nd I were engaged well before covid hit, so we had many changes and stresses along the way. We ended up having to completely change our wedding - the location, date, etc. and Jennifer was incredibly supportive and flexible through the entire process. In fact, if I ever had a call with her to check in or catch up before the wedding, she instantly put me at ease. She has such an awesome personality and is so laid back and sweet. On our wedding day, she truly put on the most beautiful ceremony. She took the time to get to know us and what we wanted out of our ceremony, and she delivered just that. She even surprised us my mentioning the loves of our lives (our dogs) in our ceremony. It meant the world to us and made us made the ceremony even more special to us. We received SO many compliments from our wedding guests about the beautiful job Jennifer did. She is such talented/beautiful speaker and produced such a great script for us. If you are in need of an officiant, book Jennifer. We cannot recommend her enough!

t by the middle of March, it was clear that our original date was no longer viable. Jennifer worked with us and our other vendors to find and move our wedding to a new date that would work for everyone. As the new date approached, so did new restrictions, and again, Jennifer made sure everyone was on the same page with each and every new change we had to make as our new date approached. 90 down to 50 down to 24 guests! When the date finally arrived, Jennifer was there every single step of the way, making sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be. With such a small wedding, the little moments are the ones that truly matter, and she ensured each of those were perfectly executed. She even went above and beyond by playing a part in a silly “prank” I played on my husband as we were getting ready. The ceremony itself was beautifully written. She was very open and flexible to the few extra things we sprinkled in make it truly our own. Our wedding was truly the best and happiest day of my life, and Jennifer played a huge part in that. If you’re planning a wedding and wondering if you need a day of coordinator or not, let me tell you: You do, and it should be Jennifer!

Kelly put together 3 different versions of vows for us to pick and choose what we wanted from each example and add or omit things we didn't think sounded good. Unfortunately Kelly wasn't available for our rehearsal so Jennifer ran thru the rehearsal with us. The ceremony with Kelly ran so smoothly, it was as if she was at the rehearsal. Jennifer takes care of so many details and questions and last minute timeline changes that you don't think of when planning a wedding. It gets quite stressful that last month! But she makes sure vendors are in-line, that day-of is going smoothly, that bridal party arrives on time, that you have a drink in hand or appetizers waiting, you name it! We live in Indiana so we couldn't meet in person until rehearsal night. However, we had phone-calls and a Skype meeting to go over details and ceremony edits. My husband and I were able to work with her to create a beautiful ceremony that reflected us as a couple and we couldn't be happier! Our families walked away talking about how beautiful the ceremony was. We really felt like Jennifer was an extension of our family and friends, she is so kind and professional and brings a wonderful, calm, fun energy to your day. We had many family and friends ask us how we knew her after our ceremony in June because the ceremony and her demeanor was so personal! She was just what we needed as an officiant: she was not pompous or overbearing, she did not try to take the center stage, but was calm and stepped in only when needed. She read the ceremony very well, and it went exactly as we had hoped.

She has also been helpful since the ceremony by getting our license to the County on the next business day and letting us know how to get our marriage certificate. venue didn’t have a “rehearsal.” She really took charge and made sure that everything ran so smoothly, despite our ceremony not going according to plan at all! Mother Nature tricked us into thinking that the rain had passed and that we would be able to get through our ceremony without it raining again. We were able to get all our 150 guests seated, and the entire wedding party down the aisle without a drop of rain. However, the moment my song started playing and I was walking down the aisle with my mom and dad, a fat drop of rain hit my face and I knew it was coming! I had discussed either indoors or outdoors with my wedding coordinator on the Odyssey, but we had never talked about what we would do if it started raining in the middle of the ceremony! Jennifer really took charge and went with it, and continued the ceremony as planned, improvising a little and making jokes about the rain. We all got pretty drenched before umbrellas were brought up for us and the wedding party, but it was so beautiful. I was having so much anxiety about the weather for days leading up to the big day, and of course it ended up raining right in the middle of the ceremony. But the way everything went, it was as if we planned the rain and if I could choose to do it again, I would choose to have it rain again at the moment that it did. There was so much joy and laughter that was captured on camera as the sky opened up on us, and I can not thank Jennifer enough for officiating such a beautiful ceremony!

h left us free to enjoy the day. We also had Kelly as our officiator and she performed our Lasso ceremony perfectly. She was super helpful in planning out the ceremony. I was expecting at least one thing to go wrong but with their help the day went off without a hitch.

We decided to tie an infinity knot for our ceremony and, if we hadn't been able to do it on the first try, I honestly would not have been surprised if Kelly had jumped in because she had memorized the instructions for us. We had our wedding on a boat so she kind of had no choice but to stick around for a few hours after the ceremony until we got back to the dock but she fit in with everyone perfectly! I felt like I had another family friend at the wedding :)

Come the day of the wedding she was on time and made the ceremony run super smooth! If you’re looking for an officiant Jennifer is definitely the way to go!

When we met, Jennifer was so welcoming in helping us understand the options we had between a religious ceremony and a non-denominational ceremony. We were able to blend such a perfect ceremony using Jennifer's example templates. During the planning stages, Jennifer made is so easy to communicate back and forth allowing me to make changes or additions to the ceremony on our document. At the rehearsal dinner, she took charge and helped organize the bridal party. She made us feel at ease and reminded us when to get the wedding license. She communicated with the DJ very well. She is so well spoken and has great pacing- a true natural. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Jennifer; whether you want to create your own ceremony from scratch or have something already written and organized- she will help you from the beginning!
