One of the greatest gifts she gave me was the ability to actually relax and enjoy my wedding day. I knew everything was being handled, which allowed me to be fully present with my husband, family, and friends. That peace of mind is priceless. I cannot recommend Lisa enough. She is talented, detail-oriented, personable, and truly cares about her couples. If you're considering hiring her, do it—you will be so grateful you did!

Nearly a year later, we are STILL dealing with the emotional fallout from what should have been the happiest day of our lives. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn every bride, groom, family, and vendor considering working with Lisa: RUN. Your wedding day cannot be redone and thinking we could trust Lisa with ours after initial red flags and empty promises was the biggest mistake we’ve ever made. Lisa breached our written and signed contract, completely failed to deliver contracted services, communicated poorly throughout the process, and demonstrated shocking levels of disorganization and unprofessionalism. No couple should have to spend the months after their wedding feeling devastated, depressed, and taken advantage of. Here are just some of the major issues we experienced on our wedding day: -Breach of contract/failure to deliver services: Numerous agreed-upon responsibilities were left incomplete, severely delayed in setup, or ignored entirely. From start to finish, our wedding was unfortunately chaotic and poorly managed despite very detailed instructions and timelines provided. She further breached our contract by arriving with only one assistant and refusing to provide the second assistant required in our signed agreement, resulting in inadequate support during critical wedding-day operations. -Venue setup disaster and severe wedding coordination mismanagement caused bride and groom to miss once-in-a-lifetime moments: Despite very detailed written setup instructions (provided via emails, texts, docs, calls, and visual references), Lisa failed to set up the venue on-time. As a result, the bride, groom, family, and friends were forced to help setup before the ceremony causing us to miss on critical wedding events including couple, family, and wedding party photos and a long-awaited venue reveal so we could visually see and experience all of our months of hard work come to fruition. HORRIBLE!! -Major absence of day-of coordination: Throughout the wedding day, the bride was forced to solve problems herself that should have been handled by Lisa, but she was nowhere to be found. Guests and vendors noted the absence of visible coordination support throughout the event. This led to avoidable delays, disorganization, and missed scheduled moments. Guests even shared they didn’t know we had a coordinator because she was so absent. She also failed to properly manage vendor communication before and during the wedding and could not complete basic coordination duties or effectively triage issues as promised. To make matters worse, when we attempted to resolve the situation privately and professionally afterward, Lisa showed zero accountability, remorse, or willingness to make things right. No sincere apology or meaningful refund for the severe breach of contract and under-delivery of services. Instead, she ghosted us entirely. Your wedding day, like ours, cannot be redone. Save yourself the heartbreak, stress, disappointment, financial loss, and hire literally anyone else. There are countless vendors out there who are professional, communicative, ethical, and actually care about their clients. Lisa is NOT one of them.
