Although I found my dress, it was quite unsettling to get home and gaze upon the massive hole and multiple stains, that I was not informed of, prior to purchasing. What I found even more unsettling was when I called them and had them tell me that I was wrong and I made the mistake. According to Wedding Inspirations, these things are not a "big deal" because I could easily get the dress sewn and dry cleaned. Why did they not do this? Along with this issue, I purchased gloves and a veil that needed to be ordered. Once they arrived, they did not even offer to ship those items to me and told me I would have to pick them up, even though I live in Alaska. This was not a big deal until I finally received my gloves and they were the wrong color I had ordered and paid for. I called, once again, to inform them that they ordered the wrong color and I had the boutique manager, Brittany, tell me that I was wrong and the gloves were in fact the correct color, despite me looking at pure white gloves when I had ordered ivory. I feel so taken advantage of by this lousy boutique. They knew I only had one day to find a dress and it is almost as if they pushed this stained and torn dress on me, knowing I do not live in Asheville and they would not have to see me again. I expected so much more from a "boutique" and suggest the owner to look at the way their employees resolve issues and conduct business with customers, especially on a day that is supposed to be so special.
My experience at Wedding Inspirations was wonderful! It was the first place I looked for a wedding dress. They have a large inventory of dresses and their prices are affordable. Grace listened to what I wanted in a wedding dress, was very patient and was not pushy. She even found a dress after I left, called me and sent pictures. After going to another store, I went back to Wedding Inspirations and Said Yes to A Dress. The whole staff was very accommodating and even stayed passed their closing time to assist me. I would highly recommend making an appointment at Wedding Inspirations to find your dream wedding dress. You will be glad you did!
As many of you know when your daughter has decided to marry the man of her dreams and it’s time to pick out the perfect wedding dress for that special day, it is very important that not only you find the perfect dress but also the best place to make that purchase. My daughter had made a few appointments at bridal stores in the Asheville, NC area on a rare weekend off from college and had to make the most of her time while here. She found “the” dress of her dreams at a wonderful well established bridal store earlier in the afternoon and had one last appointment to attend with Wedding Inspirations that same evening or be forced to pay a penalty fee by credit card for not coming to the appointment. After finding her perfect dress we left on a wonderful high note to make that appointment on time or pay the penalty. When we arrived we instantly felt the high pressure techniques they were very well trained in. My daughter tried on a couple of very nice dresses and I could tell that she was beginning to get very confused. She found one in particular that she liked and with closing hours drawing near we were told by what had become 3 different staff members pressuring her saying that they had looked and there was only one available in the entire country and the office lady was “hovering the computer mouse over the only one available” and she needed to make her decision immediately. Wedding planning is stressful enough and these staff people were really putting the pressure on all of us. She made the decision to put the 75% non refundable requirement down on a dress that was beautiful but not the one that stole her heart. When we went home she sat down in our kitchen floor and cried telling me she had made the worst decision of her life. She immediately contacted the wonderful folks at the previous store where she had found “her dress” and as always they were more than understanding and willing to work with us in whatever way possible. After explaining to the staff at Wedding Inspirations the situation they were unwilling to work with us at all and set us up to make 4 equal payments on the remaining balance of the dress or forfeit all the money we had invested back to them and they were going to keep the dress as well. With all the wedding planning we forgot to make the first payment and we were penalized and fined for missing that payment. We ended up with two dresses....one that was perfect and found at another wonderful store in Asheville and the one we were pressured and forced into from Wedding Inspirations. If you are looking for a pleasant and memorable experience in finding the wedding gown of your dreams, I would not recommend buying it from Wedding Inspirations. That decision should be one of the happiest in a young woman’s life and she should not feel pressured or forced into making that decision because of overly aggressive staff that seems to see nothing but dollar signs. My daughter wore her original perfect dress this past Monday at her beautiful wedding and she stated that she should have went with her heart and not listen to the high pressure techniques used at Wedding Inspirations. Hard lesson learned!
I was so happy with my experience at Wedding Inspirations. They have a wide variety of dresses for every price range. I bought my dress off the rack and their seamstress cleaned it up beautifully! I highly recommend stopping by this place to see if "the dress" is there... I bet it will be!
I am SO glad we went to Wedding Inspirations to get my daughter’s wedding gown. Jennifer, the lovely young woman who helped us, had a kind, calm approach that put my nervous daughter at ease. There was no pushiness here like there was at some other shops, just a clear desire to make sure my daughter found the dress that made her happy. The alterations by Judy were perfect and produced a gown that fit just right. The gown was gorgeous and the bride was beaming from head to toe. I highly recommend Wedding Inspirations!
I cannot get over how wonderful my experience here was. This was actually the first place I started with on my hunt for a wedding dress, and after working with Baylor and the other consultants, my experience at all other salons in the area that I visited paled in comparison. They accommodated me for a last minute appointment the first time I visited as well. Wedding Inspirations was the only bridal shop in the area that I can say made me feel like I wasn't just like every other bride that walked into their boutique. Each time I went back, many of the women recognized me by name, and came upstairs to see me try on my dress. They gave genuine feedback about the dresses I tried on. They were all so kind and enthusiastic about everything. Furthermore, they allowed me to pick some dresses that I liked, while they chose some they thought that I would like, and they were all great. I definitely feel as though they were very active in helping me to decide on a dress, which I love. I did not feel forced into anything, and they always allowed me to choose what I wanted. I would recommend Wedding Inspirations Bridal Boutique a thousand times over, and I could not be more grateful for all they did to help me find my own kind of beautiful.

The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous! It is by far the most beautiful bridal salon I have ever stepped foot in and it is filled to the brim with the most beautiful gowns. I loved the layout and how my friends and I were able to look through all the gowns and pull the ones we wanted to try on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to other brides.
Shanti and the entire team are absolutely amazing. I had the most amazing experience here and couldn’t have found a more beautiful gown. They are so incredibly patient, kind and understanding. They truly make your appointment about celebrating you and your day. Their alterations are also above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I really cannot say enough amazing things about Wedding Inspirations. I got engaged in December 2017 and planned to go dress shopping for our September 2018 wedding in February. I originally made an appointment with another bridal boutique in town. After the appointment was made, the employee I was working with at the shop told me how far behind I was in this process and how I really should have done this sooner (exactly what I wanted to hear!) and with ordering, alterations, etc. I wouldn't be getting my dress until probably weeks after my wedding. She asked me if I could move things up a few weeks and forgo having my mother and family with me (she would hold the phone as I face timed them) and then said when they were able to make the long drive from DC to the boutique, I could come back and try on the dress I had picked. Obviously not something you tell a new bride and it totally stressed me out - and also left me so not confident with buying such a huge purchase from them. I found Wedding Inspirations and canceled my appointment at the other place and I am so glad for that twist of fate! The first thing they did was tell me I wasn't doomed, maybe on a tighter schedule, but that we would absolutely get a dress in time. They were so reassuring and positive that they made the decision to get a dress from here a no brainer! I am more of a bohemian bride and they had so many options for me. I ended up getting the most beautiful dress, with the help of Taylor who was fantastic and so accommodating. I saw their seamstress, Judy, for the first time a week ago and she was wonderful to work with. If you're looking for the perfect bridal experience and to really enjoy such a special moment, head to Wedding Inspirations.
Very happy with my experience at Wedding Inspirations! Everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process. They even helped make sure all my bridesmaid dresses were steamed the day before the wedding. Alterations were great but very expensive - definitely ask for an estimate before!
Finding my dress at Wedding Inspirations was an absolute DREAM! They have a wide variety of the most beautiful, reasonably priced gowns, and getting to try them on was like playing dress up in a fairytale. All the consultants are so kind and helpful, and truly want to help each bride find her dream dress. From finding the perfect gown, to alterations, to helping my bridesmaids pick out their dresses, everything was so relaxed and the environment is so welcoming. The salon is in a renovated church, and has the most romantic and lovely atmosphere about it. After I said "yes to the dress," the ladies even popped champagne for me and my gals! It was an absolutely wonderful experience, and I cannot thank Juli and her team enough. Because of this salon, finding my dress was one of my favorite and most memorable experiences of planning my wedding.
Also, the in-house alterations specialist, Judy, is phenomenal! While my Maggie Sottero gown was already perfect, Judy made it fit me like a glove and was so kind and patient throughout the alterations process. I was so nervous about bustling my dress, but she made it so simple and the dress looked gorgeous. I cannot recommend them enough!
The place is hot, no AC, the dresses are over priced.
This place was amazing from the moment I stepped in. The consultants were so friendly and really listened to my requests. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and could say Yes to my dream dress. They had plenty of dress options and plenty of space for my 5 ladies who came. They had such a beautiful boutique as well. I felt like I was at Klienfelds. At the end when I said yes to my dream dress they gave us sparking cider to celebrate and a glass that said bride that I got to take home. Also, they gave me a little “swag” bag with a T-shirt a bride pin, and several other small goodies. It was so sweet. Taylor let me stay in my dress as long as I wanted after deciding. This place was truly a dream come true and I am so glad I went here. I wouldn’t have wanted to experience this moment anywhere else.
I can't get over how wonderful my experience here was. They gave genuine, yet kind and enthusiastic feedback--I truly felt like they were active participants in helping me find my dress. Furthermore, they embraced my quirkiness and helped me try dresses that both met my requests and matched my personality. I'd recommend them a thousand times over, and I couldn't be more grateful for all they did to help me find my own kind of beautiful.

I purchased my dress last April and had such a wonderful experience with Taylor! They have so much options for different styles and really take the time to make sure you are getting what you want. Throughout my experience with wedding inspirations from fittings to getting my dress steamed and picked up twice(bridal portraits and then the wedding day) they were always very nice and helpful! Definitely the place to go!!
Although the store does not have central air, just fans to circulate the air through the space, this place was really great. They limited my initial selection to 6, which really helped me decide what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses. I was pretty positive I found the dress, however wanted to look at another store. After not finding anything, they allowed me to come back the same day, without another appointment to put the dress on again and decide that it was the one. This location also allows you to take photos, which was a big help! Definitely would recommend going!
Britt made my first time shopping for a wedding dress an excellent experience. She was so helpful, flexible and had quite a few tricks up her sleeve.
I purchased my dress at Wedding Inspirations & it was perfect! I had tried on dresses at 3 other places before I found Wedding Inspirations & all of the other places were just not getting my vision. I told the stylist what I was looking for & the 2nd dress she pulled was the one I ended up purchasing. As soon as I put it on I knew. My wedding was also on a tight timeline & there wasn't enough time to order the dress & have time for alterations so they sold me their sample (which they had only had in the salon for 2 weeks) so that I could have the dress I wanted. The seamstress they use for alterations was great & not overly expensive. She finished alterations a month before my wedding, so there were no worries. The only thing I didn't like was that they gave me my dress in a clear garment bag, so I could not keep the dress at my home before the wedding because I didn't want my husband to see it.
As a wedding photographer, I have seen so many wedding dresses it was really hard for me to create a vision for myself. So I kept going in Wedding Inspirations downtown Asheville and trying on all different kinds of dresses, but nothing ever popped out to me. Finally, one of the girls said hey try on this dress our seamstress made. Instantly I fell in love with it! It was truly one of a kind because it was handmade in Asheville. I needed several alterations and even up to two weeks before the wedding, but they were committed to making me happy and making sure I would feel good on my wedding day. Patience paid off because I felt amazing! I love the dress I chose and I love all my wedding photos and video. I will always cherish the dress and the way it made me feel on my wedding day. I can't thank them enough for helping me to find something perfect for me!

I was looking for a beautiful dress and found one. I was willing to pay more than I did but the one that looked the best was the cheapest. They were great in altering as well although my bustle didn't hold.
A little pricey for the type of service I received. They could never remember my wedding date and promised items they could not get. I was overjoyed with my dress, but it was delivered to me direct from the manufacturer, so I cannot attribute that satisfaction to Wedding Inspirations.

Informative and supportive through the entire process. Wedding inspirations also handled my bridesmaid dress orders in an efficient and respectful way. Judy bishop was my seamstress at the store and made my beautiful dress that was 4 sizes too big fit perfectly. Thanks to all of you!!

Wedding Inspirations was so helpful and had a great collection of bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I found my dress in 1 afternoon and they were fast and helpful. I felt very comfortable and everyone that worked there was very friendly.
I love the dress that I found & the dresses were all very reasonably priced. I also loved the seamstress. My only major problems were 1. the store needs A/C. It was way too hot for a high end store, and 2. the customer service was really lacking. When spending over $1,200 on any item I expect great service. Plus, all of the bridesmaids dresses were another $1,000. They never gave flower girl dress options (which i found out later the line had), and overall the service was mediocre at best.
The shop was very helpful in finding the dress of my dreams. A wonderful experience overall!!
I had a mostly good experience with Gwenn. The day of the wedding, she was on top of everything, and really made sure the event went smoothly. My only complaints are that I kept asking for guidance prior to the wedding, and while she provided some, I didn't feel like she provided enough - I needed more.
DO NOT GO HERE. My mother-in-law and myself both bought dresses from this shop and were crying the day of my wedding. Our dresses did not fit. The seamstress ruined my dress and hemmed it up in the front Which I never approved. Total disappointment and would never recommend.
After going to several places looking for my dress and being pretty disappointed in the service and dresses, I found my dress here. Amanda was so helpful, sweet and wonderful at her job!! I was so happy with my dress. Only thing I can saw is the alterations lady was a bit grumpy at first, but even she turned around. Most importantly, my dress was beautiful, the bussel was awesome, and it fit perfect!!
Last summer my daughter married in Asheville, NC, a long way from our home in Arkansas. Gwenn was our "go to" person from the start, having been highly recommended by two other brides. We were not disappointed. She put us at ease the minute my daughter and I met her and always responded promptly to all of our questions.
