nstantly all year before the wedding- almost weekly, helped me find bartenders and other staff since I was doing it completely on my own. She functioned as a decorator, caterer, advice-giver, and fire-putter-outter. We only met the day before the wedding-- she came the day of bright and early and she 100% made my vision a reality. She came for my rehearsal and there was still so much to be done and she just told me to stop and she would handle the rest of it--- and she did it so well (there was A LOT to be done too!!!) I had the most perfect day and could not have done it without her. I was honestly worried before I met her- she didn't have all the social media outlets that some other planners did- and we had never met face to face (I live out of the state)- and she was more affordable than anyone else I talked too--- but she was there for me 1000% and was worth EVERY PENNY. She even stayed late to help clean up because I didn't have anyone to do that. She is THE BEST!!!!!!

She was readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had and we never waited more than a day to respond (especially important for the nervous bride!). Alyssa coordinated, and was present at all of the vendor meetings, and assisted us in reviewing all the vendor contracts and making sure everything was in order. Alyssa was also on hand from the rehearsal and all day of the wedding, with a timeline that ensured that everything ran smoothly. She was extremely attentive, made sure our wedding party was well taken care of and kept them and guests on time and happy. This allowed the bride and groom to relax (as much as one could on their wedding day!) and enjoy without worry.
