers in the centerpieces were wilting by the end of the night, and they were inside not sitting out in the sun.
Loved my floers turned out better than I imangined. Flowers were simple and perfect just like I wanted.
I absolutely loved my flowers. I got the package that included just the wedding party and I added two altar arrangements. And I must say I fell in love with everything. Even my fam...

Flowers are not my favorite things, however, Wedding Flowers 4 Less made me fall in love! The work they did was beautiful and the process was painless.
They were great and cheap
the service was great
This is an amazing floral shop! My husband and I saw a flyer for Wedding Flowers 4 Less and saw their amazing packages and prices. We looked up reviews online, because we couldn't ...
believe how much they were offering for the cheap prices. The reviews we read weren't the best, but we went to the store anyways for a consultation. Man were those reviews completely wrong! I am soo happy we went with Wedding Flowers 4 Less. The staff was great! The owner was hilarious and very pleasant to work with. All of my flowers came out exactly the way I wanted them to. The rose bouquets looked so rich, fresh and full. I was in love with all the flowers, and got many compliments for them. Disregard ANY bad reviews on this place, and go check it out. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!
I used WF4L for my June 2011 wedding and was satisfied, the flowers turned out beautifully and were affordable! My only bummer experience was having the pay for delivery. When yo...
u sign your contract with them you are not allowed to reduce your order later, so when I found a friend willing to pick up the flowers for me, it was too late and I wasn't allowed to take off the $50 delivery charge in the contract. They offered to give me another floral thing with a $50 value but I didn't need anything else, so they delivered for me. They were on time! Overall, great experience!
They did an excellent job with our centerpieces - I chose a topiary of sunflowers and it turned out beautiful. Our bouquets were perfect and I was most pleased with their service ...
and their time that they took to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted.
This was the best value that I could find! 1 bridal bouquet, 1 toss bouquet, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 corsages, and 8 boutonnieres all for $320! The flowers turned out beautiful, a...
