Her passion for weddings, eye for detail, and love for serving couples are at the heart of everything she does. Known for her calm demeanor, strong leadership, and ability to handle the unexpected with grace, Clara ensures every wedding day runs smoothly from start to finish. She believes couples should be fully present on their wedding day—not worrying about timelines, vendors, or logistics. Whether she's designing timelines, coordinating vendors, or fluffing a dress before walking down the aisle, Clara's goal is always the same: to create a beautiful, organized, and stress-free experience so couples can focus on what matters most—celebrating their love

With more than 20 years of experience in the event industry, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and a calm presence to every wedding. Before joining Weddings by Clara, she helped plan and execute large-scale corporate events, developing an expertise in logistics, timelines, and creating exceptional guest experiences. As Co-Owner and Operations Director of Weddings by Clara, Mary oversees the behind-the-scenes details that keep every event running smoothly. Known for her eye for design and beautifully styled tablescapes, she takes pride in transforming wedding visions into reality with precision and care. Mary’s favorite part of the job is seeing the joy on couples' faces when all the planning comes together. As part of this family-run business, she loves working alongside her daughter Clara and husband Chris, helping create meaningful, stress-free celebrations that couples will remember for a lifetime.

Chris is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that helps keep Weddings by Clara running smoothly. As our Logistics Manager and Co-Owner, he ensures every rental, décor item, and event setup is organized, transported, and executed with precision. While couples may not always see him on wedding day, Chris plays a vital role in making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be. His dedication, reliability, and attention to detail allow our team to focus on what matters most—creating a seamless, stress-free experience for every couple. Whether he's loading trucks, managing inventory, or solving last-minute logistical challenges, Chris is committed to helping bring each wedding vision to life. His hard work behind the scenes is a key part of what makes Weddings by Clara successful.

Ella's passion for weddings and event coordination shines through in everything she does. With experience in wedding coordination, a bridal boutique, and a local florist shop, she brings a unique perspective and wealth of industry knowledge to every event. She has a calming presence that instantly puts couples at ease while also being their biggest cheerleader throughout the planning process and wedding day. From managing décor setup to assisting with day-of logistics, Ella helps ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. Clara was an absolute dream to work with! We couldn’t have done it without her and her wonderful team. Honestly, I have no idea how other brides manage without someone like her. I'...

ve heard so many stories from wives who never even had time to eat their food on their wedding day. Me? I enjoyed every bite… to dessert! From the moment I met Clara, I knew she was the perfect choice. We had an unconventional wedding, and she didn’t even bat an eyelash when I filled her in on the details. Not only did she bring our ideas to life, but when things went sideways, she was quick on her feet with solutions. Our wedding wasn’t just a day; it was a full weekend event in the mountains of Banks, ID, at the gorgeous Lazy R Ranch, from Friday, July 25th to Sunday, July 27th, 2025. With so many moving parts, I can’t imagine how we would have pulled it off without her. She handled everything: coordinating vendors, directing guests (including those setting up tents and RVs), setting up the outdoor amphitheater for our ceremony complete with wrapping trees in tealights under the hot sun leading rehearsal, decorating and setting up the barn on Saturday while a few of us went horseback riding, and even taking everything down on Sunday while we slept in and packed our things. The list truly goes on for what this incredible young woman and her team did for us. Because of Clara, we were able to be fully present for one of the most magical and important days of our lives. Through it all, she wore the biggest smile, and her passion and talent for wedding planning are truly exceptional. Hiring her will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make!
