Veronica was awesome! We reached out to her a few weeks before our wedding (very last minute!) because other plans fell through. She worked very quickly and didn’t skip any steps and you would never be able to tell we booked her on short notice. She is also just super sweet! We would highly recommend her if she is available for your day!

Veronica was amazing to work with! She was so detailed with her script and had several selections for readings for us to choose from based off the style of wedding we were wanting. She was also so kind and friendly and helped make sure the ceremony part of our day went smoothly.

We absolutely loved having Veronica as our officiant! She was kind, friendly, funny and positive-- a big part of taking something that can be very stressful and making it fun. We also really loved that she gave us lots of options to choose from for our vows and readings. Looking through that together and discussing what we wanted to say to each other on our wedding day was maybe the most meaningful part of the whole process, and we could never have done it alone. Veronica was so wonderful to work with! She is so bubbly, attentive, and just full of optimism. I remember we were in limbo for a few minutes before the ceremony if it was going to rain or clear up. Veronica had it all under control and had our guests wait inside a building for 10 minutes to wait out the rain sprinkle. I'm so thankful for her help, and everything went so smoothly largely because of her help! I also appreciate how many different wedding packages she offers to help fit everyone's budget. I can't recommend her enough!

Veronica was so great to work with! She was flexible when we had to change plans due to covid and even graciously offered to help with my backyard wedding (which was not the event we hired her for). Veronica was the best officiant!! She listened to the style of ceremony we want and catered the ceremony script to match! She was so accomodating during these uncertain times, and actually officiated for us twice! Once during our small COVID friendly ceremony, and again when we were fortunate enough to have our larger celebration. I cannot rave enough about Veronica!! She is absolutely incredible, hands down! We found Veronica through The Knot and just hit it off with our first meeting. She is so welcoming and has such a bubbly personality. She is also incredibly detail oriented and provides SO many ideas/tips when putting together the ceremony script. Me and my former fiance, now my husband are from Chicago and already filed for marriage license application online the same week the the stay at home order was implemented back in March. When it seemed like the stay at home order will not end anytime soon, we decided to go to Indiana which is one of the first states to open. After 10 sites and countless marriage officiants found online, I chanced upom Veronica Maximo's website. I immediately called the number and Veroica was very accomodating and gave us all the information we need. Next day we drove to Indiana expecting a drive-thru wedding until she suggested a magical and amazing venue which is Coxhall Garden. She's very polished and well versed when she officiated our wedding and my husband and I are moved and got emotional because she was very warm and sincere. Not to mention she took amazing photos while on it! The photos are exeptional and clearly was taken by a pro! My husband and I could not have wished for any other wedding officiant to celebrate our marriage. Veronica is a blessing to all couples who wanted to get married. We will never forget our special day because of Veronica.

Veronica was very polite and professional. On time on the dot. Personal professional, the whole thing felt as if she has been planning our wedding for months even tho we gave short notice. Veronica was simply amazing!! I’m so glad she was able to officiate us on our big day!! It definitely flew by!! And I can’t believe it’s already been 3 1/2 weeks since we’ve been married!! I highly suggest using Veronica as your officiant! Everything was so clear and stated for the ceremony, and we even added a few last minute adjustments. Even then she was still so accommodating!!

From our very first interaction with Veronica, we knew that she was perfect to officiate our ceremony. She is kind, genuine, and has the most beautiful way with her words. Although we booked late, our officiant Veronica did a great job learning our story. She tailored a nice and sweet ceremony for us. We got a lot of compliments from our guests. She has a vibrant personality, she is easy to talk to. We were very happy.

I called Veronica a couple of weeks before my wedding in a panic, as the officiant I had was not able to make it. Veronica was extremely helpful helping me tie up loose ends and gave us some wonderful ideas that we added to our ceremony and reception. The scripts that she sent for our edit and review were perfect-everyone thought that she'd known us for years! She was such a calming presence when she arrived at our venue. I would recommend Veronica a million times over!

Short story: Veronica is AMAZING. Long Story: I found Veronica on theknot, and liked the vibes her website gave off, so I reached out to her and asked if it would be possible to meet in person. I wanted to make sure that the vibe she gave off on her website matched her in person, and if so, I wanted to walk through the different packages to make sure I was getting what I had in mind. Not only did Veronica agree to meet in person, she rented a room at a local coffee shop and we met up there. Veronica greeted us with a hug, and then we chatted for a long time - we went through all of the package options, script information, talked through what kind of ceremony we wanted (traditional, modern, etc.) and gave us ideas to make sure that our ceremony would be exactly what we pictured. After we went through all of the "technical" details, she asked if we were on a time restraint, or if we had time to keep chatting. We told her we were free for awhile, so she asked us to talk about our lives - how we met, how he proposed, etc.! Veronica never made us feel like she was just doing her job, she made us feel like she wanted to be a part of everything with us - she didn't care about us taking up her time on a Saturday afternoon, she didn't make us feel rushed away so she could chat with another client; she was such a generous person. On the day of the wedding, Veronica showed up on time and looking wonderful, and came up to each area to run through our vows individually. While she was with me, she gave me a pep talk and asked if I needed anything - this woman was 100% ready to go get me a beverage if I needed one! She sounded amazing during the ceremony, she sounded like she really KNEW us - so much so, that many, many guests asked how long we had all been friends -- t hey were confused as to why we hadn't mentioned that we had one of our friends officiating our wedding! If you're looking for a personalized ceremony delivered by someone that sounds sincere instead of scripted, then look no further than Veronica!

My wife and I enjoyed and loved our ceremony. We laughed and we cried and most of all Veronica made sure we created a memory. Veronica was so very sweet, sort of like a friend that you already knew from the past. She did not at any time make us feel uncomfortable or as if we were strangers to her. You can truthfully tell that she loves doing what she does and watching love grow. She is so sweet & makes it a huge plus that she is bilingual. Altogether I am so happy that I found her. We worked with really exceptional vendors for our New Year's Eve wedding, and Veronica was no exception. She was warm but professional from the moment we started working with her over a year ago. She provides you scripts for the ceremony if you need help, but also allows you to add in anything you want. We did a little of both and she helped us make it flow better. Veronica was great! Very quick to answer questions, reasonable prices, great attitude and bilingual! If you need help figuring things out she is very knowledgeable but if you want to make changes to your script you can do that too. We had a bilingual wedding and it was really nice; short and sweet how we wanted it. When we met her before the ceremony she was very sweet, professional and excited! I loved her and 100% recommended her services! She was recommended to me by some friends whom she married as well.
