I am from South Carolina and I was trying to plan a wedding in Boston. Not only did Carol Merletti do our wedding at Fenway Park, which was amazing, but also gave me advice and help on other aspects of our wedding such as places to stay and things to do. This whole wedding was a surprise for my now husband and without her help it would not have happened. Carol was great! We wanted a short, sweet, to the point ceremony with no religious undertones and she gave us exactly what we asked for. She was easy to get a hold of and work with. She sent us a copy of the vows and ceremony words to look over and approve before the wedding, and she was super upbeat and friendly. She suited the style and energy of our wedding perfectly :)

Carol made the process effortless and stress free for us on our wedding day. Since day one with speaking with Carol, she was very informative about the whole process in terms of getting a marriage license, what to review, what to do on the wedding day, etc. We made sure to follow her suggestions so that the wedding day would be efficient and that we would legally be married (marriage license needs to be present when she marries you!!). We would recommend Carol wholeheartedly as she was kind, informative, funny, and having her there on our wedding, you knew that she would support you in any way she could. Also, seeing her smile makes you feel at ease as well. She is very sweet!

People cannot stop talking about how perfect our ceremony was. Carol was SO easy to work with. One of the best decisions we made was choosing her as our officiant. We highly recommend her to anyone in MA.

Carol was very helpful and easy to work with. My husband and I weren't sure what we wanted to do for our ceremony. Carol provided us with a lot of options and information which made our decision much easier. Also, with the different options, we were still able to customize and change details so that our ceremony would be unique. Carol was always very professional and quick to respond to our quesitons. As a wedding officiant myself, I had some very specific ideas for my own wedding. Carol was a joy to work with every step of the way. She designed a beautiful ceremony that incorporated my ideas and her own. Everyone had a lot of fun. Days afterwards, more than one of the guests asked for us to repeat the reading that Carol chose for the ceremony. They felt it was so appropriate.

Both Tom and I searched for a JP and wanted someone who was professional, understanding to our needs and creative. We found all of these qualities in JP-Carol Merletti. Since we were both previously married and both had children, we wanted to incorporate something special and unique into the ceremony for the children and ourselves. Carol knew exactly what we needed. She recommended we do a "Unity in Glass" symbol that incorporated all the children and my fiance by their color of glass chosen which was poured into a vase at the ceremony,reflecting our newly blended family. The glass will be melted into a vase for a daily reminder of our ceremony. Every single guest was in "aw" and stated that was the "best" ceremony they had ever been too. Carol's passion was expressed throughout the entire process. She was very informative and extremely helpful throughout. We recommend Carol Merletti 100% and Thank her for the opportunity to make our ceremony very special and one we will never forget!!!

Carol was absolutely wonderful. Most of our contact was through email, since my schedule is such that I am busy almost all of the time (even without wedding planning) and scheduling even a phone call takes either weeks to plan or has to be done at the last minute. Carol was exceedingly accommodating and understanding, had multiple options and ideas for the type of ceremony we desired (handfasting), and offered so many insights into wedding/marriage-related issues I hadn't even considered. Carol conducted the ceremony with the respect a wedding ceremony deserves, but brought such excitement and happiness to the occasion that everyone was enthralled. I had so many compliments on our ceremony, and I would recommend Carol to anyone looking for an officiant!

After seeing all these great reviews on Carol's services, we decided to go with her as our Justice of Peace. Carol was very responsive to emails and phone calls, and also gave great suggestions on vows, ceremony ideas, and sent us a whole Word document on blessings to be read at the ceremony. When we finally met Carol on our wedding day (10.20.12) she was very friendly and gathered the wedding party and parents together in the living room to go over details of the ceremony. I'm a cryer so I got emotional during the ceremony but all in all, it was a beautiful ceremony and Carol's services were fantastic! We had forgotten about the sand ceremony but luckily she was there to remind us, and we ended up completing that part indoors. I would definitely recommend Carol to friends and families!

My wedding ceremony was great. Carol could not have been any clearer on explaining step by step details on everything that needed to be done. She was extremely nice and very helpful in helping us put our wedding vows together. She worked with us to make a special customized ceremony and we included a nice memorial for my mom. Carol was so fantastic. She not only helped us with vows and understanding the ceremony formats but she gave us advice on things for after the wedding (how to start changing your legal name). She walked us through everything and if we had any questions she was always quick to respond. We absolutely loved working with Carol!

She was amazing! She was exceptional with giving advice and suggesting amazing ideas. She was open to all types of changes, both planned and last minuet. She couldn't have been more amazing!!!
