Annie was also a sweetheart in coordinating the event and everyone thought it was a dream wedding and reception!  Oscar helped us through deciding all the details and Annie, was there on the day to be sure every detail was in place (even things she thought of like leaving my little bridal purse with my friend so it wasn’t in my hand while putting on my new husband’s ring)!  Erin and Josephine were on staff with Weddings by Mandalay Bay as well and helped so all was organized to perfection.  Oscar made the preparations easier than we could’ve imagined and even through venue remodels and catering changes, we always felt well cared for and respected.  Highly recommend!!

There were so many options to choose from and I was able to create the dream wedding and reception. Our ceremony was at The Cove and our dinner at Tender Steakhouse. The Cove is breathtaking with high ceilings and fountain in the back drop. The food at Tender was the best I have ever had and our guest could not stop talking about the food and service. If I had to do my wedding and reception over, I would choose Mandalay Weddings over and over. I highly recommend Mandalay Weddings, you will not be disappointed!

ere obvious. We had weighed up, simply going to the wedding courthouse to get married but opted for Weddings by Mandalay Bay mainly because of Oscar’s help. Our wedding was very late notice, we put it all together pretty much the day before. We didn’t even have the right shirt to wear or a dress for Annie. But Oscar told us where to go the day before and we got it all organized. We had our songs, a beautiful view in Las Vegas from the top of the hotel, a pianist a photographer and a minister all for a fairly reasonable price. Not to mention the Escalade that took us about town. It was a little more than what it would cost at the courthouse, but Annie is worth it and the smile on her face made it all worthwhile. I would definitely recommend Weddings at Mandalay Bay and I would particularly thank Oscar for his dedication to making sure that everyone’s wedding is perfect. t only the fun Vegas vibe but the intimacy of a traditional wedding. Erin was our wedding planner and she made the whole process so easy for us! She was quick to respond to all our questions and on top of everything on our ‘to-do’ list. She is also extremely knowledgeable, and was able to walk us through all of the legal processes leading up to and after the wedding. We wanted a small intimate wedding with just our immediate families and booked the Rivea room. It was even more gorgeous in person. The view was amazing. We also had a two hour photography package and our photographer, Riccardo, was absolutely fantastic. He knew all the best spots and got all the shots/locations we wanted like the craps table on the casino floor. He is super knowledgeable and professional and the photos came out absolutely beautiful. Overall I would recommend using Weddings by Mandalay Bay to anyone daring enough to have a Vegas wedding. It provides all the best of the traditional aspects while creating a completely unique, memorable experience for everyone. I’d also like to point out that the entire Mandalay Bay team from front desk to the wedding department was absolutely amazing, and provided great customer service from check in to check out. they do so many weddings in Vegas, how do I make sure that mine is exactly what I want (do I know what I want???) It was all SO much. Enter Angela Massaro. It’s no coincidence that the word Angel is in this woman’s name. From the very start, she had me at Hello. She helped me through all of the many options they had. I wanted super private and microwedding. Can you say SHARK REEF??? She was ah-mazing. Helped me plan the most perfect wedding, even helped me plan the reception and was fabulous at recommending all the other vendors we used. The day of the wedding, she was like a maestro conducting a symphony as she organized our families and even got me zipped up in to my dress!!! I am happy to say, as if you can’t tell from this review, that in the 2 and a half months that it took to plan my wedding, Angela went from a stranger 1500 miles away to someone I would ABSOLUTELY save in a fire. I adore this woman so damn much. My whole family gushed about her the entire week after the wedding, so just do yourself a favor and just call Weddings by Mandalay Bay. They have a several planners on their staff, you’ll be happy with any of them. They’re all great, I’m sure. But there’s only one Angela.

My husband and I really didn't think that we would have that many guest besides our grown daughter and son. We invited 60 people from Oklahoma, and ALL 60 people attended. Angela Massaro was our Wedding Coordinator, and she was nothing but attentive, kind, professional and respectful throughout the entire process. I started out with a small package in the Silver Chapel, and ended up with a large package in the Enchanted Gardens. She made all the changes, and assured me that everything would be beautiful and to my liking. IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! All of the guest thought it was amazing, and we all had a great time! I want to say thank you to everyone who made our dream come true. Angela, Erin (another wedding coordinator), Adam (the minister) and Daniel ( the photographer). They treated my husband and I, as well as all of our guest like royalty. THANK YOU AGAIN!!! If you are considering a Mandalay Bay wedding. DO IT!!

coordinator, Angela Massaro, was exceptional! She replied to my emails quickly with all the questions I had. She made me feel special every time we talked and I felt like I made a friend. Our wedding website was user friendly which made everything so easy to pick out for our ceremony. The actual ceremony was better than I imagined. From the display table in the foyer to the chapel to the minister to the pianist to the photographer to the all coordinators and anyone else who helped -absolute perfection! I can’t stop thinking about our beautiful celebration. I’m forever grateful.

ne is so accommodating and they listen to everything you have to say! They are extremely knowledgeable about their packages and property. They reply to messages quickly and are always willing to set up phone or in person appointments with you, as many times as you request. They will be there for you from the beginning to the very end! All of our guests raved about our Officiant, Rudy, saying he had amazing advice and ran the ceremony quickly and with grace. We had our dinner reception at Libertine Social. The waitstaff and bar tender were phenomenal! They talked us through how things were going to play out and asked if those things were OK because they would change any of it to what we wanted. Every guest raved about the food!!! They also stated it was ALOT of food, lol! Cashman Photography did our photo package. Candace was always available for phone, Zoom or in person meetings. She take you around the venue to see where you would your shots and puts together a list to follow so there is no guessing. Our photographer knew his stuff! From placement, the veil, your hair, everything. We couldn't be happier with the photos and it will be a challenge trying to pick! You are in the absolute best hands with everything you decide to do at Mandalay Bay!

and happened past a few hotel chapels and realized it might have everything I was actually looking for. I feel like we got to have a traditional wedding plus a destination wedding with somewhat less stress all wrapped into one. Everything was very simple once I relaxed into the idea of doing everything at a distance and almost entirely by email. We decided on Mandalay Bay almost a year in advance of the wedding date which clearly was an eternity away in Las Vegas-wedding-planning-time so at first it felt like there was a lot of "dead time" in between decision making and conversations but it all came together so easily in the end. I personally was not looking forward to traditional wedding planning and getting married at MB gave us options but not limitless options which would have just left me overwhelmed. We upgraded my bouquet to a custom piece based on a photo I had and the flowers were stunning and spot on. We also upgraded our hotel room and the process was very simple to do so. Angela was our coordinator and she was amazing, sweet, and very calming on the day of! Some family was skeptical of our plan to marry in Vegas and all we heard after the fact were genuine compliments. For those who are worried about the lack of a rehearsal - don't be. Everything was laid out in advance and everyone was given clear instruction. The officiant and coordinators have done this a million times clearly and they just know exactly what to do and say to answer a question before you even think to ask it. Our photographer was also wonderful thankfully because we had some fear going into this initially because there feels like very little control in particular over photography. We opted to livestream the wedding due to a concern about a family member potentially not making it to the ceremony. I would now suggest this to everyone! It was very inexpensive and it was so sweet to pick up my phone later in the day and see all of the messages from those back home who watched in real time and got to share the moment at a distance. We opted to have our reception at RiRa Irish Pub in the Mandalay Bay Shoppes area - this wasn't part of a package through MB but we had multiple choices for reception through MB and it was nice to have options to consider. Honestly, when it came to reception choices, there were more options and more flexibility to some degree than we would have had at many venues back in our home state! Also, we got married on 4/20/2024 which was one of the busier wedding dates of the year but I didn't feel at all rushed I never saw another wedding party or bride at the chapel! The feeling of a "wedding factory" was a concern I had about some of the venues back home but I let it go when we decided to get married in Las Vegas. Funny enough, there was nothing assembly-line feeling about it for my now husband or I! We could not be happier!

She was made for this, I worked with her for an entire year and she left no stones unturned, she calmed all of our fears, always was available to answer any and ALL of our questions. My only regret is that I spend a single second needlessly worrying. For an easy, smooth, beautiful wedding, I cannot recommend this venue more.

t was different. Our ceremony was amazing, beautiful, our point of contact Josephine was helpful and kept in contact. The price of the ceremony was very high but also a very special moment. Unfortunately the reception/catering booked through another department wasn’t nearly as pleasant. The pricing for the reception was vague and sketchy, communication with our point of contact was unreliable and we spent the month leading up to our wedding not even knowing if we were going to have a reception because of lack of response. The food was mediocre in some cases and completely inedible in other cases (the desserts) because of the lack of contact and transparency our guests were wandering all over trying to find the location (we weren’t told the location or even confirmed if we were going to have a reception). I think better communication/ transparency is by far the thing that could improve the experience. PS: don’t order the churros 1/10.

rew were incredibly precessional and helped to put together a beautiful and elegant wedding service while leading and guiding my Neice and her fiancé through the entire process. I was soo impressed and thankful for all of Angela Massaro and her teams help and guidance. I can’t thank them enough! The wedding venue and service was elegant and exceedingly well planned and executed. I highly recommend any of their wedding packages that Mandalay Bay offers!!! Well worth it!

Angela was very attentive throughout the whole process, helped us with our room reservations, adding on nights - etc. Even though it is a quick ceremony, I felt well taken care of, and nothing felt rushed at all. She made the whole experience feel like it was my special day. Next, Jimmy for photography was absolutely amazing. Having not planned this wedding or previewed the photos, I was initially a little nervous about what kind of photos we would be taking home. But I was wrong! Jimmy took the time to personally meet both me and my husband prior to the event - he got to know what kind of shots we wanted and made a real effort to get the best photos. He gave me posing tips, and made sure I got the shots I asked for. The photos were available next day, and were beautiful! Candice did a full viewing with both my husband and I, and talked over the packages, and gave us time to think it through. She was super informative and helpful pre and post the wedding! The whole experience was amazing and I am so happy that I had my wedding here. All of the brides I've spoken with since the wedding are envious of how great my experience was and how seamless the wedding went.

We made last minute changes and Oscar was able to accommodate without hesitation. The ceremony chapel was lovely. I liked having the dressing rooms available. The piano music was such a nice touch. I love that our ceremony was recoded. Not many people have a video of their vows. Our photographer was the best (Tate)!!!! We are so incredibly happy with our experience. Candice Chandler was great too! We love the officiant and everything he said during the ceremony. He delivered a great message and made our special day feel so personal. I can't say enough great things about Oscar. You can tell he is doing what he loves. Thank you Weddings by Mandalay Bay!!
