he first two minutes that I had found my perfect wedding planner soulmate in Jen Lott. Immediately, she understood my vision. She asked and answered questions that even for this quintessential Type A, didn't even cross my mind to consider. A straight-shooter, in-it-to-win it, aiming to please type of professional to get the job done was what I prayed for and what was delivered in full, and then some! Jen and her team are the type of planners who provide the highest level of professionalism, offer experienced recommendations and are quick to answer questions, keeping you informed in every step of the process. They were quick to negotiate the deals I didn't even know existed, and even helped keep the peace among family!! We had a lot of stressful and crazy situations happen on our end, which included postponing our wedding. A planner's worst nightmare, I'm sure, but this wrench didn't throw WBE in the slightest; they were there alongside us, so supportive in helping pick up the pieces, reschedule vendors, and ensure our postponement was as stress-free as possible. They were my dream-team from day one, and without their guidance, dedication and sheer talent and skills, we would not have had the wedding we always envisioned. I am forever indebted to Jen and her amazing team of planners - special shout out to Alyssa and Maribeth!!! Some of the most genuine and awesome ladies ever! Thank you, WBE, for everything. they ALWAYS had my back. They knew my vision so well and executed so seamlessly that I also hired them to do all my floral and design for both my wedding AND rehearsal dinner. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They went above and beyond. I was absolutely blown away during my entire wedding weekend. The entire team did phenomenal!! It said VOLUMES when multiple people came up to me to say this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and many pointed out that the planners were AMAZING. Don’t be naive and think you can do it yourself. Hire a wedding planner, you won’t regret it.

I got a chance to go in our photo booth! (If Aubree didn’t tell us to go do that we probably never would have had the chance and would’ve been super disappointed.) Everything was amazing and so organized. My entire family and wedding party was extremely impressed with Aubree. I truly truly cannot recommend them anymore. YOU NEED WEDDINGS BY EPIC. People think they can plan all by themselves but having someone who is unbiased and experienced will help you tremendously and they are it! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Their floral and decor team interpreted my vision for our ceremony and reception beyond my expectations and Natalie and Aubree were with me throughout my entire wedding day to ensure that if there was anything that my family or I needed, they would take care of it for us - even through the reception! Every team member had a calm demeanor, a cheerful disposition, and paid close attention to every minute of the day to ensure it was planned and executed properly. Our wedding day was the best day ever. Jennifer and her entire team are worth more than what they charge and I only hope that they continue doing what they do so that other brides can benefit from their impeccable service!

ding planning service package. She was always one phone call away (even leading up to her own wedding) and kept me right on track when it came to planning and being on budget. I appreciated her honesty through out the planning process when it came to EVERYTHING (food, vendor selections, decor, etc.). Over the year and the half of planning I gained a “friend” that I could trust to handle all the little (and big) things that I couldn’t handle since I was out of town. When it came to my wedding weekend her developed timeline was a life saver and I was super calm and excited the entire time. I had the most amazing wedding and I know that WBE was a major component to its success.

There is SO MUCH that goes into planning and executing a wedding and having someone to lean on and cover details you don't even think about it a lifesaver. Who's going to grab your veil from the venue? Who's going to notice you haven't been able to break away from conversation and bring you a fresh drink? Jen and her team, that's who! After my hairdresser dropped out last minute, she found me an incredible stylist 30 minutes after I reached out to her, the WEEK of my wedding!! She can multitask and handle fires like nobody's business. The team she's built is incredible and we were so thankful to have them involved. I strongly recommend working with Weddings by Epic, they will MAKE your big day :)

o hire WBE just to help me out the day-of, but WBE's model supports a minimum of month-of planning and coordination. Thank goodness! I relied on Jennifer and her team every day of that month (and then some!). They were professional, helpful, and made me feel like I was their only client (when in fact they had three other weddings the weekend of my own, I later found out! I never would have known!). They thought of things I never would have, had a granular level of attention to detail, and the decor they recommended and implemented was stunning! Everything was top notch. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Thank you, Jennifer + Team!

ning. We were getting married at a smaller vineyard, so I was worried about my event not being large enough. The team played out every single thing perfectly to fit my venue. I wanted a stress free and calm wedding day because I am an anxious person to begin with. If I could do it all over again, I would choose this company a thousand times over. They are wonderful. My wedding was everything I wanted and more and went off without one single issue (known to me at least) Jennifer and Alyssa took care of EVERYTHING!!! Because of WBE I truly had the wedding of my dreams (all while Jennifer was also planning and preparing for her own wedding). They regularly checked in on me, they were always available, had great ideas and advice and best of all they were so great to work with. I honestly loved working with Jennifer, Alyssa, and her team and would highly recommend WBE for anyone who wants an amazing and flawless wedding.

asn’t in my budget, so I asked her what other options I had for a “getaway car” and she found me a carriage in my budget! She also went over my contracts to make sure I was getting charged a fair price for things and helped me make important decisions. She’s done a lot of weddings so she knows what the best and most efficient option is and why. That was really helpful since the best option isn’t always the most obvious one. She also periodically checked in on me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything. My day of coordinator was Alyssa and she was fantastic! Alyssa was great at managing the timeline and calm (exactly what you need the day of your wedding). I never looked at a clock the day of the wedding and the best part is that it didn’t seem rushed. If it was time to do something and I told her I needed more time to do something else, she would change things around to get back on track. She also did a bunch of behind the scenes things that saved a lot of time and helped us enjoy our day more. For example, before the speeches started, the mics were already set up and our chairs (which said bride and groom on them) were moved across the ballroom so we didn’t have to stand. My favorite thing is that someone on the team always had our favorite drink available whenever we were drink less and our dinner was already on the table so we didn’t have to stand in line. There’s probably a million other little things that she did to make the day better that we don’t even know of. The entire team exceeded our expectations! I know people try to cut out a day of coordinator to save money but Weddings by Epic is 100% worth it. If you want a fun and stressfree wedding hire them now! 😊

best night of our lives and was perfect in every way. They thought of every single detail - from helping to choose the perfect vendors to making wheelchairs available for grandparents at the reception to finding the perfect gluten free wedding cake to bringing me a piece of luggage I realized I had left behind in our get-away car long after the wedding reception had finished. The list of what they did to make our wedding absolutely perfect is endless, and I know they helped in so many more behind-the-scene details that I was completely unaware of. They executed my vision to perfection and even made sure my last minute requests (one being the day before the wedding) were achieved. Not only are they incredibly talented and impressive at their jobs, but they are also the most fun group of ladies you will ever work with! They will always hold a special place in my heart for making June 1st the most memorable day of our lives.

She is amazing at what she does, and your wedding will not be the same if it doesn’t include Jennifer. Her assistants (Rachel, Alyssa, and Angie) are also so amazing at communicating and co-planning. I am pretty picky and she exceeded any expectations I had, and became a soul I will cherish forever. The moment I walked down the aisle, saw my bride AND the decor, I CRIED. It was nothing less than EPIC, y’all. Hands down recommend her for your wedding.

I began working with Jennifer and her team of superheroes in January 2018 for my Feb 2019 Wedding....It was truly a journey but they truly stayed on top of every little detail. On the days and week of they made sure the scheduling was together...My guest can't stop talking about how awesome and gorgeous every thing turned out. Without them I am sure I would have gone crazy during the wedding process.....THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOOO MUCH I am so glad I was able to trust you with making one of the biggest days of our life beyond incredible. Weddings by Epic does beyond what they receive in payment and honestly I am thankful for everything they did for us!!!! Make sure to book them because you are going to get a team that truly cares about making your dreams come true.....I'm already looking forward to special events in the future so that I can call you guys!!!! Took me a minute to write a review because I truly didn't know how to formulate how awesome these ladies were!!!! My only regret is that I don't have them to plan more things lol!

e flowers, to the table cloths, to the tent decorations, to the lounge seating, to the dance floor, everything was absolutely perfect. I had several people come up to me and say it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to - and that was all because of the Weddings by Epic team. Jennifer is an extremely hard worker and was willing to do whatever it took to make our day perfect. When I got the bottom six inches of my dress dirty from being outside, Jennifer was on her hands and knees scrubbing the dress until it all came out. I cannot recommend Jennifer and her team enough. My only regret was not trusting her implicitly from the beginning of the process!

This team truly is "epic" and helped us through every single aspect of our wedding and ultimately delivered the wedding of our dreams. They had AMAZING recommendations for photographers, videographers, DJ's, catering, flowers, and just all around wedding tips. I would never have imagined just how much value they would deliver from start to finish and in hindsight, I'm embarrassed I thought "we" could do this on our own. She never let us want for anything. She knew every thing we needed ten minutes before we did. I never even knew my vendors (my choice, obv) but she picked them flawlessly. My photographer? the best. The food? THE BEST. The alcohol? Plentiful. Seriously. Just do it. Its a week later and I'm still amazed that that was MY wedding. You want to be so stressed that you break out? Ignore me. The cake designer and florist that came recommended were both fabulous, the cake was delicious and flowers beautiful! If anything went wrong on the day of, I was unaware of it, which is exactly what I wanted! Wedding planning is already very stressful and they helped take so much of that stress off of me. I can't thank them enough for making our special day so wonderful!

Most florist say 'yes' to everything and then you see samples and you question what you showed them because its obvious its not what you wanted. Not this lady. I showed a few pictures and just after talking to them I know they understood. I trusted them so much there wasn't even a need to see samples. Its like they could read my mind.... amazing! And boy is Jennifer a lifesaver! No matter how organized you are, its bound your going to forget something, but don't worry, Jennifer will make it all better! Whether you need something from your hotel room, a massage, or a friendly reminder to breathe, she's there! and again, you don't even have to look for her, she just knows!

uggestions for great vendors for me to use - I was extremely happy with all of them. She is super organized and very easy to work with. We had a very large wedding party and lots of family and young children in the wedding. She was awesome in terms of organizing and controlling everyone during both the rehearsal and the line up for the processional. Jennifer even made sure that I had a pair of comfy slippers under our sweetheart table so I could swap out of high heels midway through the reception. A really nice touch was that she took a bunch of our flowers and desserts from the reception back to our room at the Four Seasons for us to have. I highly recommend jennifer for any wedding planning services!

Coordination and prep overall was a breeze! The day of our wedding was AWESOME. Jennifer and Katie were instrumental in making everything run smoothly from rehearsal, to the night of. She was so helpful and attentive, offering my husband and I assistance with anything we needed throughout the night. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - bringing us snacks we didn't get a chance to try during the cocktail hour, making sure we always had a drink in our hand, and just being reassuring about everything over the course of the evening. My bridal party were raving about how they all wanted to bring them home with them, she was such a pleasure to have around!! If you are considering booking them- do it! The value and experience were just incredible!

There were so many special moments that day thanks to the both of you and your staff. We realize you were offered bigger jobs that day and still took the smaller job. He also made a mash up for my father/daughter surprise dance. I have never seen a reception dance floor so full. All of our guests raved about the music.
