Two weeks before the wedding I had to make my final payment. I called her to see how I could go about paying it and her receptionist informed me that it should have been
Paid one month out. Our contract said 2 weeks out and when I finally got a hold of her she explained that my flowers would be there on time and that she changed the payment policy within her company since I had signed the contract. Wedding day comes and my flowers and there and waiting. Though they were beautiful, they were not at all what I had paid for. Pictures were with the emails and contracts and my bouquet was NOT a cascading bowyer like I asked for. Glad that I never have to deal with them again!
