As a wedding photographer I know that a good wedding planner makes all the difference! Jennifer and I worked together on one of the prettiest "back yard" weddings last summer, and if anyone thinks that's easier than a big 250+ person wedding please let me dispel the myth. It's a LOT of work! And this wedding had horses... IN the wedding! Needless to say, Jennifer and her team did an incredible job of running the show, the day could not have been nicer and everyone, including the couple, had a terrific experience. We loved having Jennifer as our day of coordinator! Her help began months before our wedding day. During our check in calls, Jennifer served as a great resource, letting us know what we should be prioritizing. We felt supported during the planning process as she was always available for any and all questions and her communication was always timely. It was our officiant's first wedding and she made sure he knew all the important details to execute the perfect ceremony. On the day of, Jennifer ensured everything went smoothly and we felt very comfortable that she was in control. Sarah was the biggest blessing on our wedding day. She was there through both the good and the stressful moments, handling all of my crises (and there were many) with incredible grace and professionalism. She was not only an amazing planner but also a comforting shoulder to cry on when things got tough. Sarah was so organized, setting up all of our details beautifully and making sure everything went smoothly. Her kind words and actions throughout the day offered me much-needed validation and support. I honestly couldn’t have gotten through the day without her. We used Jennifer as a day of coordinator and officiant for our microwedding, and were extremely happy with her services! She listened to everything we wanted, and was extremely communicative in the days leading up to the wedding. The day went smoothly, and our ceremony was beautiful.

Our Day of Coordinator was Faith, and we felt that she went above and beyond our expectations to help us have the best wedding day we could dream of. Faith and Jennifer Fox were very easy to work and communicate with. Faith was readily available for questions and help. We don't know how we could have planned our wedding without her. Our only regret was not finding them sooner and booking more services by Weddings by Jennifer Fox so they could have planned our entire wedding from the beginning, but a Day of Coordinator was still a tremendous help. There were so many details we were unaware of, and Faith asked all the planning questions up front so that we wouldn't have to stress on the day of the wedding, and that's exactly what happened. We were stress free the day of the wedding and didn't have any vendors coming up to us for questions. All of our gifts, cards, and wedding items were delivered to us at the end of the night. We are so grateful to Faith for her services, and Jennifer for assigning Faith to us! Thank you!

My husband and I recently got married on 9/9/2023. I cannot express enough that one of the best decisions I made was hiring Jennifer Fox as the Day of Coordinator and our Officiant. Throughout the wedding planning process we had check-ins and she was able to answer all of my many questions and was able to help me find a last minute vendor. She made planning documents that were very thorough and the day of timeline she made was so good we felt zero pressure/stress on the day of as everything was so organized. On the day of the wedding, Jennifer helped setup most of the decor. One thing that really stood out, was that she found better locations for certain decor items that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. For example I had fans and outdoor parasols for guests to use during the ceremony, Jennifer found a better location for these items that had every single one of them being seen and used by the guests. Just to highlight another amazing thing she did… we had out of town guests that arrived after dinner was put away due to a delayed flight. Jennifer was able to find the one restaurant that was still open and ordered food for these guests. Her level of detail and organization is unmatched. My husband, myself, our families, and our wedding party, were able to enjoy the day and live in the moment. We knew everything was taken care of thanks to Jennifer and her team. If you are like myself, and was unsure if you need a day of coordinator, it’s 100% the best idea. Your wedding day goes by so fast, so living in the moment and being stress free is essential. Having Jennifer and her team there was the best and I’m so grateful I found her.

Jennifer Fox essentially ran a shell game on us- once our deposit was through she pulled our assigned coordinator who was then replaced with another woman who was less experienced. After multiple attempts to get in touch with the new coordinator and get the ball rolling we decided to cancel the contract and lost the deposit. As if this wasn't enough, she later sent a rude email to one of our vendors saying that we were the problem, despite the fact her company hardly made the effort to interface with us. If I had to sum up Jennifer it two words: rude and incompetent.

Jennifer was an amazing officiant for our wedding! She researched and preformed a hand tying ceremony for us which was important to my husband's father's side of the family. Everything went so well and the day just went beautifully.

Finding the right officiant was one of the hardest parts of wedding planning and I am so glad we found Jennifer! She spoke beautifully and slowly enough for my grandmother to hear the entire ceremony, which was something I had been worrying about. She led our day-of rehearsal efficiently, which made the ceremony go perfectly. Elizabeth was our officiant for our wedding on 9.23.22 and she was absolutely phenomenal! We were her first couple she interviewed with this company and we feel so honored. Everything was perfect! She was so helpful and made me feel so much more calm about everything. My family absolutely loved her and so did we!! She made our ceremony so personalized and I pretty much cried during the entire thing, which was totally fine and expected lol. If you get Elizabeth as your officiant, consider yourself lucky! Jennifer was very nice! She let us fully customize our ceremony and took our ideas seriously. She gave us many options of what we wanted included in the ceremony and allowed us to pick and choose what we liked from each option. She also accommodated changes on the day of the wedding with no problem. She had great communication leading up to the wedding. Great options for religious and nonreligious ceremonies.

Jennifer was our officiant for our wedding in July 2022. She was extremely flexible during the planning process and did a fantastic job officiating our ceremony. Not my wedding (a family member’s), but I was so impressed by Jennifer, Elizabeth, and Faith that I wished they lived closer to us so we could hire them for ours! They were everywhere and nowhere all at once — within sight and easily able to answer any questions throughout the day, but they blended seamlessly into the background. They were so personable, helpful, and organized, and they put this first-time officiant at ease. So grateful for all of their help and would not hesitate to recommend them!

We cannot even begin to put into words how amazing Jennifer and Jessica were @ Weddings By Jennifer Fox! But we will try! Jennifer was our officiant and coordinator and Jess was our coordinator as well. They were there every step of the way! They took care of organizing all our vendors. We gave them ideas/visions of what we wanted and they went above and beyond our expectations! At one point I, the bride, looked out my hotel suite window down to the outside patio where our ceremony was being held…they were decorating the arch that we were being married under…and I was so overwhelmed with how phenomenal it looked and just cried! It looked absolutely stunning! Our ceremony was beautiful and humorous just like us, wink, wink! We had a family unity ceremony with our children that was perfect! Walking into the reception area was a complete surprise to us as we didn’t see the decorations until then. We were overjoyed and in awe! They checked on us and made sure everything ran smoothly all day! Totally catered to us the whole time. At the end of the night, everything was cleaned and packed up so neatly. Our guests and families ranted and raved about how wonderful, caring, on point and detail orientated they were! We could not have had the best day of our lives without these ladies! We were able to enjoy our day, stress-free while they handled everything! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to utilize their services! They did not disappoint! She did such an amazing job, I could not have asked for a better marriage officiant. She was so kind and patient and helped our day go as smoothly as possible even though we only gave her about a weeks notice. I highly, highly recommend her for you wedding also!

Jennifer was a vital part of our wedding day & the whole wedding planning process! From the first time I talked to her on the phone, I knew right away we wanted to book her! This was after already meeting with a handful of other officiants who just didn't seem to meet my expectations. Jennifer not only officiated us on our big day this past June, but also married us when we did a small elopement in July of 2019. She ended up officiating my brother and sister in law as well! She does a wonderful job hitting all the marks a ceremony needs while also adding personal touches to make it yours. She also sends a whole bunch of resources to help you. Jennifer was the perfect person to officiant our outdoor nondenominational wedding. By the time our wedding day came, we felt like we knew her like a friend. She really takes the time to get to know you and your future spouse so her ceremony is written personalized and perfect. She took into account our venue and made beautiful similarities between love and nature which was perfect for us. Her ceremony was sincere and put tears in both of our eyes. She as also brief and not "too wordy" which was perfect. We got so many compliments on her and we would recommend her to anyone, no matter if you want something nondenominational, or perhaps more religious. She will make your ceremony personalized and perfect. She is extremely prompt and responsive to emails and questions. She also promptly filed for our marriage license with the county and we got our copy in the mail very quickly. She also does wedding day-of coordinating and will do rehearsals, however we didn't need these services. Although we know she would have been great!

We loved Jennifer so much we had her marry us twice! She did our elopement ceremony summer of 2020 and then again for our big wedding this past July. She did an amazing job writing our ceremony and we would recommend her to everyone!

Jennifer and Kelly did an amazing job focusing on our vision for our wedding and then making it a reality. The ceremony was highly personalized and during the event Kelly was a joy. Also, I'd highly recommend having them for the rehearsal dinner as well. We initially weren't going to, but then changed our minds and are glad we did because it was so much more organized and natural during the wedding day after having rehearsed it together. We met Jennifer at the Lake Lawn bridal show in 2020. Working with Jennifer for our wedding was very smooth. Jennifer ensured she answered any and all of our questions or concerns before our big day. Jennifer allowed us to customize our ceremony, and include something special that she hadn’t really did before, which was our knot ceremony. Jennifer also attended our rehearsal, and made sure our coordinator, the bridal party, and our families knew exactly how things should go. She was a huge help! Our wedding day came and left so quickly. Jennifer did an amazing job with our ceremony, she even added some humor, which our guests loved. Many of our guests commented on how Jennifer did such a great job on the ceremony reading, and all we can say are great things about Jennifer! I think Jennifer was very professional and punctual. I was happy we picked her for our wedding. Since it was a small ceremony we did not do a trial run and I think that is the only thing I would change about the day. I missed a few things since we did not do a trial but other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. From our first emails to the ceremony, everything ran smoothly and professionally. It was so great to know Jennifer had her end covered and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The ceremony was exactly what we wanted. Short, sweet and personalized. Jennifer officiated our wedding in October 2020 and she was PHENONINAL. As soon as I spoke on the phone with Jennifer, I knew that I had to book her as our officiant. She was so kind and made everything simple from start to finish. My husband and I were engaged well before covid hit, so we had many changes and stresses along the way. We ended up having to completely change our wedding - the location, date, etc. and Jennifer was incredibly supportive and flexible through the entire process. In fact, if I ever had a call with her to check in or catch up before the wedding, she instantly put me at ease. She has such an awesome personality and is so laid back and sweet. On our wedding day, she truly put on the most beautiful ceremony. She took the time to get to know us and what we wanted out of our ceremony, and she delivered just that. She even surprised us my mentioning the loves of our lives (our dogs) in our ceremony. It meant the world to us and made us made the ceremony even more special to us. We received SO many compliments from our wedding guests about the beautiful job Jennifer did. She is such talented/beautiful speaker and produced such a great script for us. We were initially drawn to Jennifer Fox based on her officiant services. We decided to add on her day-of coordinator services after learning more about them, and we are SO GLAD we did. We originally planned to get married in early May 2020 but by the middle of March, it was clear that our original date was no longer viable. Jennifer worked with us and our other vendors to find and move our wedding to a new date that would work for everyone. As the new date approached, so did new restrictions, and again, Jennifer made sure everyone was on the same page with each and every new change we had to make as our new date approached. 90 down to 50 down to 24 guests! When the date finally arrived, Jennifer was there every single step of the way, making sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be. With such a small wedding, the little moments are the ones that truly matter, and she ensured each of those were perfectly executed. She even went above and beyond by playing a part in a silly “prank” I played on my husband as we were getting ready. The ceremony itself was beautifully written. She was very open and flexible to the few extra things we sprinkled in make it truly our own. Our wedding was truly the best and happiest day of my life, and Jennifer played a huge part in that. If you’re planning a wedding and wondering if you need a day of coordinator or not, let me tell you: You do, and it should be Jennifer!

We loved working with Jennifer and Kelly. They were very accommodating to rescheduling and new restrictions/guidelines due to Covid. Kelly was our officiant and we could not have asked for a better ceremony! She listened to our needs and her positive energy was exactly what we were looking for. They were very easy to work with and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We definitely recommend!

Jennifer was wonderful to work with setting everything up. Kelly was our officiant. We attended a friend's wedding that she officiated and it ran so smoothly and quickly that when it became my turn to find an officiant and her name came up, we knew we'd go with her. We had a time limit and saw that she could work quickly but still perform a beautiful ceremony. Both Jennifer & Kelly were very responsive and accommodating! Kelly put together 3 different versions of vows for us to pick and choose what we wanted from each example and add or omit things we didn't think sounded good. She is genuinely interested in your love story and was so easy to work with. Kelly was even willing to pick up our marriage certificate since we didn't live in the state we were getting married in. Unfortunately Kelly wasn't available for our rehearsal so Jennifer ran thru the rehearsal with us. The ceremony with Kelly ran so smoothly, it was as if she was at the rehearsal. They make a great team and as other people in our lives are getting married I will absolutely recommend Weddings by Jennifer Fox. Thank you both for making this process so easy!

Jennifer was amazing to work with! We booked super early and she responded the first day we submitted and inquiry. She made us feel comfortable and answered questions along the way. When it came time to considering postponing the wedding, she encouraged us to do what was best for us. She worked with us to personalize our ceremony to our relationship and it gave us all of the warm fuzzies on the day of. When listening to our ceremony through our livestream and even on the day of we felt that she spoke to us and not just read a script from a book. Jennifer was very easy to work and communicate with. We had to make changes to the location and ceremony length at the last minute and she took it all in stride. I would recommend her highly for anyone looking for an officiant.

My wedding was on the verge of being cancelled due to covid-19 but Jennifer still made it possible. She went out of her to way to make sure I was still able to married amidst the chaos. I was so grateful for her willingness to make everything work during this stressful time. Things might’ve not been the way I completely envisioned them but the ceremony still felt soo special. Right from the start Jennifer and Kelly were responsive and prompt about communication. They were easy to talk to and really seemed genuinely invested in making our day special. Our ceremony was completely tailored for us! The right questions were asked and our ceremony was just what I imagined. It wasn’t generic or cookie cutter, it fit both our personalities. It was everything I ever wanted. Hopefully down the line we can renew our vows and celebrate with everyone the way we planned! I know for a fact I will choose Jennifer fox weddings again! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family who are planning to get married.

Jennifer made our ceremony very personal and easy to put together. Her options for ceremonies covered everything we could have imagined, and offered plenty of appreciated guidance. Jennifer was a wonderful officiant! She served our purposes exactly as we needed. Beautifully written ceremony, with everything we wanted and nothing we didn’t want. We did a Celtic handfasting and knot-tying ceremony and she was experienced in these. We added a small portion of our handfasting with family that she was able to go through and teach very easily right before the ceremony. We did not opt to have her come to any sort of rehearsal (it’s an additional fee) but honestly we didn’t need to, because everything turned out perfectly anyway. She was also prompt in sending our marriage license out after our wedding.

I got to work with Kelly for my wedding at the end of September and she was amazing from the very beginning! She was the only one to actually listen to us instead of give her opinions on how the wedding should be. Jennifer was an amazing officiant and day-of-coordinator for our wedding a few weeks ago! She was incredibly professional, organized, and calm from day one. We didn't think we needed a coordinator since we planned the wedding ourselves, were seemingly organized, and didn't think the extra expense was worth it. If you're in the same boat...think again! Jennifer takes care of so many details and questions and last minute timeline changes that you don't think of when planning a wedding. It gets quite stressful that last month! But she makes sure vendors are in-line, that day-of is going smoothly, that bridal party arrives on time, that you have a drink in hand or appetizers waiting, you name it! We live in Indiana so we couldn't meet in person until rehearsal night. However, we had phone-calls and a Skype meeting to go over details and ceremony edits. My husband and I were able to work with her to create a beautiful ceremony that reflected us as a couple and we couldn't be happier! Our families walked away talking about how beautiful the ceremony was. We really felt like Jennifer was an extension of our family and friends, she is so kind and professional and brings a wonderful, calm, fun energy to your day. Jennifer is so pleasant and great to work with! She would respond to emails very fast and if I had any questions at all she was there to answer them. We had a non-religious ceremony and her speech was beautiful. She took the time to get to know us and gave us a variety of ways we could have our ceremony done. She made us feel comfortable and was overall such a lovely lady!
