Our wedding day went perfectly and was stress-free all thanks to Madi and her team!

here is so much that goes on the day of that the bride/groom/family shouldn’t have to do. Madi helped us finalize our timeline, made sure we had everything needed from vendors, and made sure the day went smoothly. She ran our rehearsal so everyone knew what to do. She took care of setting up all my decor I had. Everything looked great! She made sure everything was running on time so I didn’t have to worry about a thing that day. I would definitely recommend Madi as a day of coordinator to others.

rom the beginning, I had someone that would field questions, keep me organized, and check in to make sure things were getting done. She gave me an incredible planning timeline, emailed me at big milestones to check in, and was willing to answer my every question. Madi helped my rehearsal to run smoothly, and my wedding day to go even smoother. She kept everyone on schedule, was there to help with anything I needed all day, and was able to set up all of my decor without a hitch. Everything for my wedding was absolutely perfect, and I have Madi and her team to thank for that.

ure off of my shoulders and the day was beyond flawless. Madi has a way of organizing, visualizing, and making sense of a venue's space. Madi knew the venue and venue coordinator well, which was a total plus! People in the wedding industry are sometimes tricky to get ahold of or do not respond to emails in a timely manner but Madi was very quick at replying to emails. If anything, budget for a wedding planner. Your mom, aunts, grandmas, and bridesmaids do not want to be stressed on your special day either! Trust me!

whatsoever because Madi had dealt with literally everything. I went into this trusting that, as a professional, Madi knew best with all things weddings, and its TRUE. Madi had our wedding planned (as much as she could) MONTHS in advance and made everything such a breeze. This gal knows the ins and outs of everything and anyone who hires her is so lucky to have her on your team! Top characteristics of Madi's planning style that make working with her so easy: she's organized, meticulous, professional, kind, & will make you feel like you are the only wedding she's planning (even though she is at a wedding literally every week). I cannot say enough things about Madi. By the end of wedding weekend, every time someone had a question, they knew not to even ask me first, they'd just go straight to Madi! You'd seriously be doing yourself a favor hiring her.

at went wrong because of her. She took care of everything behind the scenes and dealt with some difficult people throughout our night. No one would have known this though because she handled it with such professionalism. Madi was very calm and collected throughout the day, we were never worried once. We are scared to know how our wedding night would have gone if Madi was not there. We received soo many compliments from our wedding party, family, and even guests on how great she was. Not only is she amazing at her job, she is one of the nicest and funniest humans. We cannot say enough good things about her.

Her communication is quick and professional – I even got comments from some of my other vendors about how organized and experienced she is! Madi is also incredibly thoughtful and made sure that we got to enjoy the day of our wedding to the fullest – even made sure we got drinks from our coffee bar! She was quick to adapt to any small changes and made sure that we and our family and friends had nothing to worry about except having a good time!

nd dream and she helped me create it! There is so much stress and pressure to have the perfect day, and she is the perfect person to help you do so. I was able to put my trust in her and know that she would make it happen and I wouldn’t have to have a worry. I ultimately hired Madi to help me figure out all that I needed leading up to the day and not forget anything. I was also needing help with the design and combining everything I wanted but keeping it within budget. Her and I worked hand in hand for 6-8 months and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! If you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator, Madi and her team are the way to go. I will be tagging them in everything as photos are provided so everyone can see what they are capable of!

She executed the wedding exactly how I envisioned it and allowed me to relax and prepare myself for the day while she ran the show from behind the scenes. Beyond her role leading up to the start of the ceremony, she checked in on the groom, me, our families, and the other vendors regularly throughout the ceremony and reception in order to ensure the events went smoothly and we were happy. She serves as a strong leader and was able to direct our large bridal party throughout the day with patience and ease. Every single one of my bridesmaids and my immediate family commented about how she exceeded our expectations and was simply the best. Several of my bridesmaids have weddings in their future, and they were only praying that Madi might be available for their day as well. Also, many guests commented that the wedding was the most smooth and perfect wedding that they'd attended, and that is largely due to Madi's success as a coordinator. I was a total type A bride, and although I really thought I could do it all myself, I am thrilled that I listened to advice and hired Madi to serve as our coordinator. I truly feel that our wedding day would have been so different and challenging had Madi not been there. 11/10....she's the BEST!!!

i was always available to answer a simple question via email, to sit down and review things or to respond to a panic text the night before the wedding. Madi was there every step of the way to help you through the jumble of wedding planning. I specifically remember speaking to her about my struggle with our florist and she devised a plan to help save us money and handle the flower placement herself day of and it could have not been more perfect. If you are looking for full planning support or just of day of coordinator look no further--Madi and her team are the BEST!

If we were ever stressed, she reassured us that she could take care of things so we could focus on enjoying our day. I can't imagine our wedding without her. bers help out with details but please DO NOT do this. Madi was so knowledgable and we had many calls where I hadn't even thought about certain aspects/details she was bringing up. We had a few things happen out of our control on our wedding day but Madi and her assistants literally helped me keep my shit together and EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Seriously do not hesitate to hire Madi, she knows what she's doing and you will not worry one second with her in charge. She helped me be able to enjoy every moment of my wedding.
