About this vendor
Welcome to Weddings by Natasha or better yet your “Cinderella for a day bridal experience”.Weddings by Natasha is a boutique style wedding planner/coordinator base in New Jersey. I started wedding planning in New Jersey as just a hobby. I offered my wedding planning services to a few couples, who were friends of mine, and that’s when it happened! I was in love with my bride and groom, and the total wedding experience. Here is where I found My Purpose. I fell in love with assisting couples on the road to their nuptials, with my personal “Cinderella effect”.
Weddings by Natasha creates a uniqueness for each couple infused with their own personal style. From planning the entire to wedding day coordinating ,the vendors, to styling the bride and groom, we do it all to create the special day just for you. From the pumpkin patch to the castle Weddings by Natasha can create the perfect wedding day of your dreams.
When people ask Weddings By Natasha what do they love about planning weddings? Everything!!! From
meeting with the couples, to finding out their love story, to that moment she said “ YES”. We love it all! Not only do we love it, but we listen. We listen to their vision for the day. We applaud when the bride says yes to the gown. We assist in finding something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue! Lastly we encourage our clients to create vision board as a couple. The vision of the wedding is for the day. The vision of the marriage is for a lifetime.

We are beyond grateful to have had Natasha by our side throughout our wedding planning journey. From our very first conversation, it was clear that she was highly experienced, hone...
st, and organized, but also genuinely passionate about her craft and creating beautiful celebrations for her couples.
Natasha took the time to understand our vision and style. We trusted her with the design of our wedding and she DELIVERED!!!!!! She provided us with the best vendor recommendations and fresh ideas. We were truly blown away and she exceeded every expectation. She made our wedding planning process smooth and stress-free.
On our wedding day, Natasha was our calm in the chaos. She was effortlessly handling every detail and hiccups behind the scenes. Thanks to Natasha, we were able to simply take it all in, laugh, cry, and truly enjoy one of the most important days of our lives. Our guest could feel the love and care that went into the day and so much of that was because of Natasha.
Natasha, I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to attend every single dress fitting with me to ensure my dress was flawless. Thank you for listening to me and helping me with the anxiety and anticipation of the wedding. Thank you for being by my side during the wedding to make sure I looked amazing at all times. I will forever be grateful to you for your dedication and kindness you showed me from beginning to end. I will genuinely miss our long conversations and your guidance. Natasha you didn’t just help us plan a wedding, you helped us create a moment in time that we will remember for the rest of our lives. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I can't thank Natasha enough for making our wedding day absolutely seamless and stress-free! From start to finish, she was incredibly organized, professional, and personable. Natas...
ha's attention to detail was unmatched
— she asked all the right questions to ensure nothing was overlooked and kept everything running smoothly. Her assertiveness and ability to keep everyone on task and on time was exactly what we needed to stay stress-free throughout the day. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I couldn't have had such a smooth and enjoyable wedding without her. If you're looking for someone who is thoughtful, reliable, and knows exactly how to make your big day flawless, Natasha is the wedding coordinator you need! Highly recommend! Thank you Natasha!
Since the beginning, Natahsa has been honest, realistic, and professional. She has a strong personality that makes her a great advocate for her couples. She has been nothing short ...
of outstanding, has been very responsive, timely, and loves what she does.
She was always an attentive listener and helped our vision become an absolute perfect day! Not enough words can express how grateful we are to have worked with her. We highly recommend Natasha!
We started making our wedding plans two years ago, in the thick of the pandemic. With the stress of being newbies when it came to wedding planning coupled with the ups and downs of...
the pandemic, the future outcome of our special day was uncertain. That all changed when Natasha Civil came into our lives. From the first meeting, Natasha automatically made us feel like we were her main priority. We mapped out our dream wedding and she brought it to life. Natasha is honest, responsible, trustworthy, and above all else, she is incredibly professional. We could go on and on about the positive traits that Natasha embodies because the list is truly endless.
As a creative visionary, Natasha was our number one cheerleader and supporter when it came to making our dreams a reality. We didn’t feel like just another couple on her resume. Instead, we would compare our experience with Natasha to something like the royal treatment. She consistently made time for us to discuss everything from logistics and decor to song selection and cake tastings. Whatever we didn’t think of, Natasha was there to fill in the blanks. We truly appreciated all of the knowledge, experience, and expertise Natasha was able to bring to our wedding planning experience. We weren’t just planning a wedding with Natasha, we were embarking on a fun adventure that only made our excitement and anticipation leading up to the actual wedding date grow.
When our wedding day arrived on March 20, 2022, it exceeded our expectations and we have Natasha’s stealthy behind-the-scenes management to thank for that. She went above and beyond for us to ensure everything ran smoothly with our vendors, the venues, and our wedding party so as to not disturb our wedding day experience. It has been a couple of weeks since our wedding and the compliments haven’t stopped rolling in.
We can not thank Natasha enough for all that she was able to accomplish for us. In the words of the great Tina Turner, ”You’re simply the best, better than all the rest”. You are amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for everything!
My advice to upcoming brides...Get You a Natasha!
Hiring Natasha as a Day-of-Coordinator was one of the best decisions made in our wedding planning process.
Being an event planner...
, it was hard for me to relinquish control to another person. However, Natasha made everything easy. From the day she got on board, she made sure that covered all bases. Even took on tasks that we didn’t expect her to handle. She contacted all of our vendors and make sure everyone was on the same page. On wedding day, she made sure our day ran smoothly and any issues were resolved before we even knew about it. She knew exactly what was needed whenever I got nervous or began to worry.
Natasha comes highly recommended. She has great professionalism and her passion for what she does shows in her work. She deserved 5 stars for the service she provides.
