Gail is excellent at what she does. She's a consummate professional and sincerely cares about her clients. Her warmth and sincerity were the two most important selling points when we were interviewing planners. Beyond the initial call, she transformed our idea of our wedding into a reality beyond our imagination. Personally, I lack vision and for much of the planning process I just couldn't visualize the final result that we would see on our wedding day. But when I walked the venue a few hours before the commencement of our wedding, I felt like I was walking through a dream. She took our ideas and transformed them into perfection. Gail was recommended to us by The Ellison Hotel in OKC to provide all the decor, floral arrangements, and set up for our Rehearsal Dinner. It was an absolute joy to work with Gail! She presented us with numerous decor options, took care of all the transportation, set up, tear down, and did not overlook any detail! When we walked into the fully decorated Rehearsal Dinner Room, we were beaming with delight! Gail and her team exceeded all our expectations! I highly recommend Gail! We were so blessed to find Gail to coordinate our daughter's wedding reception! Covid 19 delayed our daughter's wedding reception for over 13 months and we relied upon Gail for planning assistance. We live out of state and needed a knowledgeable advocate to plan a wedding reception for 150 guests. Gail worked with the staff at Embassy Suites in Norman to create a beautiful ballroom! On the day of the reception, she was personally present to attend to all the details from early morning until past 11pm when the bride and groom exited. As parents of the bride, we could relax because we knew she was on top of all the details of the reception. Her communication was wonderful and we are so grateful for her services! We highly recommend Gail because she helped to make our daughter's special day VERY SPECIAL!

Gail was a pleasure to work with! She helped us come up with a design plan for our guest tables and head table that turned out beautiful! She was honest and gave great feedback from her experiences with weddings. We used her linens, silverware, and cake holder. I would highly recommend her- outstanding service!

My wedding reception decorations was everything I wanted and more!! I was simply blow away with how well she executed my ideas!! I would say that my favorite part was the twinkle wall behind my sweetheart table. It was beautiful and elegant and everything I wanted!!

Gail is an angel in human form! We hired Gail for month of/day of services and from the moment we met her she was organized, an excellent resource and I truly felt like she would help bring our vision to life! Then when our venue unexpectedly went bankrupt and closed their doors her and my mom were working fervently to help us find another venue and this happened in February and at the time our wedding was in October! My husband and I were just so grateful for her help and amazed that she went above and beyond to help us. After finding another venue we thought we were on the up and up and then COVID happened. What a year man!!! We decided to continue with our wedding and Gail was there to help with ideas and how to make our wedding as COVID safe as possible. And then the day of my wedding I felt so at ease because I knew Gail was going to handle any hiccup that decided to rear its ugly head. Our wedding was so beautiful and Gail made sure everything was as perfect as possible. She is an amazing human being with an amazing passion for the work she does and you are the luckiest couple in the world if you hire Gail!!! I'm so glad that she is a part of our crazy wedding story and we will be hiring her for other events in the future!

Gail did an amazing job planning my son’s wedding. She made great vendor recommendations and kept the bride and groom stress free. Anything that came up was handled immediately and professionally. She made us feel at ease and so comfortable planning the wedding. Gail was instrumental in providing vendors, coordinating and keeping everyone on track. Gail did all the behind the scene work from rehearsal, prior to the wedding and until we left the reception that allowed the wedding party, family and friends to have a fabulous carefree time. There isn't enough room in this box to truly say what a blessing Gail with Wedding by Gail was to me, my groom, and our family during our wedding. As someone who plans events for part of my job it was hard to let go of being able to take care of things myself the day of the wedding but I knew I needed help and couldn't do it all on my own. I found Gail and am so glad I did. She executed my vision and made our wedding day run flawlessly. Not only did Justin and I think so but our other family and guests noticed as well. For lack of a better term, "she busted her butt" for us so we and our guests wouldn't have to! Which was something that was very important to us. We didn't want our guests and family to have to do anything except enjoy the day with us. We hired Gail for month of coordination and it was worth every penny. She threw in extras for our rentals and I know she spent lots of time coordinating everyone and everything so I wouldn't have to. We did our wedding on a budget so it was hard to think about spending money to hire a coordinator, but I'm so glad we did, because I think it truly saved us in the long run and made our day the best it could possibly be. If you're considering hiring a coordinator or full on wedding planner, give Gail a look and seriously consider hiring her. She will always hold a special place in my heart and I consider her one of the family. She is truly the Fairy Godmother of Weddings!

Weddings by Gail was one of the best investments we made for our daugther's wedding. Gail, is truly the fairy Godmother of weddings!! She was our day of coordinator, handled the decor, and provided rentals. We meet with Gail several times to discuss the brides vision prior to the wedding. A month prior to the wedding Gail contacted all our vendors, the bridal party and family. She coordinated, arranged and provided everyone with timelines of all the events for the weekend. She even came to the final dress fitting to make sure she knew where the wedding dress bustle was located. However, the MOST AMAZING thing Gail did was before the wedding. The makeup artist was freshening the bride's makeup, and accidentally dropped a burgundy lip liner down the front of my daughter's wedding dress. The bride, bridal party, and I were hysterical. Gail came to the rescue with a spray bottle and diligently worked on the stain until it finally came out. All the while staying calm and collective, assuring my daughter that everything would be fine. I don't know what kind of magic was in that bottle but Gail SAVED the dress. The wedding started on time and we had a beautiful wedding! Many thanks to Gail and her staff!! P.S. The groom had a similar accident with his shirt before the wedding as well. Gail's magic bottle removed his stain.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the help I received from Gail!! I had to change up my order so many times that I’m sure I was a handful but she was so understanding and kept on helping me with all my questions and concerns! I highly recommend getting your rentals through Gail! Not only does she rent stuff out but she also provides wedding planning services!! Oh goodness where do I begin. Gail was like an extended part of our family, helping our daughter and her fiancé plan their special wedding. For those mother's of the bride who's use to planning, prepping, setting-up, and hosting the family parties... its OK to have a wedding coordinator like GAIL help out. She was kind, thoughtful, caring, calm, forward thinking, and had lots of options. She listened to my daughters request(s) and worked with me to hear them too. Even towards the last week when everything was getting busy, she stepped in to help me and provide options to take things off my plate that I thought for sure I could do. She even found us a last minute florist who was perfect for us. She thought of everything and my daughter was so relaxed knowing that Gail was there to offer suggestions, thoughts, and walked with her side by side every-step of the way to ensure my daughter's vision of her special day was achieved. I had the opportunity to meet Gail last year when I got engaged and a friend of mine highly recommended her. She was amazing in helping us get everything that was needed for my wedding last month (August). She was always very professional and sweet. She paid attention to all the details I wanted in my wedding and made sure I had it all. Even when I had a major change to the layout (a month before) she made sure I got what I wanted. And most importantly, she was always available when I needed her. Even if it was late at night, she responded to my emails within a few hours. I am so thankful for the service she provided and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants their wedding dream come true!!

Gail was the most amazing wedding coordinator I could ever think of. I live in Los Angeles and got married in Oklahoma so that was stressful enough, add that I dyi almost everything, had tacos and beer served and it was at my now fathers-in-law home add about another thousand percent. Gail kept me focus, on track, and most of all in good spirits. She had me feel safe and taken care of every step of the way. From giving her own ideas, to staying strong about things I was passionate about I could not think of a better person to have on the way to a wedding.

Gail came highly recommended when my daughter became engaged. Her gracious demeanor and hospitable attitude greeted us at the door of her shop and we knew we were in the right place. She is a person that pays attention to detail and she made excellent suggestions for linens. Yet, she was very flexible when we made a change to the layout and plan. She was very considerate of our budget. In the end, she helped create a stunning reception! Over the 6 months of planning she became a good friend and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a memorable wedding.

Nothing in this world is perfect but this wedding was as close to perfect as possible! Gail goes above and beyond and is an amazing genuine woman. The things that did go wrong I didnt know until after the wedding but they were soooooo minor theres no way I wouldve noticed. Your wedding probably wont be perfect but with Gail it will be as close to perfect as possible. I give Gail a 4.7 out of 5 stars. I would definitely use her again she felt like family.

We had a very tight budget so our decision to hire Gail was a big one. It was so completely worth it! Life doesn't stop when you are planning a wedding and ours seemed to get even busier. Without Gail following up with vendors and keeping us on track, who knows how our wedding day would have turned out. Many people gave me the same advice over and over again, "don't sweat the small stuff on your wedding day." With Gail, it wasn't necessary to even think about sweating the small stuff. She took care of everything from making sure my dad had his boutonniere right before we walked down the aisle to coordinating with the DJ to encourage dancing until the food arrived because the caterer was behind schedule. Having Gail to sweat the small stuff made our wedding day perfectly stress-free, which is how it should be! She gives great advice and has the experience to know how to handle the diverse vendors.
