Madi is the absolute best to work with and would recommend her to everyone/anyone! So helpful, great communication, organized, not afraid to do the dirty work and get the job for. Continued to make sure the bride and groom were always taken care of! Love her!!

If you are looking for a sign to hire a wedding planner, this is your sign to hire Planning by Madi Pazik! Madi and her team exceeded my expectations. It took a great deal of pressure off of my shoulders and the day was beyond flawless. Madi has a way of organizing, visualizing, and making sense of a venue's space. Madi knew the venue and venue coordinator well, which was a total plus! People in the wedding industry are sometimes tricky to get ahold of or do not respond to emails in a timely manner but Madi was very quick at replying to emails. If anything, budget for a wedding planner. Your mom, aunts, grandmas, and bridesmaids do not want to be stressed on your special day either! Trust me!

5 stars is simply not enough. Where do I even start? I hired Madi to help me plan our wedding 2 years prior to the actual wedding date, and for our wedding weekend I had no nerves whatsoever because Madi had dealt with literally everything. I went into this trusting that, as a professional, Madi knew best with all things weddings, and its TRUE. Madi had our wedding planned (as much as she could) MONTHS in advance and made everything such a breeze. This gal knows the ins and outs of everything and anyone who hires her is so lucky to have her on your team! Top characteristics of Madi's planning style that make working with her so easy: she's organized, meticulous, professional, kind, & will make you feel like you are the only wedding she's planning (even though she is at a wedding literally every week). I cannot say enough things about Madi. By the end of wedding weekend, every time someone had a question, they knew not to even ask me first, they'd just go straight to Madi! You'd seriously be doing yourself a favor hiring her.

You will not worry about one thing when Madi is your coordinator. She seriously SAVED our wedding day from our poor and inexperienced venue managers. We did not notice one thing that went wrong because of her. She took care of everything behind the scenes and dealt with some difficult people throughout our night. No one would have known this though because she handled it with such professionalism. Madi was very calm and collected throughout the day, we were never worried once. We are scared to know how our wedding night would have gone if Madi was not there. We received soo many compliments from our wedding party, family, and even guests on how great she was. Not only is she amazing at her job, she is one of the nicest and funniest humans. We cannot say enough good things about her.

Madi is worth more than every dollar that you’ll spend on her services and excelled in running our wedding smoothly. She is so organized that it felt like I had full time planning instead of just her day of services! She’s created simple, yet beautiful forms/ sheets to organize your day with questions that are just as much for your benefit as hers. Her communication is quick and professional – I even got comments from some of my other vendors about how organized and experienced she is! Madi is also incredibly thoughtful and made sure that we got to enjoy the day of our wedding to the fullest – even made sure we got drinks from our coffee bar! She was quick to adapt to any small changes and made sure that we and our family and friends had nothing to worry about except having a good time!

We booked Madi as our Day of Coordinator and she was so great to work with! She periodically checked in during the wedding planning process and sent out so many helpful spreadsheets and lots of information first time wedding planners really need. I really appreciated all of her help before the big day. Then, wedding day finally arrived and I literally couldn't have imagined the day without her! Just her presence eased so much of my stress and anxiety. Trust me, you need Madi for your wedding (:

If you are hesitant about hiring a day of coordinator like I was at first, I can tell you right now you will absolutely not regret it and it is worth every penny!!! Choosing Madi (and awesome her team) to be our day of coordinator was the absolute best decision we made! She was so amazing to work with, extremely helpful throughout the planning process, amazing at her job and just the sweetest person! Being able to truly relax the morning of my wedding knowing she was taking care of every little detail was invaluable. Walking into our venue and seeing my vision come to life was a wonderful feeling. Our wedding was the perfect day and we are so thankful for her, 15/10 recommend!!

I am not even sure where to begin to thank Madi and her team with assisting me on my beautiful day! She was always there when I needed her call, text or email. She knew my vision and dream and she helped me create it! There is so much stress and pressure to have the perfect day, and she is the perfect person to help you do so. I was able to put my trust in her and know that she would make it happen and I wouldn’t have to have a worry. I ultimately hired Madi to help me figure out all that I needed leading up to the day and not forget anything. I was also needing help with the design and combining everything I wanted but keeping it within budget. Her and I worked hand in hand for 6-8 months and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! If you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator, Madi and her team are the way to go. I will be tagging them in everything as photos are provided so everyone can see what they are capable of!

Madi (and her assistant) was absolutely IMPERATIVE to running our wedding day. She technically served as a day-of-coordinator, but she met with me multiple times before the wedding and was always available to answer my questions. On wedding day, she was professional, kind, and efficient. She executed the wedding exactly how I envisioned it and allowed me to relax and prepare myself for the day while she ran the show from behind the scenes. Beyond her role leading up to the start of the ceremony, she checked in on the groom, me, our families, and the other vendors regularly throughout the ceremony and reception in order to ensure the events went smoothly and we were happy. She serves as a strong leader and was able to direct our large bridal party throughout the day with patience and ease. Every single one of my bridesmaids and my immediate family commented about how she exceeded our expectations and was simply the best. Several of my bridesmaids have weddings in their future, and they were only praying that Madi might be available for their day as well. Also, many guests commented that the wedding was the most smooth and perfect wedding that they'd attended, and that is largely due to Madi's success as a coordinator. I was a total type A bride, and although I really thought I could do it all myself, I am thrilled that I listened to advice and hired Madi to serve as our coordinator. I truly feel that our wedding day would have been so different and challenging had Madi not been there. 11/10....she's the BEST!!!

I can't begin to express how happy my husband, family and I are with Madi's services. We hired Madi as a day-of-coordinator, and are SO glad we did. Madi stayed in touch with us over our engagement, and leading up to the wedding she was responsive and had the best advice for all of my odd end questions. She came to our rehearsal and spent HOURS on our wedding the day of to make sure every detail was perfect. She made the whole wedding experience seamless and we truly couldn't have done it without her. If I could do it all over again, I'd for sure choose Madi again.

I can not recommend Madi and her team enough! From the beginning planning process, to the days leading up to the wedding, to the day of--Madi and her team were simply amazing! Madi was always available to answer a simple question via email, to sit down and review things or to respond to a panic text the night before the wedding. Madi was there every step of the way to help you through the jumble of wedding planning. I specifically remember speaking to her about my struggle with our florist and she devised a plan to help save us money and handle the flower placement herself day of and it could have not been more perfect. If you are looking for full planning support or just of day of coordinator look no further--Madi and her team are the BEST!

Madi is AMAZING. Not only is she so kind but she is professional, organized, prepared, and thorough. She made the entire planning process, rehearsal, and wedding day seamless. She handled everything so well and always checked in with my husband and me throughout the wedding day to make sure it was going the way we envisioned. If we were ever stressed, she reassured us that she could take care of things so we could focus on enjoying our day. I can't imagine our wedding without her. She's amazing at what she does and we cannot recommend her enough!!!

Working with Madi was a highlight of our (very stressful) wedding planning journey. When our venue fell through on our originally booked date, Madi immediately jumped into action and did everything she could to make the transitions as seamless as possible. Madi is professional, efficient, trustworthy, and highly skilled at her craft. She’s also the kindest human being you’ll ever meet. I cannot recommend her services more highly.

We had our ceremony at our house & reception at another location. We needed a lot of misc. help, logistics and support and Madi & her team were INCREDIBLE! I’ve worked the wedding industry for 10 years and she by far is the best coordinator I’ve ever met! She took so much off my plate and my other vendors even complimented me on Madi. You can’t go wrong by selecting Madi!

We hired Madi as a day-of coordinator for our wedding day and let me tell you she is UNREAL. At first I thought about having a master/mistress of ceremony or just having family members help out with details but please DO NOT do this. Madi was so knowledgable and we had many calls where I hadn't even thought about certain aspects/details she was bringing up. We had a few things happen out of our control on our wedding day but Madi and her assistants literally helped me keep my shit together and EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Seriously do not hesitate to hire Madi, she knows what she's doing and you will not worry one second with her in charge. She helped me be able to enjoy every moment of my wedding.

Madi and her assistants did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding! She was there the day of for set up and tear down and I couldn't have done it with out her! Prior to the wedding, she was always available for recommendations and her expertise in the field was exemplary! She is professional, flexible and can adapt to any situation. Madi is truly the best coordinator we could have asked for. We met with her over a year before our wedding date and she was consistently available to answer any questions or concerns along the way. She was super supportive to us both throughout the planning process and on the weekend of the wedding. She was like our cheerleader on the day-of! Always had a smile on her face and was just full of positivity. She is so organized and thoughtful that we knew we could trust her to execute our vision perfectly, which allowed our families and us to relax and enjoy the day leading up to the wedding. We are so glad Madi was such an integral part of our day and can't thank her enough!

I cannot say enough how glad we were to have Madi as our Day of Coordinator! Madi was so helpful leading up to the wedding making sure all the details were finalized - and helping me identify details I hadn't thought of. I was able to feel totally relaxed on my wedding day knowing that Madi would handle anything that came up, decorating the venue, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, distributing tips to the vendors and loading up cards & gifts. She was truly such a joy to work with!

Madi is FANTASTIC! I hired Madi for day of coordination and she exceeded all my expectations. I'm very type A and like to have control over everything, but Madi executed my vision perfectly and pulled everything together better than I ever could have.

If we could give Madi more stars we would! She is so sweet and went above and beyond to make our day special. We had decorations but not much of a plan. Madi and her assistant Ashley did a fantastic job! More than we could have dreamed of. As far as coordinating, my goodness look no farther! We had no clue what to do and Madi helped make everything seamless!
