Wedding Paper Divas

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a sample order for wedding invitations back on June 16th. On June 27th only 10 out of the 16 samples had arrived. I called customer service asking about the missing samples, and their agent named Tyler had told me that since they were a part of the premium collection they take a little longer and would arrive by June 29th, July 1st AT THE LATEST. Today is July 14th, almost an ENTIRE MONTH after my order was placed, and after 6 additional times contacting customer service they are STILL not here. Over this two week period, the customer service agent (Katie B) had stopped responding to emails after the only answer she kept giving me was they would be here "soon". I had been told lie after lie: they take longer to print, they moved facilities two weeks after my order was placed so that effected my order, they will arrive "soon", they were having a supervisor find my order and having them sent as soon as possible. Then no response or update. Finally I called Monday, and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes while the girl reached out to Katie, I was told that they had located my order and were sending it out Tuesday, July 12th for overnight delivery and were refunding my $6. But I was told that they would not credit me the current 30% off promo that I would be missing out on due to their error. I was told the only way to get the discount would be to place a "minimum sample order of a product I MAY or MAY NOT choose to lock in the promo, ask them to put it in pending, and then contact customer service (again) to put it back in the queue once I made a decision, and that the amount paid for this would be credited toward my final order". Yesterday, I got home expecting my samples. Guess what? NOTHING! Again, I called customer service to find out they were never shipped. I was told I would get a call back once he talked to a supervisor. That call never came. I am getting married this October and did not think I would be going through this with a company that has been so highly recommended. For all the other soon-to-be brides out there, all I can say is DO NOT use Wedding Paper Divas. It will only cause you unnecessary stress because you at dealing with a deceitful, unethical, manipulative, and unorganized company. At this point I am just hoping to get my money back for the "pending" order I was conned into placing.

I ordered my save-the-dates from them and they were great! I got magnets and some enclosure cards (to inform people of our wedding website). The quality was great and they really do check your order and suggest edits. There are many coupons out there for this site when you sign up for emails or request a sample package. You can get a deal! The site was easy to work with as far as personalization goes. I loved what they did for me!

I got both my Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations through Wedding Paper Divas. Everything looked super great- even better than I thought it would. They were helpful in changing colors, fonts, and sizes of wording. Plus it was super affordable with the many coupons that they send out. We got so many compliments on our Save the Dates and Invites and I would definitely choose them again.

Wedding Paper Divas did a great job with our invites, and while they were more expensive than other sites, the invites were very high quality and came very quickly in the mail.
