Jennifer and her team were involved with our pre-wedding planning and handled coordination day-of, and I’m so glad we chose her for our special day.
Jennifer was responsive, attentive, and wonderful to work with overall. We had over 170 guests with a large number of vendors, and just 8 months to plan everything. I’ll be honest, this event would not have been possible without her.
She helped keep planning organized and on time, lead the charge on creating the timeline and coordinating scheduling with all the vendors, and was always there to answer questions, give recommendations, and handle last minute changes as they arose.
On the day of the wedding, she and her team did a wonderful job setting up, coordinating with the venue/vendors, taking care of us and our guests, and keeping the event running smoothly and on time.
One important note is her team stayed late to help with tear down, which is something they did not have to do but did anyway. We really appreciated that and it shows the dedication her and her team have for what they do.
They were great to work with, highly competent, and I would highly recommend WBJF.

t first, but at the first moment I talked with Faith, I knew I was in the best hands, and it was the best decision we made. There was no asking a friend or family member to pick up any of the tasks – Faith handled it all flawlessly!! We chose the “Day of Coordinator” package (only because I had the venue already selected), and they were so thorough, I actually had to confirm that I bought the right package!! I worked with Faith (and day of Hope joined), as our Day of Coordinator as well as our Officiant.
I started over a year in advance, and consistently had communication with Faith during that time. Communication was spectacular, she kept my mind at ease throughout the entire process. The day of our wedding, she never missed a beat. She immediately worked with our photographer when she saw we were off our timeline (go figure!), and everything ran without a hitch! As far as an Officiant – every guest commented on how beautiful the ceremony was, and couldn’t believe that Faith could literally do it all!!
When comparing several Wedding Planner/Coordinators during my planning process, Weddings by Jennifer Fox was in line with pricing, but the offerings far exceeded the competition. So, we definitely felt we were the lucky ones and got a huge bargain. They were worth every single penny and more!!!

We never had to worry about anything on our wedding day, because we knew Jennifer had it under control. She is super organized and has an answer for anything that might come up. We got so many compliments from our guests on just how smoothly everything went and how there was no downtime between the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception. Jennifer and Traci went above and beyond helping set up the decor as well as help take it all down at the end of the night and help everyone pack up their cars. They were an absolute blessing <3

wedding at our farm and had a lot of moving parts between the vendors and getting everything set up. Faith was incredibly detailed and made sure that we had all of the provisions required by every vendor ahead of time and provided guidance and advice that made our big challenges seem totally manageable. She did an amazing job with our rehearsal, especially as it was our officiant's first time and we were missing some of the bridal party. She made sure anyone who hadn't been at the rehearsal was prepared for the ceremony the day of, and the ceremony was perfect!
The day of the wedding truly could not have happened without Faith! She ran out to the store for some forgotten items, and helped with a ton of the set up. She made sure the ceremony music went off without a hitch and literally ran around the farm to make sure everything was going according to plan. She made sure that everything possible was being done so that my husband and I could be present and enjoy our day. She was a wonderful source of help and calmness in the chaos. Faith was truly a life-saver- don't plan a wedding without this team!!

ost “day-of” coordinators who jump in 30 days out, Faith started reviewing contracts and talking to vendors as soon as we hired her. She caught things I never would have thought to ask, and that early involvement allowed me to actually relax in the final month.
Faith built a beautiful timeline, handled bumps with vendors, helped our photographer stay on track, coordinated our rehearsal, set up our decor, transferred flowers—everything. She and her assistant Kathryn were sweet, calm, and such a joy to be around. I felt completely taken care of all day, and my husband and I always had what we needed (including food and drinks—no small feat!).
I would hire Faith again in a heartbeat. She was essential to making our day feel seamless and stress-free. THANK YOU, Faith! My cousin already booked her after seeing how amazing she was.

From the very first meeting, Jennifer brought this calm, confident energy that instantly made me feel more relaxed and actually excited about wedding planning (which, if you know, can be A LOT). Every meeting was timely, super organized, and always had a clear agenda, so we never felt overwhelmed or like things were slipping through the cracks.
One of the biggest compliments I kept getting on the day of the wedding — from family, friends, and even vendors — was how on time and seamless everything felt. That was 100% because of Jennifer. She handled all the behind-the-scenes details with total professionalism, coordinated with every vendor, and made sure all our documents were in order and up to date. It felt like she was everywhere at once, handling things before I even knew they needed to be handled.
I cannot recommend her enough. If you're looking for someone who's organized, communicative, and genuinely passionate about making your day perfect — Jennifer Fox is your person. She made our dream day happen, and I’m so grateful to have had her by our side!

as far as paying for her services, which was helpful for us personally. She also gave us the options for the ceremony very early, so we really did have time to decide what we wanted our ceremony to look like. Jennifer was also my day-of coordinator, and again there are not enough positive things I could say from this aspect too. She's the glue that held it all together, she was organized, on top of everything, amazing with her communication, answered all my questions, constantly made me feel less anxious about all of it, over and over she's truly the best! I cannot say it enough!

She helped with all of my questions, asked vendors questions I wouldn’t have thought of myself, recognized the vision of the wedding I was going for, assuaged my stress with planning and made it easy to figure out what I needed to do. I had Faith and Robi for my wedding yesterday and I don’t know if I could have done it without them. They assisted with vendors, cued the wedding party, helped with announcements, put out arising fires, figured out solutions to problems as they arose, assisted with decor, assisted with timing and I’m sure that there are things that I didn’t even know about that they helped with. I only spoke to Jennifer partially and she seemed like a lovely woman, but I am so happy that Faith was my coordinator. She was so kind and so wonderful even my siblings felt the need to tell me about how great she was. I’m not one to leave reviews but with everything for Faith, from the service day of to her personality to her assistance, it was absolutely wonderful planning my wedding with her and I’ve already recommended this company for another bride to be.

if anyone thinks that's easier than a big 250+ person wedding please let me dispel the myth. It's a LOT of work! And this wedding had horses... IN the wedding! Needless to say, Jennifer and her team did an incredible job of running the show, the day could not have been nicer and everyone, including the couple, had a terrific experience. Which means that the photos were great too, a win win! She was organized, professional, and fun. I would gladly team up with her again and highly recommend her services.

She worked with us to build a perfect ceremony that included our own vows, her own pieces, and some traditional pieces that all came together so wonderfully. When it came to her planning, every single vendor we worked with and all of our friends and family raved about how organized Jennifer's timeline was. There wasn't one thing overlooked. ry easy to work and communicate with. Faith was readily available for questions and help. We don't know how we could have planned our wedding without her. Our only regret was not finding them sooner and booking more services by Weddings by Jennifer Fox so they could have planned our entire wedding from the beginning, but a Day of Coordinator was still a tremendous help. There were so many details we were unaware of, and Faith asked all the planning questions up front so that we wouldn't have to stress on the day of the wedding, and that's exactly what happened. We were stress free the day of the wedding and didn't have any vendors coming up to us for questions. All of our gifts, cards, and wedding items were delivered to us at the end of the night. We are so grateful to Faith for her services, and Jennifer for assigning Faith to us! Thank you!

. Throughout the wedding planning process we had check-ins and she was able to answer all of my many questions and was able to help me find a last minute vendor. She made planning documents that were very thorough and the day of timeline she made was so good we felt zero pressure/stress on the day of as everything was so organized.
On the day of the wedding, Jennifer helped setup most of the decor. One thing that really stood out, was that she found better locations for certain decor items that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. For example I had fans and outdoor parasols for guests to use during the ceremony, Jennifer found a better location for these items that had every single one of them being seen and used by the guests.
Just to highlight another amazing thing she did… we had out of town guests that arrived after dinner was put away due to a delayed flight. Jennifer was able to find the one restaurant that was still open and ordered food for these guests.
Her level of detail and organization is unmatched. My husband, myself, our families, and our wedding party, were able to enjoy the day and live in the moment. We knew everything was taken care of thanks to Jennifer and her team. If you are like myself, and was unsure if you need a day of coordinator, it’s 100% the best idea. Your wedding day goes by so fast, so living in the moment and being stress free is essential. Having Jennifer and her team there was the best and I’m so grateful I found her.

r coordinator as well. They were there every step of the way! They took care of organizing all our vendors. We gave them ideas/visions of what we wanted and they went above and beyond our expectations! At one point I, the bride, looked out my hotel suite window down to the outside patio where our ceremony was being held…they were decorating the arch that we were being married under…and I was so overwhelmed with how phenomenal it looked and just cried! It looked absolutely stunning! Our ceremony was beautiful and humorous just like us, wink, wink! We had a family unity ceremony with our children that was perfect! Walking into the reception area was a complete surprise to us as we didn’t see the decorations until then. We were overjoyed and in awe! They checked on us and made sure everything ran smoothly all day! Totally catered to us the whole time. At the end of the night, everything was cleaned and packed up so neatly. Our guests and families ranted and raved about how wonderful, caring, on point and detail orientated they were! We could not have had the best day of our lives without these ladies! We were able to enjoy our day, stress-free while they handled everything! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to utilize their services! They did not disappoint! as after already meeting with a handful of other officiants who just didn't seem to meet my expectations. Jennifer not only officiated us on our big day this past June, but also married us when we did a small elopement in July of 2019. She ended up officiating my brother and sister in law as well! She does a wonderful job hitting all the marks a ceremony needs while also adding personal touches to make it yours. She also sends a whole bunch of resources to help you. We are so grateful for all Jennifer did for us! Highly recommend!

ime to get to know you and your future spouse so her ceremony is written personalized and perfect. She took into account our venue and made beautiful similarities between love and nature which was perfect for us. Her ceremony was sincere and put tears in both of our eyes. She as also brief and not "too wordy" which was perfect. We got so many compliments on her and we would recommend her to anyone, no matter if you want something nondenominational, or perhaps more religious. She will make your ceremony personalized and perfect.
She is extremely prompt and responsive to emails and questions. She also promptly filed for our marriage license with the county and we got our copy in the mail very quickly.
She also does wedding day-of coordinating and will do rehearsals, however we didn't need these services. Although we know she would have been great!

y. Also, I'd highly recommend having them for the rehearsal dinner as well. We initially weren't going to, but then changed our minds and are glad we did because it was so much more organized and natural during the wedding day after having rehearsed it together. Would highly recommend!
