My daughter was recently married at Finest Playa Mujeres in Mexico! Working with Ashley and Chelsey at Weddings by Funjet was a great experience! They are very knowledgable and efficient! They helped my daughters dream wedding come true; coordinating all of the details, vendors and guests in a stress free process. I would highly recommend the "Come Away With Me" package. Having Ashley on-site, during the three day event, allowed us to focus on the bride's, the groom's and guest's experiences!

My daughter's destination wedding to Riviera Maya was absolutely perfect. Both Ashley and Meghan were a remarkable team, whose attentiveness to detail was amazing and played an important role in the wedding ceremony being so perfect. Our experience with Weddings By Funjet was amazing start to finish! We interviewed several companies before deciding to move forward with them and they were by far the most warm, welcoming, and excited to make our trip and our wedding great for us. Our concierge was Ashley and she literally took care of all the details and answered all our questions quickly and was always available to chat over the phone. We worked hand-in-hand to decide where we wanted to go, which resorts to choose from, and all the different packages available. She really decoded the entire process which was very intimidating at first. As we got closer to our date, we connected more frequently and not one time did I stress about anything during planning because I knew that she was all over it! The entire process should be fun and Ashley really made it fun for us! If you have any reservations at all with Weddings By Funjet - don’t! They really know what they’re doing and I would recommend them to anyone!

Katie from Weddings by Funjet made planning my destination wedding significantly easier than what my mother and I would have had to do on our own. They streamlined the process so that all we had to do were decide on details from a list that she provided. They put us in contact with the people from our desired destination wedding venue and we were able to work both with them and the wedding coordinator in Playa del Carmen to get our family and friends there without problem. We had people that stayed for varied amounts of time and they were able to accommodate everyone's needs. It was nice to have all of the information housed in one place on the complimentary website and they were always available to help when we had questions during the process! They made the planning of my destination wedding a breeze and ensured that I did not have to stress out about the details. Katie was on top of it all!

Kaitlin Brierton was FANTASTIC throughout this entire process. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She continues to help whenever I have questions in a very timely manner. She made things super easy and if it wasn’t for her, I would have been extremely lost. Thank you, Kaitlin!!!!

Weddings by FunJet helped us plan our perfect destination wedding to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! With the assistance of Weddings by FunJet (especially Karmen) we were guided into choosing the most amazing destination, resort, wedding venue, photographer, resort events, private transfers, and group excursions! They were available for questions, concerns, advice, suggestions, and personal opinions at every step of the process and were extremely prompt with their responses! With so many moving pieces when planning a wedding and more importantly a trip for both you and your loved ones, it’s essential to make sure every decision is researched and the right one! With the help of Wedding by FunJet, we never worried that were making the “wrong choice”! This review is specifically for Ashley, one of their wedding coordinators that we worked with. She was outstanding! We went into planning our wedding a little shaky and basically just told her a price point we wanted to stay in and the area we were looking. Ashley G found us the perfect resort (Sandos Playacar) that matched all our criteria and gave us the wedding of our dreams! She helped us along every step and made sure we were on target to hit all our timelines! I would highly recommend Ashley's services for destination weddings!

We worked with Weddings by Funjet to plan our destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico! It is challenging to plan a wedding in another country, but Ashley made it so easy to communicate with the resort and make all the plans. She made many suggestions that helped make our day perfect! Meghan was also fantastic at helping our guests with travel arrangements! Everyone had a great time!

Weddings by Funjet is an amazing company and made sure that our wedding day was picture perfect from start to finish. Ashley Grossmann and Nina Macao worked with me the entire year to help me select a resort, find affordable packages for my guests and ensure that my husband and I got rewarded as well. They were always there when I needed them and worked with me when any unforeseen circumstances came up. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them at our side. Even the day of they made themselves available by cell phone and ensure that even though I was miles and miles away everything was taken care of. I am forever thankful to Weddings by Funjet for ensuring that our wedding day was truly the best day of both of our lives.

I couldn't have done this wedding without Kaitlin, our wedding coordinator. It felt as if she was physically right next to me planning every step of the way. She was incredibly helpful and knowledable when it came to planning a destination wedding. I am so happy I found her. Not ever planning a destination wedding, let alone a wedding, she knew exactly what steps to take and when. She guided me through every detail and made me feel comforted in every decision we made. She was quick to answer over the phone and email from start to finish. She sent the nicest email on our wedding day (on the weekend when I know she isnt in the office) and asked if there was anything she could do for us that day and made sure things were going smoothly. She was thousands of miles away but I know if there was something that needed to be addressed on our wedding day, she would make it happen for us. She made sure our travels went smoothly with transportation. She knew exactly when we were to fly in and out of the states and made sure we got there ok and back home ok as well. Kaitlin made the wedding planning process a little girls dream come to life in the easiest way possible. I can't say enough good things about Kaitlin and her team. Thank you Kaitlin from the bottom of my heart. You helped our dreams become reality.

Funjet was great! The team, led by Ashley were fantastic. They quickly understood what we were seeking, brought thoughts and ideas to areas we hadn't even considered, and made it happen with as little involvement from us as possible. We were truly able to enjoy the ride! Thank you!

If you are thinking of a destination wedding, Weddings by Funjet is the way to go! From the first contact, Carisha was extremely helpful and took care of all of my concerns and needs. When I met with the wedding planner at the hotel (Elva), she put me at complete ease and accommodated my every need. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend.

If you are interested in having a destination wedding- Weddings by Funjet absolutely who you want to work with. From the personalized service the Concierges offer to the reservation and booking help provided by their Accommodation Specialists- they make sure every single detail of your wedding is covered. My concierge Brittany was amazing. A recent Bride herself, she was able to give me insider advice into planning, décor, venue, music, flowers, etc. that I am not confident many other people could have helped with. She was always there to help me with anything from negotiating a price point with a vendor or the hotel, picking my cake topper, creating our seating chart- or just sharing a good laugh or cry when I needed it. Through the wedding process she moved from "Concierge" to someone I consider a very close friend. Besides the fabulous décor ideas and the negotiating help she provided, having Brittany onsite in destination proved to be the best decision my Husband and I made during the course of planning our wedding. She coordinated everything the day of our wedding with the onsite coordinator we had at the hotel. We literally did not have to do one thing. From making sure all the sashes were tied perfectly on all 100 chairs, to making sure the photographer arrived and was on schedule, to bringing my Bridesmaid's and I cheesecake in our Bridal Suite when we were getting ready- she was there every step of the way to make sure our day was absolute perfection. Our wedding was perfect, there is not one single detail we would change, and that is absolutely because of Brittany's compassion, detail, care, and first hand knowledge of wedding planning. We are so thankful to both her and Weddings by Funjet.

Our wedding concierge, CARISHA BELL, was AMAZING!!! She took care of everything and made the whole Destination Wedding planning experience so easy and wonderful! I was the Mother of the Bride, and appreciated how fabulous Carisha was to work with! We had a lot of guests to coordinate, and she was very professional -- this was a new experience for us and Carisha took care of everything!

First of all- let me say I have different ratings for people we dealt with in the company. Ashley- our wedding concierge was AMAZING! She got back to us very quickly and also had suggestions when I was unsure about something. She went above and beyond to help us make decisions, even sending us pictures of something we were asking about! She was the saving grace with us working with funjet. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Now on the other hand, the other 2 people we dealt with at Weddings by Funjet were not helpful at all and because of that, I most likely will never use Funjet again. The woman who did our travel plans, Lisa, was impossible to get ahold of and when we finally did, she was always short tempered. Others in our group had the same experience also with her. One time when we wanted to switch our room category, it took 3 weeks and 3 emails to get a response. We did have some hiccups on our end while planning the wedding and I'm not sure if that is why Lisa was not happy with us whenever we or anyone else from our party spoke with her? We also reached out to Kristin, the director of weddings, when we were not getting a response from Lisa in regards to our upgrades/discounts and we expressed our disappointment with the lack of response and Kristin said she would make sure Lisa got back to us and Kristin would follow up also. In the end, Kristin did not follow up at all. I sent 2 emails and my now husband called her also with no response. To this day, we still have not heard back, not even an email to apologize for the lack of response. I'm not sure if they were not interested in us because of the fact we only had around 10 rooms, but regardless, they still were getting money from everyone. I hope that ours was an isolated incident and others have better experiences with them. Again, Ashley Grossman was AMAZING and that is the reason for the higher star rating. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

I have been blown away by my experience with Funjet - especially my lovely planner Ashley. The moment we decided on doing a destination wedding I knew I had to have some help! Ashley (and Kelly our booking expert) have been wonderful! Ashley immediately took my ideas and ran with them. We set up pinterest pages so we could both share some ideas. Based off what I wanted, she was able to go to the events team and get me quotes and their feedback on how they could make my ideas a reality. She created a great wedding timeline for us so we know exactly when we need to book things! less than 6 months out, I feel extremely relaxed and I have full confidence she will make all my dreams come true. Even my fiancé, who was not keen to why we needed a planner, talks about how Ashley is so great and responsive. We actually ended up booking with another travel agency but switched over to funjet after 1 week due to their attentiveness to all of our needs and questions! From booking my welcome party, to photographer, to DJ, to the flowers - They gave made this whole experience a breeze and I can't wait to put the finishing details on my day with Ashley! My guests who have been booking also have commented on how helpful Kelly has been in booking their travel! it is no nice to know that their team not only has you feeling confident, but our guests who are traveling to join us!

In the beginning stages of wedding planning, I was undecided on whether to have a local wedding or destination. With the rising cost of weddings, my groom and I opted for a destination. The first thing I did was took to my pinterest account, searched some destination wedding blogs and articles, I must have clicked some link that landed me on an information request form for Weddings by Funjet. Thankfully, the initial point of contact, Katie, left a very heartwarming, hopeful feeling in me and I knew I was doing what was best!. She was thorough throughout the entire 9 month process, always prompt in responding to my emails and calls. I told her exactly what I wanted, how I wanted my wedding to be, what budgets to be mindful of and she gave me ample information to decide these things. Fast forward, to Summer 2016, I got married in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Upon returning from my honeymoon, my heart was so full and I couldn't wait to email her and thank her for all her dedication to the biggest event in my life. She rocks and I sincerely appreciate her and the Funjet team!
