We had gotten so many compliments from our guests about how Scott performed our ceremony and thought we had known Scott for years with how he was able to speak to both my husband and I’s story! Not only was Scott an amazing officiant he also checked in on us before the ceremony and stayed with us through pictures for anything we needed including grabbing us drinks to toast with! Thank you again Scott for being a huge contributor to our special day!

Since we were a destination couple, he was super accommodating to our schedule and consistent when we would meet. He gave a lot of great advice and really helped us think about things we didn’t even consider. Not only was he so thoughtful of us and our guests, but even of our friends! We had a friend who was about to get married the week after us and he was so nervous since their officiant was new, and Scott did not hesitate in helping ease his nerves and gave a very helpful rundown of what to expect. You care for and love your person so much that you’d want to take time and give each other a safe space to explore all subjects of life. And Scott helps you with that, he has a variety of subjects that he’ll help you discuss with your partner and add a perspective that you might not have even considered. All of us have unique minds and how we think of things, so it’s no wonder that someone else, even the one closest to you will think about things a little differently than you, and that’s ok. Even when it gets you confused or frustrated at times, Scott has great tools that will help you communicate better and even understand each other at a deeper level. He takes the time to get to know you and your partners love story, how you met, what your relationship is like and what you want your future to be. There are some subjects that come up that are important to think about and consider before you get married. As an officiant Scott was wonderful, and like I mentioned before, he gets to know you. Whether you do counselling with him or not, he wants to speak with you and know your love story and this plays an intricate part of how he’ll officiate your wedding. He is very charismatic and will holds your guest’s attention, he’s mindful of photographers and also your personal touch to the ceremony. After our ceremony, my husband and I were approached by several guests that told us how great Scott was and that he did an amazing job! It made us feel so good that for the most important part of the day our guest enjoyed themselves.

From the initial contact of me leaving him a voicemail, he texted me as soon as he could to let me know he was about to step into a wedding but wanted to talk to us more, instead of just ignoring us until later. He spoke about our wants and needs and who we were, and once booked with him, he also made time to do a relationship "check in" with us and just see how we are doing, etc. and offered a lot of really good tips and perspective on ourselves and the relationship we hadn't realized before. He made sure we were happy with the plan for the wedding, the verbiage, etc. He was very thorough. They ceremony went great and while we were worried it would see like we had too much going on, it was natural. And I'm glad it didn't just speed by. He helped us while we were getting our pictures taken and got us or held whatever we needed then. He even filed our certificate for us, which was very helpful! 10/10 recommend! The day wouldn't have been the same without him!

Something which was just magnified as it got closer to our day with our multiple emails, phone calls and our final Zoom chat. He was able to capture the pieces of us we wanted and also allowed room for us to add our final touches to make it all authentically us. Even the day of, when each of us met Scott in person, he was there like a cheerleader/coach/bestie on the sidelines reminding us to breathe and a to take a minute to remember each moment and take it all in. He was even like my Man Of Honor, fixing my dress and handing my bouquet off! We couldn't be happier with our choice in selecting someone to bring us together on our special day. A week before the wedding we dropped off our wedding certificate to Scott, he met us at Iceburg Cold plunge in St Pete to sauna and cold plunge with us! Before the wedding he asked us questions I did not even think about that we needed to consider before wedding day. He sent us the whole script ahead of time for us to review and let us pick out the Bible verses we wanted to incorporate. He stated our story about Alex ( my now husband ) so well! He made it funny and sentimental at the same time. Truly amazing how he incorporated crowd emotion into the ceremony. I would 100 percent recommend Scott to be your wedding officiant! Do a couple of counseling sessions and you wont regret it!!!

raditional ceremony. Also we lived in CT and we’re getting married in FL so trusting someone that we wouldn’t meet until the day of, was very scary. - We came across Rev. Scott on wedding wire and was blown away by how many styles of wedding ceremonies he has done and offers. We set up a zoom meeting to discuss what we were looking for and to simply get to know each other. After that meeting, we knew we were in great hands. From there he sent us a page of questions for us to fill out individually to help tell our story from both of our point of views. He was super organized and answered our emails/texts in such a timely manner. - Then the big day came and since we were having a more relaxed wedding, (jeans, a vest and cowboy boots for the men), Rev Scott was nervous about what to wear haha. But let me tell you, he won “outfit of the day” from everyone and was just an all around joy to have at the wedding. He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He was even bringing max and I beverages and passed hors d’oeuvres while we were doing picture. He was just the perfect fit for our wedding and we could not have picked a better person to tell our story and share our big day with. Thank you so so much Rev. He works with all of your other vendors as well, helpful hints for the photographer, cues to the dj, just very organized which put my mind as ease. Everyone kept commenting on how unique the ceremony was and how great of a speaker Reverand Scott is. You don’t need to look any further, book him for your wedding and you’re going to be so happy that you did!!!
