I cannot recommend Kris enough. We used her day-of-coordinating services, which start several weeks before the actual day of. She was a huge help in the lead up, both with assisting with contacting vendors and the venue, and with helping my partner and I navigate what we needed for our wedding day. On the day of her and her assistant made our special day stress-free. Any last-minute issue that came up, like my mother's corsage coming apart, was handled efficently. I knew I wanted a day-of-coordinator, but Kris's excellent work reinforced why hiring one is a must-have!

will do you a huge favor - stop right here and schedule a meeting with her. I think we read a review like that when we were planning and they were 100% right. Honestly, just book her now before she’s gone.
If you need more details, we live apart for work and we were planning from different cities and time zones. She somehow made what could have been a stressful, overwhelming process feel effortless and organized. She didn’t just help plan our wedding—she really listened to our wishes and brought it to life. For us, the most important thing was to have the ceremony really special and intimate and then the reception to be a really fun party. The day itself was flawless thanks to her planning.
She was open to our ideas, but also came with suggestions of her own on how to bring various vendors to match what we wanted. She was very receptive to incorporating Asian/Latin culture into our wedding. She gave multiple options for vendors which was super helpful and they were all vetted so we knew it wouldn't be a surprise disaster on the day of. Her creativity and attention to detail went far beyond what we ever expected. Even from afar, she was always on top of things with deadlines and making sure we felt like everything was handled.
We also had her as our wedding day coordinator. On the wedding day, we were able to be fully present and from all our planning conversations, we felt confident knowing she had everything under control. 10/10 we would hire her again, and in a heartbeat for any future event. Thank you Kris from the bottom of our hearts. We appreciate you more than you know.

Between inviting more guests, asking for help planning our rehearsal dinner, making her deal with a difficult potential vendor (sorry!!), deciding on an open bar weeks before the wedding, and changing my mind about my color scheme, she took it all in stride and helped make everything perfect. Every vendor she suggested was incredible, especially the florist and photographer! She handled all of the contracts, made sure everything was set up on the days leading to the wedding, and was extremely organized. The vendors she had worked with previously also sang her praises. They told us that they knew they didn’t have to worry about anything being late or disorganized when doing a wedding with Kris.
The day of the wedding went absolutely perfectly. If anything went wrong, I have no idea because Kris handled it. I trusted her and the florist’s vision for the reception and it ended up looking beautiful. My dad even commented that he couldn’t believe how amazing the venue looked. We had several guests say that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We could not have pulled this off without Kris. We love her!!

After our virtual meeting with her, we knew we had found the perfect combination of smart, professional, direct, and caring! She and her team did an amazing job decorating our cake and putting into life the vision the we had for our wedding. The guest tables, our wedding sign, the welcome table - everything just looked like how we imagined it to be, if not even better!
We had a fun, memorable and wonderful wedding, and Kris and her team helped us get there!

ing in San Diego, we decided to hire her to help us two months prior to the wedding. We were not disappointed! We did a phone consult several months before the wedding and then met in person twice before the wedding. Kris was immediately on it. She asked all the right questions to get a sense of our vision for the wedding day. She helped us with ideas and finding other vendors for the day. She was very organized. She immediately started coordinating with our other vendors and came up with a timeline for the day. I’m so happy she was there for us the day of the wedding. I’m a little type A and was expecting to be totally stressed out the day of the wedding, but I wasn’t at all. Kris had everything handled and I was just able to relax, which is not typical of other weddings I’ve been a part of. The room for our reception was decorated by Kris and under her supervision and everything was exactly how we had imagined it. She kept all the events of the reception flowing and on schedule. I don’t want to imagine how it would’ve gone without her. Im so grateful we had her for our special day. I can’t recommend her highly enough. You won’t go wrong if you choose Kris for your special day.

If you need someone who excels at all the little details for your big wedding day, you need Kris in your life - I can not stress that enough for new brides.

Many companies we called only referred to their regular package deals (that include much more than just a day-of corrdination for the reception) but Kristyna made us a customized offer that met our needs. Pricing was very fair and given the great job she is doing we think she could even raise her fees a little.
We are very grateful for what she did for us and can a hundred per cent recommend her services to anyone who are expecting their wedding to be a success.

Our venue and photographer had already been contracted before deciding to hire a planner but Kris jumped in with no problem to assist with all continuing correspondence. Our venue didn’t have the greatest communication time but she put my mind at ease by handling it all with grace. Her organization was phenomenal and really helped me keep on track with all necessary items. I have problems with relinquishing control for big projects but she was so patient and kind it truly felt like my best friend was helping me through it all. Her attention to detail was impeccable and frankly I have no idea what we would have done without her! My only regret is not getting a photo together because she was such an influential part of our big day, words will never be able to express our gratitude. Thank you Kristyna!!

eet" when he first met her, and wasn't sure if she'd be able to crack the whip and make sure things got done on our wedding day--he was very wrong! She went above and beyond in every single aspect up to and during our wedding. If we ever had a question, she was already two steps ahead of us. It made our whole wedding day so blissful. She is incredibly professional, and also had many great recommendations for other vendors. We ended up choosing the florist she referred us to.
She was truly a Godsend! My wedding day was perfect to me, and I really believe I owe a lot of that to her. She loves what she does, and it shows. She always had my best interest in mind, and if there was any issues at my wedding I never knew about it. Because everything seemed effortless. But I know she worked tirelessly to make it seem that way.
She is truly a diamond in this industry and I can't imagine having a better wedding planner/coordinator that her.

I hired Kristýna to set up my dinner venue while I was having my ceremony on the beach. She only had an hour to put all of my decorations out since it was just a dinner reservation...
at Il Fornaio and we rented out the patio. I had a vision of how everything should be and Kristýna listened intently writing down every single detail. We worked together so well and she was always answered any questions of mine promptly. She helped me figure out the centerpieces and spoke to my flourist in the meantime to work with him. I told her that if anything needed to be changed, she should do what she thought would look best. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was blown away! Kristýna Went above and beyond what I had envisioned for my dinner. I couldn’t believe how amazing everything looked all because of her. She did such a great job working with the restaurant and greeted all the guests helping them find their seats. She went above and beyond my expectations for a wedding planner. I highly recommend Weddings by Kris

vendors picked out and I needed a team to help me with the last steps and day of coordinator. Kristyna is the master keeping the plan on the track, and she coordinated all possibilities no matter what happened. Everything was exactly how I wanted down to the smallest details and went ON TIME. She really has it all, project management, design, organization, etc. Everything you need to put together beautiful wedding.

- the flowers, the tables, the set-up of everything. But mostly knowing Kristyna was doing all the worrying for me, that she had everything under control at the yacht club so I could enjoy the day with family. You have no idea how awesome that was. The little things she did, like have the waiter go down to the boat with a tray of champagne glasses, etc. she left no detail ignored. Thank you so much.
