We had an incredible experience at Weddings at Woodside for our daughter Laura’s wedding. As the father of the bride, I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting or a better experience for such an important day.
The venue is absolutely beautiful, with stunning outdoor spaces and equally impressive indoor areas. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the entire property provided a perfect backdrop for Laura and her husband’s wedding.
Kristin, the coordinator, was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, organized, attentive, and always seemed to be one step ahead of everything. Her professionalism and attention to detail helped make the day run smoothly and allowed our family to relax and truly enjoy the celebration.
The lodging was also a huge plus. Having accommodations right at the venue made everything so convenient for the bridal
party and parents.
Weddings at Woodside gave our daughter and our family a beautiful and memorable wedding day that we will cherish for years to come. We are extremely grateful to Kristin and the entire team. I’ve had the pleasure of attending multiple weddings at this venue, and each one has been absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite things about it is the perfect combination of rustic charm and simple elegance. It feels authentic and welcoming without being overly done, and the natural beauty of the property really speaks for itself.
Even after attending several weddings here, I’m always impressed by how different and personal each celebration feels. The rustic details give the venue so much character, while the simple, elegant touches make every wedding feel special and timeless. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t need a lot of extra decorating to be beautiful.
From a guest’s perspective, the atmosphere is relaxed, warm, and inviting, while still feeling like you’re somewhere truly special. There’s something about the setting that makes you want to slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and take it all in. I can honestly say it’s a venue I’m always happy to return to. Nestled in the countryside, Woodside offers more than a beautiful place to get married—it offers the time and space to truly enjoy the experience.
We intentionally host only one wedding per week, giving our couples the freedom to slow down, settle in, and make the property their own without feeling rushed or sharing the weekend with another event.
Our wedding package is designed for your wedding day, but your experience begins much earlier. With access to the property starting Wednesday before your wedding, you have several days to decorate, set up, rehearse, gather with family and friends, and bring your vision to life. Instead of scrambling on your wedding morning, you can arrive early and enjoy the process.
Our pricing is simple and transparent, with the same price whether you choose a Friday or Saturday wedding—no Saturday premium.
Are you envisioning a wedding that feels elegant, elevated, and beautifully timeless? Woodside gives you the flexibility to create the sophisticated atmosphere you’ve always imagined, surrounded by the beauty of the countryside. Our Barn accommodates up to 150 guests and offers a stunning, versatile setting with warm wood tables and picturesque views. Multiple outdoor ceremony locations provide breathtaking backdrops for your ceremony, creating a celebration that feels both polished and personal.
You’re welcome to bring your own caterer, RAMP-certified and insured bartender, photographer, and florist. We also provide a recommended vendor list of trusted professionals familiar with Woodside to help you build the right team for your vision and budget.
Your DJ is included in your wedding package and will be at your rehearsal to walk through the ceremony, sound, music, and cues—helping ensure everything flows seamlessly on your wedding day.
Want to make your experience even more personal? Add overnight accommodations in our large Mission House, where your bridal party and closest family can stay together on the property. With accommodations for 25+ guests, a commercial kitchen, dining space, private washrooms, and multiple showers, it’s a wonderful way to extend the celebration and enjoy time together.
For the couple, Woodside also offers a beautiful bridal suite with a mimosa bar and a newly refurbished private bridal cottage—a peaceful place to relax and get ready.
Our Venue Coordinator is there for you every step of the way, from the beginning of your planning journey through the final moments of your wedding day. We’ll help you choose vendors based on your vision and budget, work through timelines and logistics, be there for your rehearsal, and remain with you throughout your wedding day—including being there as you walk down the aisle.
And there’s one more thing that makes Woodside special: your wedding has a greater purpose. A portion of our proceeds support mission work locally and in Togo, Africa.

Hi, I’m Kristin! With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, I’ve always loved creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where people can relax, celebrate, and make lasting memories. For me, hospitality has always been about making people feel at home and creating an experience they’ll remember.
My faith is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a ministry that allows us to use Woodside to bless others throughout our community and beyond.
I’m a wife and proud mom of two amazing kids, and serving others is something that’s important to our whole family. When you celebrate at Woodside, you’ll also have a team of caring volunteers behind you who love this place and believe in what it stands for. From the little details to the unexpected moments, we’re here to help make your wedding day feel relaxed, joyful, and truly special.
