ent that he was a seasoned professional. Sadly, he was an hour late to our ceremony. I arrived on site ready to walk down the aisle only to have my husband to be text me that the officiant hadn’t arrived. Mind you, we had a start time on the invitation of 2pm (which was when Lowell was scheduled to arrive) with the ceremony scheduled to start at 2:30. With him arriving at 3pm, many people were waiting more than an hour for the wedding to start. He had the ceremony musicians cut off their music abruptly when he was about to start and his normally booming voice was low and not audible for our guests. The ceremony also felt rushed overall. He initially said he would mail our marriage application and didn’t do that either. I don’t even remember getting an apology from him and he left pretty swiftly after the ceremony. It definitely put a damper on the day and messed up the timeline of our cocktail hour and reception. It was not a good experience on what’s supposed to be one of the best days of your life.

He met with us prior to us hiring him for a coffee so we could make sure we were all a personality match. He was very responsive every time I asked him a question, and even got on the phone with us to chat through our ceremony. I sent him an email with facts about us as a couple, and he beautifully incorporated it into our ceremony to make it really feel like us! Lowell was wonderful, and the ceremony was very heartfelt. He checked on me before walking down the aisle. We went over our vows and readings and he worked with us to find the right one and even combining two different vows together to make it read what we liked. After the wedding he got right to sign out certificate and having witnesses sign, he then mailed it for us the following day so we didn't have to and also mailed us a copy.

l was perfect. He gave us different options on how to perform the ceremony (unity candle, sand or hands). He has a way with words that make you feel that your ceremony is personalized and custom fit just for you. One thing I would do different is go over the vows portion with Lowell prior to the wedding day. We wrote our own vows and my husband had to read from his phone where I read from my paper. Lowell Gannon was very professional from the first meeting to the day he performed the ceremony. He is easy to talk to and made us feel at ease.
On the wedding day, he arrived promptly and reviewed the ceremony with us. The Unity Candle was a part of the ceremony and he made sure the table was prepared. He asked for a lighter(which we forgot!) and placed it next to the candles.
He was very flexible regarding the vows we wanted and gave us options to choose from.

He does not just think of you or even make you feel like a customer but someone who is well cared for. He is very prompt. Showing up earlier than expected to the wedding to make sure everything was in order so the ceremony would go perfectly...or at least close :) ...Lowell really does do a good job from the vows the the entire ceremony and even goes as far as to stay and have a toast.
