I’ve had the pleasure of attending multiple weddings at this venue, and each one has been absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite things about it is the perfect combination of rustic charm and simple elegance. It feels authentic and welcoming without being overly done, and the natural beauty of the property really speaks for itself.
Even after attending several weddings here, I’m always impressed by how different and personal each celebration feels. The rustic details give the venue so much character, while the simple, elegant touches make every wedding feel special and timeless. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t need a lot of extra decorating to be beautiful.
From a guest’s perspective, the atmosphere is relaxed, warm, and inviting, while still feeling like you’re somewhere truly special. There’s something about the setting that makes you want to slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and take it all in. I can honestly say it’s a venue I’m always happy to return to. If you’re looking for a place with genuine rustic charm, understated elegance, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is a beautiful place to celebrate such an important day.
Our wedding was on 6/6/26, Kristin was absolutely wonderful and was always just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns we had. We appreciated all the staff that volunteered their time to make our day go smoothly aswell! I can’t say enough about how amazing our wedding day was, we will forever be grateful for everyone who helped make it so memorable!

Nestled in the countryside, Woodside offers more than a beautiful place to get married—it offers the time and space to truly enjoy the experience. We intentionally book only one wedding per weekend, giving our couples the freedom to slow down, settle in, and make the property their own without feeling rushed or sharing the weekend with another event.
With select packages, couples can begin decorating and setting up as early as Tuesday before their wedding, giving you several days to bring your vision to life. Instead of spending your wedding week scrambling to get everything done, you can arrive early, enjoy time with family and friends, and focus on celebrating. Prefer to keep things simple? We also offer one-day wedding options for couples who want a beautiful, seamless celebration without the extended weekend.
Our spacious reception venue, The Barn, accommodates up to 150 guests and features rustic wood tables, while multiple outdoor ceremony locations offer beautiful settings and breathtaking countryside views.
On the property, The Mission House provides accommodations for 25+ guests, including a king suite, three queen bedrooms, two bunk rooms, a commercial kitchen, dining space, and thoughtfully designed restrooms with multiple private washrooms and showers.
For the couple, Woodside offers a beautiful bridal suite complete with a mimosa bar, along with a newly refurbished private bridal cottage, tucked away from The Mission House for a peaceful retreat at the end of the night.
We offer three wedding packages that can be customized to fit your vision and budget, and a dedicated Venue Coordinator is on-site to help make your day seamless.

Hi, I’m Kristin! With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, I’ve always loved creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where people can relax, celebrate, and make lasting memories. For me, hospitality has always been about making people feel at home and creating an experience they’ll remember.
My faith is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a ministry that allows us to use Woodside to bless others throughout our community and beyond.
I’m a wife and proud mom of two amazing kids, and serving others is something that’s important to our whole family. When you celebrate at Woodside, you’ll also have a team of caring volunteers behind you who love this place and believe in what it stands for. From the little details to the unexpected moments, we’re here to help make your wedding day feel relaxed, joyful, and truly special.
