during the entire wedding planning process then that very first phone call I had with Katlin. She made me feel so at ease that this girl totally gets my vision and I can trust her 100% to execute it fully. Anytime I needed her to calm me down with all the anxiety or even just when I had a random question she was there with an answer. I’m sure I was an easy bride to deal with well at least I hope so haha. We met finally in person 5 months out from wedding day for my details meeting and we clicked yet again making me feel so confident in my decision to go with her and her team. Our rehearsal was short and sweet just as my husband needed as you really cant get that man to sit still. Our Wedding day couldn’t have gone any better! She set up all the decor items I had provided even better then what I had imagined. The timeline she created for the whole day worked so seamlessly. If anything occurred I had no idea. We both couldn’t have been happier with her and would highly recommend her as a coordinator for any other bride and groom. We truly can't thank her enough!

was there for me whenever I needed it! I had Katlin as a month-of coordinator. I never thought I would want a wedding planner but my life was made so much easier having someone like her around. She made sure I was always comfortable and that my wedding day was exactly what I wanted it to be while offering her experience and advice whenever she could. If you’re planning on getting married and are not prepared to do everything yourself you need to budget in a wedding planner and Katlin was the best decision we made within our vendor team!

n something I thought I could do on my own. As the day drew closer, I started to realize how wrong I was and hired Katlin for our “month/day of coordination”. This was hands-down the best decision we made for our whole wedding! Katlin was absolutely amazing. She is so friendly, professional, detail-oriented, calm, reassuring, flexible and knowledgeable that I knew there was not one thing I needed to worry about on our wedding day. She thought of things that I would have never thought of including using our ceremony décor at our reception site in super fun, creative ways. When the night was over, she made sure every bit of our décor was cleaned up (a huge job!) and in a safe place for us to collect the next day. She recommended incredible vendors (including our DJ, photographer, baker, makeup/hair artist and officiant) and the existing relationships she had with each vendor made for a very seamless wedding experience. She also ensured that all of these vendors adhered to my vision and created the wedding I had always dreamed of. I felt so reassured having Katlin as my coordinator – knowing I could relax and enjoy my wedding while she handled all of the nitty-gritty details. She is definitely the reason our wedding was so beautiful and went off without any snags. If you are thinking of hiring a planner or coordinator, I cannot recommend Katlin enough!

On our big day, she was on time and on top of everything! If I asked her for anything, she took care of it and I knew everything was handled. onth of wedding coordinator. She was initially hired through our venue who subcontracts their wedding coordinators. We were given the basic package through our venue, but upgraded to the month of package and it was worth every penny! Firstly, Katlin was great at communication. She responded to emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner. We needed to hire a vendor last minute (week of the wedding) and Katlin jumped all over getting us proposals and coordinating the delivery with no stress on our end. She was so organized it made the whole process smooth and seamless. The day of the wedding, Katlin was on-site for about 12 hours with us. She handled everything so my husband, family and I could enjoy the special day. She even pulled some strings with our venue and got us upgraded chairs at no cost to us. I know for a fact our big day wouldn’t have been so special and run so smoothly if she wasn’t there to help. She the BEST! Thank you Katlin! ior to our event. About 2 months or so before our wedding, Lorimar told us that they had a coordinator available for our wedding day and we were introduced to Katlin. At first I was in a little bit of a panic since it was only a few months until our wedding but Katlin stepped in and made sure that everything was taken care of. Katlin is very attentive and makes sure that you are comfortable and reassures you that everything is going to go smoothly. When my wedding day came, she made sure everything and everyone were in their place and on time. My wedding day was beautfil and everything I could have imagined it to be. The fact that Lorimar had such turn around with their coordinators and we ended up with Katlin was seriously the BEST THING that could have happened. My husband and I are seriously so amazed at how well she put everything together. I would definitely recommend her to any bride ten times over.

The list of vendors were giving to her and she contacted and worked with everyone of them to make sure everything went smoothly. She was everywhere making sure their was nothing undone or out of place. Much of our family that was in charge of decorations lives far from town so Katlyn worked at making sure all the decorations where in place doing much of it herself. From the silverware to the DJ there was not one thing we had to worry about. This is actually my first review and I felt it necessary to tell you our experience. Katlyn is one of the nicest most professional people in the business.

he day she always had an answer back to me in less than a day. We had a few phone calls together to make sure everything was running smoothly and to set up the wedding day timeline. She was there the day of the rehearsal and made sure we knew what the heck we were doing walking down the aisle and what order to go. She made sure we had everything we needed and actually found out we were missing a cake stand and she had no problem running to target for us and bring it up the next day. The day of the wedding she came in and got down to business right away making sure the tables and decorations were set up just the way we talked about. We had a few changes to the wedding timeline and she didn't seem bothered by it at all and helped make sure the changes ran smoothly.
