Awful, awful, awful company!!
Let me start by saying our photographer and videographer were WONDERFUL!! This review has nothing to do with them and everything to do with this comp...

Everything started out great but as soon as Liam received payment everything went downhill. On their website they brag about couples getting photos back within 3 weeks of their wedding. 3 weeks came and went and there was absolute radio silence from Liam and his “team” after multiple calls and emails I finally received a call back from Liam who was completely un-phased by my frustration and sent the photos over that same day, however when I logged onto drop box I could see the videos had been sitting there for 5 days just waiting to be sent!! Unfortunately it gets worse from here. I started looking through the 500 photos of our perfect day and I notice there’s photos with my (the bride’s) eyes closed!? Bridesmaids eyes closed!? And photos where you could not see the face of anyone in them! Again I reached out to voice my frustrations… and guess what! These also went unanswered! Finally, I got a, quite nasty, call back from Liam where he once again disregarded every thing I said and tried to turn my frustrations around on the photographer, when it all stemmed from his terrible editing! This encounter resulted in him releasing over 5,000 raw photos of our day to me. (I then had to work to convert all of these to jpg images, but at this point this is the least of my worries.)Guess what!? There were plenty of photos with everyone’s eyes open and faces showing!
I just can’t believe how let down I am by this company. At the beginning I thought I was supporting a heart felt photographer who cared about his business, it was quite the opposite. Oh and last thing, don’t bother upgrading to the package that included a photo book… it’s a book from Shutterfly you can easily make yourself! What a terrible experience.

Liam responded to us right away when we first reached out and even created custom package options to fit exactly what we were looking for. As our plans evolved, we ended up extending our contract—and Liam made that process simple and stress-free.
A couple of months before the wedding, we had a planning call with our photographer, Alex, who was incredibly helpful in offering photo location ideas and answering all of our questions. On the day of the wedding, Alex was absolutely amazing. She clearly has a ton of experience—she handled our large guest count with ease and made sure everyone was where they needed to be for portraits. She also had a great eye for finding the most beautiful backdrops and capturing all the special moments.
We received our gallery just three weeks after the wedding, which was impressively fast, and we are absolutely in love with how the photos turned out. Alex was so kind and made sure we got all the shots that were important to us.

he raw footage and audio from the day is something I know I will cherish for years to come. Within a month, we received our edited video, all of our photos, and the raw footage. The pictures came out gorgeous, and it was so easy to communicate with Alexandra. She executed my vision perfectly. Before the wedding we chatted on zoom, and I sent some pictures to her to explain the vibe I was going for. She took complete control on the day of, so I didn’t have to try and remember anything besides enjoying myself and looking good! My favorite part was during the wait for food, we started to get overwhelmed by our guests asking for pictures and sharing sentiments. Alexandra and Eric came to our rescue to get extra pictures and video footage at our beautiful venue, which was a much welcomed break :).
The video recap of our wedding was awesome! It perfectly captured our vision, highlighting our loved ones and sharing the party that ensued!
