Nestled in the countryside, Woodside offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort for your special day. Our spacious reception venue 'The barn' accommodates up to 150 guests and features rustic wood tables that set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. With multiple outdoor ceremony sites, couples can exchange vows surrounded by breathtaking views before moving indoors for dinner and dancing.
On the property, you’ll also find The Mission House, a stunning retreat that can sleep 25+ guests—ideal for hosting family, friends, or your bridal party. The home includes a luxurious king suite with a private restroom, three queen bedrooms, two bunk rooms, and plenty of space to gather. Guests will enjoy the dining room with a commercial kitchen, plus thoughtfully designed restrooms: the ladies’ restroom includes two private washrooms and four shower stalls, while the men’s offers two private washrooms and two shower stalls.
For the couple, we offer not only a beautiful bridal suite with a mimosa bar, but also a newly refurbished private bridal cottage, tucked away from The Mission House to give the newlyweds their own peaceful retreat at the end of the night.
Woodside offers three different wedding packages, each of which can be tailored to fit within your budget and vision. To ensure your day runs seamlessly, a dedicated Venue Coordinator is on-site to support you every step of the way.
At Woodside, every detail is designed to give you and your guests an unforgettable wedding experience, blending rustic elegance with comfort and convenience.
We know how important every detail is on your wedding day. That’s why, with certain packages, our venue offers early access for setup and decorating, beginning as early as Tuesday before your event. It’s a special feature that allows you to take your time and truly make the space your own—a benefit that sets us apart from other venues

My faith is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m grateful to be part of a ministry that uses weddings to bless others throughout our community and beyond.
I’m married and the proud mom of two amazing kids who share our family’s passion for serving others. On your wedding day, you’ll be surrounded by a caring team of volunteers who share our love for Woodside and what it stands for — ready to help wherever needed so your day is filled with warmth, peace, and joy.
