We are so glad we went with Officiant Maria Dorsey, she was outstanding from the 1st phone call. She is very well spoken, articulate, kind and her professionalism shines through. Maria inquired how we envisioned the ceremony and was in great communication with us up to that special day. We wanted to write our own vows which she was very flexible about and let us pick and choose what we wanted to say, giving us links and examples to help guide us. It was so nice to be able to hear something that was customized by us. She has such a calming way about her that helps you relax thru the process. She arrived early on our day to let everyone know ahead of time what to do and what their cues were. Even though we wrote our vows in those moments in front of everyone we stumbled a few times forgetting our own words and she so smoothly picked up that we needed the line read back to us to repeat once again. Nobody even picked up on us forgetting our words because she was so in tuned with us and made it all feel so natural to repeat the lines after her. We got so many compliments on our ceremony and my parents were very pleased that it was so smooth and beautiful. We really felt lucky to have her on this important day and I didn't even mention how lucky we were that she accommodated us on a Holiday! Everything turned out amazing and it was a day to remember. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone with an upcoming wedding big or small. Thank you again for everything Maria, we really appreciate it.
