Tara you are AMAZING!!! I thought I could plan and coordinate my own wedding, but as we got closer, I realized I was way over my head. Tara was recommended to us and she exceeded every expectation! From the moment she stepped in, she handled every detail with professionalism and creativity. Her ability to coordinate vendors, manage the schedule, and keep everything running smoothly, truly made our dream wedding come true. From the first phone call, she took all the stress off of our shoulders. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how seamless everything was. We couldn’t have done it without her, we’re beyond grateful for her expertise, dedication and attention to detail. We highly recommend Tara, a thousand times over!!!

We had a wedding planning consultation with Tara and she was incredible. Her confidence and efficiency showed her years of experience organizing large events. She is just absolutely lovely to talk to, but also has the goal-orientation you want from someone who will be organizing and coordinating with lots of vendors. We highly recommend her!

Tara went above and beyond with our wedding! Everything that we wanted to happen from putting the menus together and arranging the tables to coordinating with each vendor for seamless setup and deliveries to the break down and cleanup. We had a ceremony, champagne toast and group photo, cocktail hour, and reception. Tara handled everything. Some examples of what she put together are pictured (audio guestbook, couple word search, customized menus, and table scape). She did so much more from the morning to the evening and it is was all perfect. Tara was available, engaged, professional, and mastered the entire day perfectly. There even was a problem with getting in contact with our florist to move the ceremony pieces to the reception space and Tara handled the change within the tight allotted time. I don’t know how she did it all but she made it LITERALLY OUR FAVORITE DAY EVER! Thank you so much Tara!

We chose Tara to be the Day of Coordinator for our wedding reception from The Knot and I can't express how happy we are that we did! As an inexperienced bride, I started out a bit nervous because I needed help with planning our ideal wedding reception along with working within the constraints of a modest budget. However, my worries quickly disappeared after a long phone call with Tara back in December of 2023 (our wedding was scheduled for February 16, 2024). Not only was she super friendly and professional, but she took the time to ask important questions, listen to my ideas, go over budget details and really discuss the specific vision that my husband and I had for our wedding reception. I left that conversation feeling very confident and excited that we had found the right gal for the job! Soon after, Tara sent over a beautiful visual aid of the concept that she had come up with based on our preferences (color scheme, aesthetic, decor, etc) and made all of the changes we requested based on our feedback. She included me in every step of her planning via text and sent photos every few days which made the whole process incredibly painless. I was consulted before items were purchased and given very helpful advice where needed. Leading up to the wedding, Tara and I were communicating daily and she provided an idea of exactly how everything was going to look via a very thorough schedule/floor plan. Going into the reception we had an idea of what to expect, but we were totally stunned with the final product - I think the pictures speak for themselves. Tara arranged every detail so beautifully and absolutely blew away our expectations! The event ran very smoothly and Tara was active the entire time making sure that everything was happening on schedule. We received so many compliments from the guests and vendors about how beautiful and fun the night turned out; it was absolutely perfect! I want to share some ways that Tara went above and beyond for us during this process. She met up with me and my family members multiple times to pick up decor prior to the event, stored all of the decor at her home, ordered decor, transported all of the decor to the reception site, set everything up, granted last minute changes, worked closely with us on the tight budget and was even generous enough to add some of her own FREE decor to the event. From start to finish Tara was kind, organized, helpful, professional and fun to work with. Not only is she a very talented and creative wedding coordinator, but she is a woman who really puts her heart into the work she does.
