ttle bit to do with it. One day before the rehearsal dinner that she was providing flowers for we receive a TEXT that all of our flowers had been back ordered. Long story short, we have no idea where our flowers came from but it wasn't what we hoped for. There were specific flowers we asked for that were used in almost every arrangement. The ceremony was a little better but everything we planned was not half the size we had envisioned or discussed. The flowers were late for the rehearsal decorating and almost late for pictures the day of the wedding. Not sure if it was the weather that through everything for a loop, but we expected to get what we paid for. And we did not.

I am very sorry that this young lady was unhappy. I ordered the flowers requested one month prior to the wedding. Because of the (a holiday) date of the wedding, flowers were late to arrive at my very reputable wholesaler. I spoke by PHONE to h...
er mother-in-law three times beginning four days before the wedding due to rehearsal dinner. She wanted them delivered at 12 for a 6 pm rehearsal dinner. We delivered at 3 due to delivery by the wholesale delivery. We delivered all wedding equipment to church on the day before the wedding. The bride wanted all flowers the day before but I don't install fresh flowers until the day of the wedding. I used the flowers that were asked for. I had the church and reception finished by 1 for a 5 pm wedding so I don't know how I was late on delivery. I really hate that she was disappointed. I thought she was happy because her mother told me how pretty she thought everything was. I am guilty of texting information but I thought that since I was being text to that was how she wanted to correspond. I have been in this business for over 40 years and I have made mistakes. I take this all personally. I try very hard to make everyone happy.
Weddings by Karen was by far the best florist I could have ever dreamed of. She made my big day the fairy tale that I always wanted. Everything was so beautiful and she was amazing to work with.
She did the flowers for my wedding. She was able to help me pick what I wanted and when delivered they were beautiful. Very reasonably priced too.
