Wedding Rings Depot

I order my husband's ring about 5 months before our wedding. My husband tried it on, it fit. Then about three weeks before the wedding it didn't fit his finger. We were panicking. It was much after overstock aloud returns and we only had a short time before our wedding. So we reached out to Wedding Rings Depot to let them know and Emanuel went out of his way to help us get the ring we wanted in the time we needed it. We are so grateful that he let us get the ring my husband wanted, the size he needed, and the time we needed it. On top of it all, it's such a nice comfortable band. I cannot brag enough about this place.

Let me preface by saying that I am the fiancé that never received the ring. I have shared this review in as many places as I could do buyers can beware; perhaps the product might be great, the customer service is terrible and the shipping procedures even worse. My shared review: It is difficult to comment on the quality of their rings because I never received mine. WRD shipped my ring to the wrong address and instead of taking responsibility they chose to blame the error on PayPal. PayPal of course states that it is not their problem. So I am left without the ring. Getting married in 10 days without having received the engagement ring. It took wrd to ten days to ship the ring and then they shipped it wrong. Their claim being that paypal a different address than the shipping request address. They should have called and asked about the different addresses. If they felt it was a fraudulent purchase because of the address differences they should have cancelled the order or asked for another form of payment. My fiancé called them to inquire why the shipping was taking so long; why didn't they discuss the address discrepancy then? This whole event has caused a great deal of stress and heartache. The person that received and signed for the ring is claiming the package was not hers and she put it on her porch. The package she is inferring was must have been stolen off the porch. The worse part is that of course the ring would have been shipped insured. All WRD had to do was file a claim, apologize to my fiancé for the error and send a new ring. After many communications with both Daniel and Emmanuel, nothing has been done. I am saddened and heartbroken by the whole situation.

I am so happy we used this jeweler to make our wedding bands!! They have the biggest selection of wedding bands I have ever seen. They have every kind of band imaginable and more! They customized my hubbie's and my wedding bands and they did the engraving for FREE!! They also have a beautiful showroom and made us feel very welcomed and got us very excited for our big day. They have impeccable service and above all the best workmanship

Our overall experience with the Wedding Ring Depot was very satisfying, the customer service was great, the price of the rings was right and the rings are beautiful!!! We did the layaway plan with them and the Paypal transactions were easy. I would most definitely recommend this company.
