We supplied a recipe for the lumpia and they made it for us to try and confirm that it was correct. On the day, Gary, the maitre d, was the best!! He made sure that we had everything we needed. He even brought me a chair at one point! The staff provided fantastic service. I could not have asked for a better staff to run my reception. All the guests raved about the food. I was so stuffed during the cocktail hour, I could barely eat the stations for dinner. The dessert table was a big hit, too! We couldn't be happier.

/tour. We had the pleasure of having Erika basically coordinate our whole wedding, from the beginning of our journey TWO years ago, until the end of our wedding night. They provided all the linens, tableware, and flatware, set up of all of our decor, packed up all of our decor and packed our cars at the end of the night, coordinated with all our vendors (literally we just gave them their contact information, and they coordinated everything from there), they ensured that everything ran smoothly, and if there were any hiccups, we had no idea! They made this entire process so smooth and stress free, and did I mention their food was amazing? They offer a complimentary food tasting after you tour with them at one of their venues and when I say go hungry, GO HUNGRY... it's a feast! Their packages are also super affordable. We got so lucky!

Erika, Maryann, and their team were by our side every step of the way in coordinating our vendors, decor, timeline, and all of the wedding day details. Their expertise and organization are unmatched, resulting in the most effortless event. Not only are they super talented, but they are some of the kindest people you will ever work with as well. Erika was flexible, accommodating, and extremely helpful, full of advice gathered from many previous events. In addition to their fabulous coordinators, Due Amici provides the most delicious food! They had so many options to choose from for our hors d’oeuvres and main course, as well as a full dessert bar with our favorite sweets from the restaurant. The option to have a buffet meal allowed guests to have a taste of everything! Because of the help from everyone at Due Amici, our wedding day was everything we could have ever wished for.

From our first tasting (and second) we knew that people would be raving about the food well after our wedding - and that was all true! They offer a wide variety of packages that fit our budget perfectly for the size of our wedding (240 people) without sacrificing quality at all. We had more than enough food available the day of our wedding and everything tasted and looked phenomenal. Not only was the food amazing, but the team at Due Amici is what we really fell in love with. Our coordinator, Erika Stearns, was so meticulous and detail oriented with making sure that our vision came alive for our wedding. During the planning process she was very responsive and easily able to accommodate any of our requests. On the day of, Erika took all of our lists, decor, and somehow made it all come together and look absolutely stunning. We had a few snags the day of the wedding and Erika just completely approached each situation with respect and grace like it was no big deal at all. We highly recommend the team (especially Erika) at Due Amici to make your wedding day the best it can be! If we could do it all again, they would be our first choice again!

They responded to all emails/calls immediately and helped calm this bride's wedding stress! Dan and Nicole and the rest of the team made sure the entire day went smoothly. We are still getting calls and messages saying this was by far the best wedding many of our guests have been to and that the food was to die for. I wanted pickle martinis as our signature drink, and when I couldn’t figure out how to cart gallons of pickle juice to the venue, Dan offered to get the pickles and bring them himself. Everything was just above and beyond, and to top it all off the food is INCREDIBLE. A total dream wedding come to life with their help, and I couldn’t recommend them more excitedly.

They are VERY detailed and you always get updates. They have no issues changing things on the fly . Due Amici's food was on POINT as we did not receive a complaint from anyone at the wedding, they loved it! It really was an easy time setting up with them for our wedding at Valenzano Winery(the best!). We want to give a personal shout out to Erika. Not only is she there during your wedding day managing everything, she is a backup seamstres. My wife had an issue with her dress where the hooks for the bustle were not put on during final alteration. She was getting so upset and frustrated that she was missing cocktail hour and would not be able to dance. Erika was able to fix it for us that night and put in a quick temporary bustle that allowed her to enjoy the rest of the night. Just cannot say enough about them. Everyone still talks about what an amazing time they had. Thank you Due Amici!

st minute and late night emails, fire in the kitchen at the venue on day of, closing and packing cars? Yep yep yep yep yep. Yes I said fire in the kitchen. At the venue. ON THE DAY OF. Dishwasher went up in flames. Erika? Calm as a cucumber, helped direct the fire department. Had the smoke out and the wedding party back into hair and makeup within 30 minutes. Erika's a champion of the wedding game. She helped us each step along the way and helped us plan a fantastic ceremony then ran it down to the minute. She made the day easy. When we needed a few minutes alone? No problem. Add 10 minutes to cocktail hour on the day of? No problem. Climbing a ladder to help take down lighting at the end of the night? No problem. Erika does and does and does. Due Amici? Just as good. If you plan a Chinese/Jewish wedding, Italian is the way to go. ;) Food was absolutely fantastic. Cocktails were great. Appetizers? Bacon wrapped shrimp, meatballs (Yes, meatballs! They were so good, the guests raved about them!), bacon wrap all of the things because it's excellent. Dinner, salads, and entrees were loved by all. So what should you do? Use them for your birthday, your wedding, your funeral if you like to plan way in advance. Any party they throw? Absolutely fantastic and easy as cake. Speaking of cake? Their deserts are also absolutely fantastic. 11/10, 12/10 if the scale is arbitrary and non-linear. You cannot go wrong with Due Amici and Erika.

mes at the venue to do our walk thru and ceremony rehearsal. They were friendly and professional thought the journey. The week leading up to the wedding is where it started to get a little wacky. Because our wedding was over 4th of July weekend, the staff was off between Monday before our wedding and the Friday before our wedding. Some last minute details started to get missed, including our day of ceremony plan which included an outdoor ceremony on a day with scattered showers. Despite us discussing exactly what was to take place and purchasing 100 umbrellas for our guests, practicing the ceremony outside with Due Amici during the rehearsal, we were informed the day of that the venue would not allow us to have chairs for the ceremony outside only 4 HOURS before the ceremony was to take place. (Which means they never communicated our intentions with the venue prior to the day of) When informed them that this was unacceptable, they did go back to the venue and advocate on our behalf. They managed to arrange for some chairs to be available for the ceremony but a large portion of our guests had to stand which was extremely embarrassing and frustrating for us. This really effected my wife’s experience at the wedding, and about a week later it was still bothering her so she arranged a call with the staff. Honestly, if they had just said “I’m Sorry” and acknowledged some missteps I wouldn’t even be writing this review, but instead the call ended leaving my wife even more furious with them. Due Amici’s food is amazing! The staff is nice and accommodating. They market themselves as “wedding coordinator that will make your wedding planning seamless” and they failed to deliver in that regard! The sold my wife “The Dream” and failed to deliver. They weren’t bad, just simply a 4 out of 5 on this particular day.

ith Dan leading up to our wedding day and he kept us on track until the big day. Dan was helped by Nicole on the day of our wedding and she was just as fantastic. She was there early helping set everything up just the way we imagined. She helped my bride out with some dress issues during cocktail hour which was awesome. I felt like everything we asked or needed they were there, no questions asked. It started to drizzle just before our ceremony and our Harpist was trying to pack up but Dan would not allow it. He found a tarp to turn into a tent to save our ceremony music. Quick, smart thinking will always get good reviews. I had so many people tell us how good our food was. Food is one the most important parts of the wedding and they nailed it. Thanks again Dan and the Due Amici team!

How many people can say that?? Dan and Erika essentially become your wedding planners and take 90% of your stressors away -- what more could you possibly ask?? They are so on the ball, one night at 10:30pm I emailed Erika 15 questions, numbered.. random questions/thoughts I had been having and she responded with every number, a detailed answer response for each question at 10:55pm that same night--- who does that?! I am beyond grateful for the time and effort Dan and Erika put into their jobs because they made our day about us and we didn't have to worry about on thing! As an added bonus-- they will setup/take down any decor AND they pack up your cars at the end of the night so YOU don't have to! Also the food-- our guests RAVED about the food! So delicious!! This was the first and only caterers we checked out. As soon as I met Erika, we instantly clicked and I knew she would be the one to help bring my wedding dream to life. I am an extremely high-strung, OCD, control freak and I had 100 percent faith in Erika and the entire staff and Due Amici and they came through tremendously. When I first started planning my wedding, I was so overwhelmed by the amount of tiny details- placement of decoration, color choices, food allergies, etc.. , and she took control and brought me back down to earth. Any time a minor hiccup occurred in my planning process, (even if it wasn't related to the caterers) Erika was there to help me. It became a joke actually that my family would say “go ask Erika” any time I needed advice or assistance! She even drove an hour away to my sister's home for the rehearsal since my husband and I were unable to get off work to be at the venue in time. They have a plan for EVERYTHING. They handle everything from food, tenting, linens, cutlery, tables & chairs, any wacky idea you want to include on your day, as well as day-of-coordination, and anxiety relief techniques (lol). I never felt they were just in this for the money. On the contrary, they do whatever they can to stay in budget but still give you want you want. The food. My husband and I are avid foodies. This was the most important this to us when planning our wedding. Due Amici's food is PHENOMENAL. From the apps, to the carving stations, to the desserts. We were not disappointed in a single thing. We decided we will be taking the hour hike up to their restaurant every year for our anniversary for dinner, that's how good it is. Put your faith in this company. Put your faith in this team. My wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without them. You will not be disappointed!!

Meeting Dan and the team - It was here we were introduced to Dan; caterer, coordinator, planner, detail oriented and thorough - an expert in his industry that we had a lot of fun planning our wedding with. We immediately got along and appreciated how enthusiastic he is. Tasting 1 - We sampled from each course with many menu items, must try the seafood cartucci and “crack pasta”. Tasting 2 - Menu choosing was extensive so come hungry, we had 3 family members join us who each raved about the selections. We even had leftovers! Final Meeting 3 - Dan went through every step of the night with us and explained everything clearly. We were confident that our wedding would be nothing short of amazing. We loved the food so much that we had our pre-anniversary (LOL) dinner at the restaurant too. Also we stayed for lunch after our final meeting! We just couldn’t wait for our reception food in the coming weeks. A few shout outs we’d like to share is that Dan and the team assure you that even if things go wrong during your wedding night that you’d never know. We had a flawless wedding in no small part to Due Amici’s service. When we had concerns about our venue not helping decorate for our outside ceremony, Dan jumped in and said “guys don’t worry about it, I got it”. That is what you can expect from this vendor. They catalogued and organized with all of our vendors from cake to DJ to photographers, etc. All email and phone concerns were responded to right away. On the night of our wedding, we found Dan, clearing plates himself, working around the room with a smile, and constantly checking on us. As he said to us, it is his show from the ceremony on. At one point, when we were being pulled in 10 directions by our guests, my (groom’s) kid brother couldn’t get a drink from the bar and Dan stopped everything to help him right away before we had to move on to our first dance. Another call out we’d like to make is to Nicole, at our reception, gathered a buffet for us at our sweetheart table during dinner. She also kept us covered with drinks and all. She asked me (bride) if the food was the right temperature for us and if not would get us all new food right away. She did an excellent job. As for our guests experience, we’ve heard tons about food galore, cocktail hour with servers all over the room and generous stations. Dinner with seafood, pasta, fajita, carving, and mashed potato filet mignon martini stations and more. After cake cutting we had butlered desserts, cake stations, and an ice cream bar. End of night send off with wrapped cheesesteaks, soft pretzels, and water bottles for our guests as they left our wedding. We couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the food, service, and expertise from Due Amici, and could not recommend anyone else for your wedding, celebration, or any event you plan.
