Quality of tote bag is pretty great. Customized towels are pretty. my bachelorette girls are going to love them. However, I needed to exchange the color of some pom poms and it would be cheaper to just reorder them than to exchange them. Not happy about that. Wish returns/exchangers was easier and not so pricy, specially after hundreds of dollars on all the products in my order.

Perfect gift for my friend who is getting married in June! This purse is cute has an elegant touch to a bridal shower outfit or a lunch date with her husband to be. My I-phone 11 fits inside, the purse is spacious so, I can fit a credit card wallet, lipstick, emergency kit and a few small essentials. I would definitely purchase from this company again, the customer service is absolutely amazing! I had an issue with my package being delivered to the wrong address. A representative addressed the issue right away and shipped my order ASAP. Thank you so much!

I ordered this adorable personalized bag for my sister for her upcoming wedding, and she absolutely loved it! The bag arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered!

Horrible customer service I literally placed an order a month before my wedding and they sent me an email which I didn’t see since I have been planning a full wedding with a newborn at home. They emailed me to say they needed to verify my shipping address so they wouldn’t start the order. I don’t understand why because I put the correct address in. Now they cancelled my order and told me to place the order again and pay for expedited shipping. I place an order with all my correct information and now I’m without my items for one of the most important days of my life. And to make it worst the owner was so nonchalant and didn’t care at all. Then she goes to tell me that they didn’t know my wedding date so they didn’t know to reach out again. The date was literally on the jacket. Horrible horrible service!!!

Wedding Favorites was so helpful with my bridesmaids gifts! I ordered bath bombs and accidentally ordered 8 made of honor and 8 bridesmaids. They caught my mistake and reached out immediately to clarify if it was an accident or not! Then they refunded me immediately for the 7 extra I ordered. Amazing customer service and great products!! Loved the flower girl items. I bought the jelly bags and flower girl shirts as a thank you gift. They arrived quickly and presented as pictured, with exception of a minor detail; it looks as if the custom name is the same material as the bag online, but ended up just being a sticker that likely will not sustain wear and tear, especially if used at the beach!

Ordered the cutest modern champagne glasses with each of their names on them. Shipped and received quickly yet one was broken. I called customer service and she was fantastic. Sent one out rush delivery. I am using for any wedding need that I may have because they are a quality company with amazing service.

I received my gift favors in about a week after ordering them, it was such a pleasant surprise. I had to ask a couple of questions about the font and their chat feature was so quick, the whole experience was great! I would highly recommend!

The monogramming was good and the cups were great but the handles on the bags were badly creased. It just sort of took away from the overall look. Otherwise it was fine.

I have ordered from weddingfavorites, a couple of times for gifts for brides. This time I was purchasing gifts for those in my bridal party. Not only did I not receive these (due to Carrier issues), I reached out to weddingfavorites to see what it was that I could do. The only option given was to submit a claim to UPS, which could take 14 business days to resolve. My wedding is in 5 days. Weddingfavorites made a point to say they were not responsible, and IF I received my items I could return if needed. So I was out $180.00, with no gifts for my bridal party for my wedding this week. Luckily, I reached out to an alternate vendor. Let them know my predicament, they overnighted me everything I needed. No questions asked, and guaranteed their delivery with insurance. I will never use weddingfavorites again. Someone who takes "pride" in the customer experience, would have replaced the items, or at least insured the items. Why should the customer pay/be out of items, for the carrier a company chose to use? Not good business practice at all.

Did not personalize order even though I paid for it. Sent me a box of blank product 16 days after I ordered. Emailed customer service 2 days ago and they have not responded. Buyer beware
