n every little detail. This is something that really stands out about Heather… her attention to detail is amazing. We had had several meetings before our wedding day to discuss our visions, and when the day actually came, she checked every little thing to make sure it was exactly what we dreamed. She was an advocate for my husband and I all throughout the planning process, as well as on our wedding day. During the planning process, she took over our communication with our vendors to coordinate timelines and discuss our wishes, so that we could fully enjoy the month leading up to our wedding. She took an immense amount of stress off of us. She was so prepared with everything. In our planning meetings, she would ask us questions about little details we had never even considered. She thinks of the little things that go so far and make such a difference on the big day. She sent me sweet encouraging messages throughout the planning process, and encouraging messages reminding us to enjoy our rehearsal and our big day. It is easy to become stressed with wedding planning, but it was so comforting having Heather. On our actual wedding day, she was just the sweetest ever. She was so smiley and comforting. She kept our day running according to the timeline and made sure all of our personalized details of our wedding were incorporated. She continued to check in on my husband and I, brought us waters, appetizers, dinner, and dessert. She took care of making sure all of our belongings got back to us at the end of the night. She even returned our rental vases to our florist after the wedding. She allowed my husband and I to be fully present during our day and would come grab us when it was time for the next thing. This was so nice because we could fully be in the moment, not having to think about times or what is next. She made us feel so comfortable and confident. I seriously cannot recommend Heather enough. I am recommending her to all of my friends and family. She is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond. Please hire her!!

Our guests have been raving about our wedding since (over 2 months ago now) and have been complimenting us on how much fun they had and how well everything came together. ng do. During the planning process Heather was located in another state. The unfamiliarity of planning a wedding in a different state might have seemed daunting to some planners, but did not affect Heather’s performance in helping plan and execute the wedding. She was extremely organized and efficient. She was in constant communication with the vendors (i.e florist, DJ, caterer, event rentals, venue coordinator) and myself to make sure the schedule and details were accurate.
I’d like to say that my wedding went according to plan but that wouldn’t be true. The night before the wedding a hurricane swept through Virginia causing flooding, heavy winds and rain. The location of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all had to be changed in less than 12 hours. Heather took charge and worked with the venue coordinator to come up with different locations. She also organized and helped the catering staff, all while setting up decorations down to the last detail. Most importantly she calmed my nerves and I felt at ease knowing that she would go above and beyond to make my wedding as close to my vision as possible in less than desirable circumstances.
Although nothing went as planned our wedding turned out to be more beautiful and special than I ever could have imagined. There is no doubt that this was due to Heather’s hard work and calm demeanor. Heather has a joyful, outgoing personality that brides are drawn to. She also has a natural ability to think critically, both, I believe make her a successful event planner. I highly recommend Heather’s services!
