Sierra and team worked very hard to make our wedding as perfect as possible. We were scheduled for an outdoor wedding in the botanical garden, unfortunately, the weather had different ideas. Sierra was amazing and quick to help me move the event indoors, providing us time to review the venue to plan out seating. The team was great day of the room was set exactly as we discussed, extra chairs were provided when we requested them, and the event turned out great. A golf cart was provided so we could take advantage of a break in the weather to get some photos around the property. We were also provided a very nice room for the night before and night of the wedding, and a block room discount for our out of town guests. Highly recommend this as a venue for a wedding or event as the staff is very nice to work with!

We had such a great experience. Our wedding was perfect in every way. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was. The food was 5 star. Our wedding coordinator Sierra Dank was incredible. This was a designation wedding for us an many of our family. Sierra helped us with our vendor coordination and down to the tiniest detail to make this wedding remarkable and unforgettable. We were treated like royalty in the bridal suite. The hotel helped me coordinate food and champagne in the suite for my Bridal Squad while we got ready. It was first rate charcuterie boards to the melon ball salads. This hotel is a little gem in a sleepy little town nestled near Lake Shasta and Mount Lassen. The pictures for the wedding will be amazing because of the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the staff at Turtle Bay. The staff, especially our event coordonator, were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the planning process, making sure every detail was just right. It was an amazing experience. The venue was stunning. The catering was top-notch. It made for a fun and delicious experience for our guests. The venue we chose was the museum and our guests were amazed. They considered it a unique experience due to the atmosphere including the bar next to a beaver aquarium and a majestic tree. It made our guest and us feel like we were in a fairytale.

Although a bit pricey there is no better deal in town! Our wedding was a true all inclusive experience from the tables, chairs, dance floor, cutlery and food. We worked primarily with Sierra Dank. She was Amazing!!! She meet with us several times prior to our wedding to ensure we aligned on everything. Great venue, and great people to work with.

I had the best experience with Sheraton Hotel Redding! Every staff member was nice and helpful, especially Krista! The room was set up great even down to how the napkins were folded! I loved the location and the view from my suite was beautiful. Food was delicious. I would 100 recommend this for your event🖤

They handled every detail beautifully. They brought in additional staff to make sure that everything went off. They wanted to know our opinion on any change. Food, atmosphere, weather all were fantastic.
