I cannot recommend the Weddings by Crystal mobile bridal beauty team enough! From start to finish, their professionalism truly stood out. They created a smooth, stress-free timelin...
e that made the entire morning feel calm and organized—exactly what every bride hopes for.
While I wanted my bridesmaids around while getting ready, Dawn noticed during our bridal preview that I can become easily overstimulated. She thoughtfully arranged for me to do my hair and makeup separately so I wouldn't be overwhelmed by questions or external stress.
Their expertise in both hair and makeup is worth every penny. They listened carefully to my vision and brought it to life flawlessly; I felt confident, beautiful, and completely myself.
They played a huge part in making our Disney Fairytale wedding feel magical. What meant the most to me was having the owner by my side right up until I walked down the aisle. She even stayed for touch-ups before photos, which went above and beyond my expectations.
If you are looking for a talented, reliable, and genuinely caring bridal beauty team, this is the one. I am so grateful for everything they did to make my day perfect!
From the moment I had my consultation with the owner Dawn, I knew that I was in safe hands and found the right hair and makeup team. I was a destination bride and when I finally go...
t to meet Dawn and Melissa for the bridal preview, they were just so patient. listened to all my concerns ( I have problematic skin) and really were able to create the vision that I had for my bridal look. My hair and make up looked flawless. On the wedding day itself, the entire team made the day stress free and fun for our very large wedding party, everyone's hair and makeup looked gorgeous and even though we were on a tight schedule we were ready ahead of time. Dawn came to my rescue when my bridesmaids couldn't get my buttons on my corset fastened on my dress, she had a crochet hook that made it so easy. I cannot thank the entire team for going above and beyond for me and my bridal party. 10/10
BUYER BEWARE - I want to preface this review by saying as a bride, I only had my make up done by Melissa and the rest of my family and bridesmaids had their hair done by Dawn and h...
er assistant. Melissa did an EXCELLENT job on my make up and truly listened to my vision so if I could give her specifically a 5 star review I would. My issues with Dawn seem to be reciprocated in previous low star reviews so I would just warn other brides before booking this vendor as the previous 5 star reviews are with the previous owner - Crystal, not Dawn who is currently running the business.
The biggest issue I had was that Dawn (or anyone on her team) did not meet expectations that were set out in our contract. I had been guaranteed through a legally binding contract that I would have touch-up services halfway through my wedding day. I was transitioning from a traditional Indian wedding to an American wedding including a complete outfit change which would require some touch ups on my hair and make up. Dawn or anyone from her team never showed up and failed to appropriately contact my wedding planner to inform us that she was "stuck in traffic." I was then left scrambling and stressed on a day that was supposed to be the complete opposite. A week after the wedding I decided to reach out to her because she didn't even text or email an apology. I requested a refund which she then told me "it was a free add on" to my services since I was spending so much already on the initial hair and make up services and that she wouldn't refund me. So this told me that because I didn't specifically get charged for the touch up, it didn't matter for her to show up. We ended up coming to an agreement for a $100 refund for the nonrefundable initial deposit but I was still furious with her and the company she runs.
On top of ALL of this, I found out she didn't look at any of the inspiration pictures I sent her for my bridesmaids and most of them were unhappy with the results of their hair. AND she managed to somehow burn my aunt's gray hair causing the gray hairs to turn a red/brown color in areas that she used the curling iron. She didn't even apologize for that when I brought it up, stating it was just a reaction with the product or hair spray she put in her hair. You would think if you're a "professional" you would know how to avoid something like that from happening??
It's taken me over 6 months to write this review because just thinking about Dawn and everything that happened brings back all the anger and frustration from the day and the weeks afterwards. I honestly regret ever booking this company as a vendor and wish I went with someone else.

had no family or friends with me so I was very nervous about the whole getting ready process. Crystal was very reassuring over email during the booking and was equally as lovely when arriving at my hotel room. She made me feel at ease straight away! She started with my makeup, achieving a very natural bridal look. Then she moved onto my hair, creating exactly what I wanted. She even helped me fit my veil. Everything was done in a very timely manner, and to a high standard. My hair & makeup looked amazing on the wedding photos! Thank you Crystal xx

ut on the wedding day, the team made everyone's hair look just how I wanted. I was worried about getting my makeup done because I've heard from many brides they never liked when their makeup was done. Melissa, hands down best makeup artist. All of the bridesmaids, including the ones that had previously been married had agreed. Many of the brides were trying to book her for their future weddings. Overall, I would recommend this team to future brides!

nd relaxing trial for me a few months before my wedding and she pointed me in the right direction on style. Originally I wanted a long braided do, but Crystal pointed out that I may lose a lot of it to the florida heat and humidity and I'm SO glad I listened to her! So many people told me how beautiful I looked and Crystal went above and beyond to make my mother and mother in law feel like royalty too! Crystal also helped me calm my nerves right before the wedding taking the time to talk to me and make me feel pampered.
I would rate these ladies 11/10 for their professionalism, promptness, and overall great and friendly personalities. Any opportunity I have to work with these ladies again would be a blessing!!
