I don't know if picking a cheaper package meant they didn't take care, but the videos we have received clearly haven't been watched in full after being exported/rendered and there was no demonstration of any kind of quality control. When we got our wedding video back it was messy to say the least. Our wedding day had a lot of wind, so I'm sure setting up wasn't quite easy for the videography team, but for the first minute of our ceremony, I (the bride) am partially cut off the screen because the camera was aimed poorly. We had some other weird shots included, including the groom hugging people off screen/cut off the edge and lots of the backs of people's heads. We asked for edits and unfortunately, there were no alternate angles. While the team was easy to work and responsive to our request, even with the edits it looks low quality. The second version with edits they sent also includes a slow-motion segment of me and my dad walking down the aisle and the overlayed music cuts in and out when the camera changes angles in parts of the beginning of the cut. The turnaround time was very quick (wedding March 3, first cut video delivered March 31, the second round of edits delivered April 12). Ultimately, what we received is nowhere near the quality of the videos we saw on their website as part of their portfolio. Everyone was kind, professional, and easy to work with, so I have no complaints there, but we're just disappointed that the quality doesn't look professional.

uring the day! The quality of the video is amazing, and they even sent us a 1 minute teaser a week after the wedding which made us even more excited see the final footage. We had high expectations for all of our vendors and The Studio exceeded them in every way!!! Do yourself a favor and hire them for your event, you won't regret it! They were quick and available to answer ANY questions I had. When it came to the day of the wedding, my husband and I felt very taken care of. They paid close attention to the day's events, and allowed us to keep with the timeline. This is a MUST when trying to keep with a schedule and move different venues. They also did a great job of directing my husband and I, along with our wedding party to capture "natural" footage of us pre-cocktail hour. The final product was absolute perfection! We opted for a 30 second teaser video, a short documentary-edit of our day, video of the entire ceremony, and video of all the speeches. The edited videos captured all of the special moments, and included a perfect balance of details and "fun" moments throughout the day. It was a perfect package to send to all family and friends who were unable to attend the wedding due to COVID. Overall, the pricing was reasonably and competitively priced, but completely worth the value! I highly recommend them!

ave is not hiring a videographer and now I know why! Pictures are great, but there's nothing like reminiscing your special day through video. They did a great job capturing all the highlights and just really did an amazing job! I would highly recommend them to my family & friends, along with any bride looking for vendors on their special day!
