er 2020 wedding through Steven. Steven was quick to respond and was so friendly! I even changed my mind on the color of chairs and he had no problem changing our order for us. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our order because we cancelled our reception this year. Steven was so understanding and refunded our deposit which is very rare in vendors even through this pandemic. When we figure out what we are doing in regards to a reception next year, we will be rebooking Steven for our chairs because I was so impressed with his customer service and would love to work with him!

for $4 when every other vendor is quoting $8+. I asked my mother in law to go meet with him and check the legitimacy. She was impressed by his professionalism and warehouse full of gold chiavari chairs and reassured me we had nothing to worry about. Throughout the process Steve responded very quickly to all my emails, phone calls, and was very easy to work with . I would recommend Steve to anyone and everyone.

his prices are way better than other companies (trust me, I looked for hours!!!) Not only are his prices competitive but the chairs are good quality, in great condition. I rented from another company for my bridal shower and they came dirty so I was worried about my wedding but every chair was clean and perfect. Steve always got in contact with me right away when I needed anything. The chairs were delivered, set up and taken away for me which was such a relief because I had so many other things to worry about. I wish all my vendors were as easy to work with as Steve. Really made my wedding look so much more chic with those chairs. BOOK STEVE NOW!

Stop looking. Yes. You've seriously just found the best chair vendor in Ohio. The price is real, the product is quality, the effort is basically nonexistent (on your part) because ...
Steve's company and team are the prime example of customer service, quality and execution. My husband and I had an outdoor, tented wedding in early October and we had to bring EVERYTHING to our venue, including seating. When our big day approached: 200 chairs were delivered promptly, set up to our exact specifications, and hauled away afterward with efficiency. The moment you call, you'll have a genuine conversation, your needs will be heard and you will have a sense of calm knowing that your guests will have beautiful seating and your vision will begin coming to life. Just stop looking, call, book, and check 'wedding chairs' off your list because Steve's got you covered!!
So thankful for this vendor!

of the chairs either. I also booked him for my wedding next June but my fiancé and I decided that mahogany chairs would go better with our theme. Sadly Steve does not have mahogany chairs at this time, but he was so understanding and even let me have my deposit back, which he did not have to do under the contract I agreed to. I would recommend Steve to anyone getting married!

d Steve online and met with him to see the chairs about 10 months before my wedding. He is very personable and was planning his own wedding too! He put all my worries at ease. We stayed in contact over the months and he delivered a great service for my wedding on August 5th. The chairs were great and looked exactly how I envisioned. Steve and his team put the chairs up and took them down all in the same day. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

emely responsive and flexible as our numbers changed quite a bit from when we first contracted him for our chairs and when our event date neared. Chairs looked fantastic and Steve provided a few extras just in case. DEFINITELY pay for the set up/tear down -- once I saw what 150 chairs looked like, there's no way I would have wanted to do that on my own! The two individuals were so professional and much faster than I could have been and the prices beat ANYTHING else on the market. SO pleased we went with Steve !

Steve was engaged to be married when I first started working with him so he understood all of the stresses that come along with planning a wedding. He even went the extra mile to recommend other vendors that I may have needed. I definitely would recommend working with Steve. I prefer to support small businesses and Steve will given you the time and attention you deserve during this stressful time and the awesome price can't be beat!!!

airs wouldn't be that noticeable and not to bother spending the money to rent. Chair rentals are normally so expensive, but Steve was totally affordable for my dream chairs. At the wedding, all of those same people had told me that renting Steve's chairs was the best decision. They changed the entire atmosphere and elegance of my venue. I am so so happy that Steve was able to make this happen and help in making my wedding day beautiful. He was great to work with and always responded quickly. He also impressed me with how efficient he was in contacting my venue to discuss pick-up and set-up times. Being a newlywed himself, he is very understanding and truly cares about his clients! It was a great experience working with Steve and I would recommend to him to everyone! In fact, I'll be sitting in his chairs again at my best friends wedding next year!
Steve was wonderful to work with! I didn't have to worry about anything the day of and the chairs looked absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

He did everything in his power to take off any stress we had, and accommodated all our needs. Did I mention the chairs were absolutely beautiful and perfect! They were comfortable and brand new, the guests loved them. Steven and his team worked extra hard to have chairs set up right on time and even picked them up at the wee hours of the night to accommodate the venues needs. All around it was our pleasure to have such an amazing vendor as part of our big day, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!!
