Wedding Ring Originals

About 26 years ago my husband went shopping for a wedding ring for me & found Mel at Wedding Ring Originals. They put their heads together & came up with a design. I LOVED it & we got the same, different metal, for my husband. (I'm glad I didn't need to look at the huge set of samples; I'd still be trying to make up my mind!) The years changed our finger sizes... Resize? New rings? But there was no question from who. HAVE to see Mel! My husband's ring was resized & mine was remade- same basic design but taken a step higher! Superb designs, personalization & expert fabrication. The best for certain! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

He wasn't just trying to sell us rings but truly wanted to help us find our perfect rings. It was a little like he read our minds when he came up with a Victorian style we both fell in love with. I cannot possibly say enough good things about my experience here. I live in Los Angeles, but was planning on proposing to my girlfriend the next time we went to New York. She suprised me on a Saturday with a trip to NYC that Wednesday to see my family (for Thanksgiving and my Birthday). We got in Thrusday at 7 a.m. (Thanksgiving). I told my family that I needed to get a ring immediately. So my Sister and mother take my girlfriend to get their nails done and my Brother takes me to see MEL with the words, "If anybody can make this happen - it's this guy." He couldn't have been more right. By the time I arrived, Mel had a large number of loose diamonds, all within my price range. Not only did he offer my a thousand options all within my price range, but he laid a mountain of diamond buying knowledge on me. It was like taking a diamond buying class. Seriously. In the end, not only did he get me EXACTLY what I wanted, but he had it all done IN TWO HOURS!!!! From the loose diamond and the raw, unpolished, setting all the way to my fiancee screaming her head off on West 69th street, it felt like a matter of moments. Mel even ran out of the door and down the street to the guy who makes the settings to grab a few different selections for me to sort through... then when I asked about upping my budget he said, "No - what for? This is the ring." The man didn't even upsell me. I'll say again: I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience here.
