Planning a traditional Hindu wedding is challenging in itself but planning a fusion wedding (half Christian and half Hindu) is a whole other story. My wedding turned out so beautiful! I am forever grateful for choosing Wedding By Epic for my wedding.

hey were also very patient when I completely changed the direction of the decor I wanted to use. They also did a mock-up in person of what the tablescapes would look like and what vases and votives we could use. It was great to see the vision come to life before the wedding and put my mind at ease that they would nail it on the actual day. On the wedding day, the aisle arrangements, my bouquet, the table arrangements, our arbor, and mantel decor were absolutely breathtaking and worked so well with the venue. We received so many compliments from our guests. I highly recommend them to anyone who is highly detailed and organized and expects their vendors to be as well. They worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted, while staying within budget. For coordination - Courtney and Kelly were FANTASTIC! Courtney kept us organized leading up to the day making sure we paid the vendors on time and thought through all of the details that we were forgetting. Both Courtney and kelly felt like our personal assistants on the night of making sure both my husband and I had everything that we needed before we even needed it. We were both able to 100% relax and enjoy the day knowing we were in good hands with their team :).

stunning. Though I had a general vision for the day, I had a difficult time articulating exactly what I wanted. With very little direction, Jennifer was able to understand my priorities and really deliver. She was patient and professional throughout the planning process, and she was quite mindful of getting us the most “bang for our buck” when making decisions. Jennifer, the lead designer, took great ownership of our project and was a joy to work with. We could feel her passion and how perfectly she wanted our event to turn out. She asked many specific questions about my vision, and was very organized as we changed our plan several times. They made the design process fun and were conscious of our budget. On the day of, I asked one of the florists/team members to make some last minute changes to our bouquets, and she did exactly what I asked before we even started with photos. The team was professional and made sure our set up and breakdown, flips, etc went smoothly. Everyone had a wonderful energy and made our venue look picture perfect the whole day! Would recommend fully!

nailed the aesthetic I wanted and delivered despite rainy weather and challenging venue restrictions. She was also unbelievably fun to work with and super responsive. One of our favorite vendors for sure- without her our wedding would not be what it was. Also, a special shout out to her for bringing a really charming fusion element to our South Asian wedding- I wanted to have a traditional feel with an overall clean, modern romantic look and Epic created a seamless vision for us.

of a pandemic at the height of wedding season, and left us high and dry after we refused to change our wedding date 30 days before the wedding. They left us in an impossible spot. We reached out to several vendors and each was either booked or intimidated by my design and professional expertise. I reached out to Epic on a whim and they rose to the occasion immediately. They were personable, understanding, and kind. They didn't add a last minute tax and more than justified the investment. I began to feel like I was working with acquaintances, friends even. It gave me quite a sense of calm up until the actual event. Then, day of, they were enthusiastic, encouraging, and excited the entire way through. I barely saw them. This meant there weren't many issues. Plus they worked well with my incredible planner, Fresh and Detailed. It was a win-win, through and through. And I'm a tough sell. You won't regret hiring them. e a Pinterest board of flowers, colors, and decor styles we liked. We answered a questionnaire they sent us, and within a week or so they sent us a proposal. Let me tell you - they NAILED the first proposal. They were quick to respond with any requested changes, and they made sure we stayed true to our budget. About a month or two before our wedding, we met with Maddie at their warehouse and she showed us the specific flowers she was thinking, and also took us through their inventory. I don't know the first thing about flowers, so she patiently went through each one and even grabbed them from her warehouse to show me what they'd look like together. I was amazed to see my Pinterest board coming to life (how often does that happen?). We went through every specific detail on our floral and decor proposal and she really listened to everything we had to say. My dad is allergic to eucalyptus so it was important to me to not even have it in the venue, and she made a note on every page to make sure no eucalyptus was added. Our floral and decor at our wedding was perfectly executed and we have gotten so many compliments on them! Maddie and her team really hit it out of the park and our floral and decor beautifully represented our styles. We will be recommending WBE for floral and decor to everyone we know getting engaged!

lly wow'd by the initial consultation - they had a room filled with many different types of beautiful flowers and greenery for my daughter, the bride, to choose her favorites. She was in heaven!

ted properly the day of the wedding. We paid to have their staffers stay to flip certain items from our ceremony to the reception. But they decided to leave my wedding after setting up and I didn’t find out until 15 minutes before I’m about to walk down the aisle! They left the responsibilities on my family and of course it wasn’t flipped properly and my very expensive decor was just sitting on the floor and not on the table like it should have been. Jennifer was very kind and understanding about my dissatisfaction with the events and refunded me for the flip fee. Overall things looked beautiful but for how much I paid it could have been executed better.

g. First things first, the floral and decor looked amazing. Second, Jennifer worked with us to stay in budget. Third, she is hilarious and is a joy to work with. She really makes you feel like she has everything under control and every time we talked to her we felt less stressed. A+ work from A+ people. You are going to be in very good hands when Jennifer is working with you.

I researched many vendors and thought their prices were the most reasonable and they worked with me on my needs, which was great! They sent over a detailed look book that hit the nail on the head as to what I was looking for! We did not know much about florals, but by sharing a few Pinterest posts of inspiration they nailed it! Natalie was super helpful and brought everything to life just how I had wished! We had bouquets, boutonnieres, estate table garland and other small and large arrangements and they were all stunning! I highly recommend planning ahead on how to preserve them after if possible because I was swooning over my bouquet! Weddings by Epic has other wedding planning services too and I highly recommend them as a vendor! Thank you so much!!

They also did a great job incorporating our comments during our planning meeting about making sure our Chinese heritage was also highlighted with an epic balloon arch and had helpful suggestions about how to have two color schemes without clashing. The bouquets were also gorgeous (especially for someone who knows nothing about flowers, Jen and Maddie's input and expertise was particularly helpful). Thank you!

My guest have not stopped talking about how amazing it was! I told Jennifer I wanted to have the Twilight Breaking Dawn wedding and that is EXACTLY what she gave me and for a fair price!! She and her team were also extremely inclusive and that meant so much to me being a LGBT bride! so easy and so much fun! Every weekend we came into town, their team came up with a schedule to tour venues, rehearsal dinner places, or try on wedding dresses, or do cake tastings and catering tastings. I knew nothing about the wedding process or local vendors and am so thrilled with how our wedding turned out! I used their recommendations for cake, catering, DJ, photography, videography, cosmetics, and floral/decor and it was all perfect. Aubrey was our planner and she was incredible. So responsive leading up to the wedding, and on top of everything. I had no stress or concerns throughout the entire wedding weekend because I knew she would handle any unknowns and all the little details to make the day smooth and perfect. The bridal party was similarly very impressed with her direction at the rehearsal and on the wedding day, keeping everyone on schedule and at the right place at the right time, while making sure everyone had a great time. She was there for anything I needed, or didn't know I needed on the wedding day, making sure I always had a margarita nearby, an energy drink hidden under the table, the right shoes when I needed to change them, how to cut the cake (never cut a 4 tier before), when to do the toasts and where to sit for them, when and how to transition from cocktail hour to reception to send off, calling our car at the end of the night and having our luggage in the car, we seriously didn't have to think about anything but having fun on our wedding day.

xpectations. As a non-creative person, it was hard for me to visualize what the setup would look like and Weddingsbyepic created a vision board that allowed me to do just that. Their attention to detail was everything and they made my garden themed wedding complete. If I could work with them all over again I wouldn’t think twice!

y the most beautiful bridal bouquet I've ever seen. 2- When we walked into the reception venue before the rest of the guests came in just to get a sneak peek, I actually CRIED. It was like walking into a wedding wonderland... tall, huge arrangements of varying heights and shades of white on every table. A gorgeously adorned head table. Beautiful floral arrangements draping signs I had made (I only asked for 1 sign to have an arrangement but they had TWO done--gorgeous). Greenery at every place setting and greenery on the Mr. and Mrs. chair signs I had made (touches I didn't even ask for...). The florals cascading down my cake.. unreal. It was breathtaking. Guests commented to me all night on how elegant and stunning their décor was. Actually, guests STILL comment on it to me to this day! What I find the most impressive about Weddings by Epic is that they really listen to your vision as a bride. After my initial call when I hadn't even signed them yet, they sent me a quote that had mock-up sample photos next to each item I had described wanting. This was so helpful bc it demonstrated to me that they really understood the aesthetic I was going for. Now that I follow them on Instagram, I see how creative they are and how they arise to every occasion and every aesthetic. Mine was 'classic white wedding' but their work covers the color spectrum/vibe and mood spectrum and it's all done so tastefully. It just looks EPIC. Jen and Lindsay are great communicators, great florists/designers, and I want them to know how much I appreciate what they did. If I hadn't already signed a planner, I would have felt totally confident they would do an excellent job at planning as well.

dn't expect were all the little touches - flowers placed in little niches on the bar, the groom's boutonniere having extra texture & flare, magnolia leaves picked fresh that morning and added to the bouquets, and more. Our wedding guests are still talking about the beautiful flower arrangements! We could not be happier with the look & ambience they created.
